“Ordered a big piece of furniture which is a tv wall panel and upon assembling it the following week (you know bc it’s not something that everyone can just put together piece by piece the minute it arrives bc WE ARE also heavily informed that WE ONLY HAVE A “3 day window”) there were parts missing. So I call and the chick over the phone was very short pretty much wanted nothing to do with me, told me I only had a “3 day window” and that I’d have to call the manufacturer. Good ole Merican Customer Service for you right thurrrrrr! Take me off your email list and all bc I won’t be spending another cent.”
“I ordered a 5000 page case of printer paper on 6/3/22 and was told it would be delivered in 3 business days. Today is is now 7 business days and still no paper...and I am 100% out of paper!
When I contacted Officesupply.com and their shipper (on track) today they claim the paper was delivered on 6/7/22. THIS IS A LIE! I live in a guard gated neighborhood with video recorded entry and exit. I also live on a dead end cul-de-sac with no through traffic within the guard gated neighborhood.
Finally, I was working from home all day on the 7th and my office faces the street!
This is a shady company. I am 100% out of printer paper and will have to now order again from a reliable company.”
“If I could give negative Stars I would I ordered it over $200 item after 4 days of waiting and the status of the order still saying being processed I decided to call the company. I am then told oh the item is on backorder in will not be received and their warehouse for 3 weeks.. according to the website when I ordered said item it said it was in stock meaning there in their warehouse this confirms they lied I requested a refund now we will see, the lady on the phone was nice enough whether she does as she says she's going to do is another matter.”
“Extremely poor service. Purchased an item on their website as it was a few dollars less than the big box stores. They scheduled their 3rd party shipper (T Force Logistics). The shipper had the item for 4 days in their warehouse. Each day, the website would say it was out for delivery but it would never arrive. I called the shipping company several times and they could not provide a status update. I called Office Supply after the 4th day to let them know I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. They were very short on the phone and said they would have to open a case in order to find out what happened to the product. It is not my fault you chose to use an incompetent shipping company.”

The case was open on front porch after shipping, one can was missing, and another of the 12 can had the top crushed. I’m still waiting to find the discount and or credit for the open / damaged case. The offer to return the case was not Feasible due to need of two of the cans to start cleaning. After explaining this via email I’m still waiting to find the outcome.”
“I recently ordered an office chair from officesupply.com and within 3 days they dropped the price by 25% and sent me another reduced price offer for the same item after 10 days. When I called their customer service to ask for a price adjustment to my original order, they said that my order was more than 7 days old and they couldn't adjust the price any longer due to their "7-day policy". That is the absolute worst excuse from customer service anywhere. They sent me the reduced price offer only after the adjustment window had expired. I've purchased thousands of products from online retailers everywhere but never have I experienced this type of treatment before. In most places, if the company drops the price of an item within 30 days of purchase, the customer is entitled to a refund for the extra amount. Looking at their reviews, I'm not surprised how bad they are. This was my first experience with this company and now I'm regretting. BEWARE!! They will screw you with clever discounts and lure you into buying more with bait and switch tactics. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! There are far better options out there.”

“I bought 2 bookcases. I was contacted by customer service by email that I needed to talk to the shipping department. I called and got no answer so I responded to the email from customer service. I didn't hear back so I nudged customer service to see if they received the email. They informed me that they had. I thought all was well. I checked my bank account this morning and saw I had been refunded. I called back and got a very aggressive customer service agent. They sounded like a lawyer when they responded to my questions. It turns out that shipping wanted to know if I would be at home when delivered and could I remove the bookcases from the truck myself. They said that since I did not respond, even though the customer service agent confirmed that I had, my order was canceled. What kind of company makes you come and remove your order off the truck? I spent almost $800.00 on the shelves and I should be able to get the shelves taken to my door, at least. The customer service was terrible with how they handled this order. I was waiting for something that was never going to come and did not receive an email letting me know my order was canceled. Would you like to know what I did get from them? Spam email started to fill up my mailbox. I am not buying anything there again and I urge you not to as well.”

“I am a real person and run a home business. I ran a Google Shopping search for some labels I use for my product and found OfficeSupply had price that was significantly lower than what I usually buy my labels for. I read reviews here and thought I was taking a chance, but they wildly exceeded my expectations. I ordered 12 packages of labels and they arrived within 24 hours and all 12 packages were in the box! They were very good with communication sending emails with my order confirmation and when they shipped with my my tracking number. They gave an original estimate of 6 days to ship, but it arrived in 1 day as it appears they had a distribution site for my order less than 30 miles away. Since my order went off without a hitch, I did not have to deal with customer service where it appears most of their issues are in the other reviews. Great experience this time. I will order from here again.”
“They only offer a 3 day window for the return. Purchased paper and just opened the ream two weeks after delivery. The paper is supposed to be 8.5"x11", but it was clearly cut larger by the manufacturer. This product is unable to be bound with other paper rendering it useless. Simply put, their return policy for a defective product is completely unacceptable. Many other online options out there with better customer service.”
“Price on the printer I bought was good, but that is where the positives end. Customer service was terrible when I called and asked about my order after the date it was supposed to be delivered by had passed and never got a notification of shipment. After that phone call 3 days later it showed up finally. Got the tracking number a day after it was already delivered big help there. Best part of all of this Is I wrote a slightly negative review on the company website and got a email saying it didn’t meet there guidelines so it was never published. Company censorship so they look better than they really are.”
