“Be warned Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We booked a short 5 day holiday with them for a special birthday and needed to change two passengers names on the booking as 2 people pulled out we paid £200 to change the names and thats it, we have changed nothing else but names. We paid for the holiday in full and had confirmation that the bill had been paid 2 days ago they took a further £751 pounds from us for no reason, so we have now forked out £900 plus for a name change, I have over the last 2 days tried to contact them but they have switched there phone lines off, and won't respond to any email, twitter, Instagram or Facebook message. I have looked this morning and it seems they have done this to a few people recently and won't respond to anyone this is outrageous behaviour especially not even explaing what this amount of money is for when we were told the cost to change the names from the outset would be £200. I will be taking this further and urge anyone who have been treated like this to do the same I will not let this lie, do your self a favour book with a more reputable company jet2,ba anyone but not these clowns.”
“Booked and paid for holiday last Nov 21. Have had no contact since. Attempted to book seats on flight but wouldn't accept the ref number supplied by otb. Contacted Jet2 direct and they informed me flight was cancelled last Dec and agent was informed. Can I get response from OTB, no obviously. Phone line not working and 3 weeks before obviously not flying as no flight.... Worse than teletext holidays and that says something. Time for legal action. Won't be long before they go bust I'm sure”
“No way of getting through to customer service. No contact email address anywhere and the phone number is either engaged, cuts you off or leaves you on hold for hours. I needed to cancel my holiday and ask some urgent questions but had no way of doing so. They debited the full cancellation fee and didn’t then send a letter for my insurance company as requested. I had no way of changing my card details on file so they took it from the card I originally used which I didn’t want to happen. Poor service.”
“I had the same experience with On the Beach hoilday when something goes wrong they don't want to know so PLEASE STAY CLEAR you will only give yourself stress ,so many better hoilday companies in out there ,we still waiting from last nov for our issue to be sorted and still nothing”

Supposed to be a 4 star more like 2.5.
Food always cold, no variety.
Lifts useless.
Too many guests and not enough space to put a bed.
The only thing good was some of the staff.
Badly needs refurbishment.”
“when something goes wrong with your booking heaven help you as on the beach are useless.The advice I was given ended up costing me £1000 and after complaining they denied giving it to me.I asked for a recording of my phone call which clearly backed up my complaint but to no avail £ 1000 down the toilet.Use this company at your peril.”

Requested a to add a passenger to the booking took over a month to get the price sent to me.
Booked a package including baggage , got an email saying that they had made a mistake and that I must re add baggage and there would be a £30 charge for adding it....... even though it was your mistake.”

“Awful. Holiday booked in January for 9 lads to go to Zante in July. All confirmed, paid up to date. April told hotel overbooked but changed for a like for like hotel. Original one was 3 star, large pool, water slides, pool table, reception, all inclusive, proposed hotel, 2 star, no reception, if you needed help you called someone but worse of all, hotel does not do food AT ALL! It is impossible to get through on the phones. Today we were told the flights are now cancelled so 'on the beach' have cancelled whole holiday. I thought their advert states 'its the most wonderful time of the year'. Never ever will we use this travel company again. If I could give minus stars it would be -10”
“Cowboys. Absolute cowboys. We booked a holiday for our friend’s wedding through them with a total cost of £1,400 for both of us. We then had to change dates to two days later and they tried to charge an additional £600 totalling £2,000.
When we checked the very same holiday it was £1,400 in total. My brother tried to add a bag to his flight and they wanted £500!!!
There is no direct line to contact them, instead, you have to ‘send a message’ and wait for over 31 days for a reply because ‘they’re busy.’

“TERRIBLE SERVICE.. Took over 8 weeks to make ammendments to the booking. Couldnt get answers through online messages phonecalls wouldnt get answered, caller 89 at times. Finally managed to get through 20 minutes later when pressing the make a new booking option! Flights were non refundable and then they tried to say we couldnt have the hotel refund because we were trying to cancel/change within 28 days after not answering our message for 8 weeks.”

I paid for the original price they quoted and due to them not answering apparently price has now changed and they want more from me!! “I have booked a holiday and paid in full,I could get on to my bookings but as soon as I paid off the balance I could no longer get on to my bookings on the app nor the website. I have tried phoning and it just says the offices are closed. I have no information now about my holiday and I go next month. They are impossible to communicate with. I would give no stars if I could. I have sent numerous emails. I shall see when I get a response. I would not recommend this company at all and I would never use again. I have used many holiday companies in the past this one is the worse by far.”
“Worst company to book your holidays with, once they have your money they don't give any sh!t about your booking if you need to change something. Constantly coming up tye excuses instead of dealing with the enquiry. Making up prices as they wish, one price on the website the other sent to you obviously around £800 more, when asked why again all sorts of stories. Next time I'll take my money somewhere where thet actually work as a holiday booking company as this one only gives excuses how they can't do their job. Not even worth 1 star. Useless.”
