“They sold is a five star all inclusive in Turkey and when we arrived I wouldn't give it even a one star rating so we paid for another flight to get home a week early! I've sent to emails to ask OTB to contact me a week ago after we got home and no response also tried to call but lines were closed. Will never use this company again in future!”
“Total Fraud.
This is fraudulent site, which just blackmail you buy asking you extra money when you book the holiday. So i booked holidays in Rhodes with on the beech, that total cost with flight and hotel was £1272. A day later, received a phone call from on the beech asking to give them more money. How the work, they put reasonable price up on the site, so that you buy the holidays once you buy they demand more money. A Blackmailing strategy. As they done with me, I checked with others and one of family member told that it happens with them as well they booked holidays and next day on the beech phone asked them to pay extra £375.
Interesting shuttle from Airport to hotel on the beech cost around £30 per person, so for 4 people its, £120 but if you do on booking.com its only £35.
On every single item, they charge extra and then you also get call next day to pay them more money. Such as waste of time, using the on the beech.”

I booked hotel and flight (ryanair) via OTB. 10 days before due travel date I made a request to have extras. I was informed by email that the administration was so busy they were unable to do so hence told to do so direct with airline. However the reference number and email I was told to use kept coming up as invalid when trying to do so on ryanair website. The very same when i tried to check on online. At the airport going out at Stanstead i had to go to ryanair deal to explain that i was unable to check in online. I was told emphatically that this was a third party booking hence the reason i had no access to ryanair. I was told please, please do not book tickets via 3rd party in future. I was allowed to check in on the flight without the £50 charge. I was also able to pay for the extras.
However leaving Agadir after the holiday. I was met with the problem of having to pay £200 for us both to check in on Ryanair. Thankfully we were able to. I dread to think what the situation would be if our card failed.. because the customer care attendant was not sympathetic in the least.
This has led me to believe that OTB are con artists who should not be in business. As for ryanair I dont know what to think in this situation. However this sort of business behaviour is just not acceptable. I will never travel with OTB again and advise others to be very weary of their business.”
“I currently have a booking with this company where flights from Liverpool to ibiza have been cancelled I have rebooked through this company from Manchester they have taken the money from my acount but my booking still shows Liverpool I definitely will not be booking with them again I have sent approx 40 messages they are so slow at coming back to you ,I will not recommend this company ,I used to work in travel and the response time is Totaly unacceptable”
“We booked a 4 star all inclusive holiday to Greece, not long beforehand we were told our selected hotel the labranda aqua park wasn’t going to be open and they had found us an alternative like for like, they offered £69 refund and 2 days car hire for the inconvenience. We declined that as we didn’t want car hire and asked if they could do water park tickets instead. At no point was it mentioned that the hotel was no longer all inclusive. They came back to us saying no water parks were open and therefore couldn’t offer tickets but offered a £250 refund instead. Again no mention of the hotel being half board, our booking paperwork all came through as all inclusive so we accepted. Fast forward to arriving in Greece at changes hotel, we asked the reception what time was the evening meals and was met with confused looks.
We then managed to get through on the phone to the in resort number and we’re told ‘it was their mistake the refund actually was for a downgrade of hotel for half board, they offered to try and find us somewhere else all inclusive but that came up a dead end and then offered a further £160 refund to stay in the half board place.
Had they informed us at the start when they should of done we would not of taken half board and moved our holiday dates to when the labranda was open.”
“Even one start is a lot. I booked a hotel from them. But they didn’t confirm with the hotel the hotel cancelled the reservation with out knowing. We went there with 4 children they told us it has been cancelled! It was around 9 o’clock in the evening. We paid £300 deposit to allowed us to stay that night. I tried to contact on the beach customer service it was closed. They never came back to us and they waisted one half day! Exactly more than a week a tired to reach them but no one is answering!”
“Be warned Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We booked a short 5 day holiday with them for a special birthday and needed to change two passengers names on the booking as 2 people pulled out we paid £200 to change the names and thats it, we have changed nothing else but names. We paid for the holiday in full and had confirmation that the bill had been paid 2 days ago they took a further £751 pounds from us for no reason, so we have now forked out £900 plus for a name change, I have over the last 2 days tried to contact them but they have switched there phone lines off, and won't respond to any email, twitter, Instagram or Facebook message. I have looked this morning and it seems they have done this to a few people recently and won't respond to anyone this is outrageous behaviour especially not even explaing what this amount of money is for when we were told the cost to change the names from the outset would be £200. I will be taking this further and urge anyone who have been treated like this to do the same I will not let this lie, do your self a favour book with a more reputable company jet2,ba anyone but not these clowns.”
“Booked and paid for holiday last Nov 21. Have had no contact since. Attempted to book seats on flight but wouldn't accept the ref number supplied by otb. Contacted Jet2 direct and they informed me flight was cancelled last Dec and agent was informed. Can I get response from OTB, no obviously. Phone line not working and 3 weeks before obviously not flying as no flight.... Worse than teletext holidays and that says something. Time for legal action. Won't be long before they go bust I'm sure”
“No way of getting through to customer service. No contact email address anywhere and the phone number is either engaged, cuts you off or leaves you on hold for hours. I needed to cancel my holiday and ask some urgent questions but had no way of doing so. They debited the full cancellation fee and didn’t then send a letter for my insurance company as requested. I had no way of changing my card details on file so they took it from the card I originally used which I didn’t want to happen. Poor service.”
“I had the same experience with On the Beach hoilday when something goes wrong they don't want to know so PLEASE STAY CLEAR you will only give yourself stress ,so many better hoilday companies in out there ,we still waiting from last nov for our issue to be sorted and still nothing”
