I have purchased a flight from this website with a Travel Cancellation Insurance. The flight was cancelled and when I wanted to claim the insurance, they've said that I am not insured. A totally scam website ! Do not trust it!

This is scum company please don’t book and don’t loose your money. My return flight has bern cancel by airline and I have no money from there and there is no more return flight for that day but they won’t refund my departure flight becausr it’s book from different airlines!! Even though I book through them . I lost my money and no one helped

OPODO is a scam website. DO NOT EVER USE OPODO. I have been ripped off by them and they owe me hundreds of pounds. I have explained to them what happened and they don’t even take the time to read my emails they just occasionally send a response that there is nothing they can do about it.

Fraud all the agents lives in India no experience or can’t speak English.. don’t trust online services 020 3820 5361 I used this number and paid 600£ they took my money but didn’t reply anything after taken the money.fraud n they can’t speak English.never ever use online goggle service

We bought the tickets with the guarantee of resignation without a reason Number of reservation 9223601209. We did everything as it was said so we contacted the airline directly we got the confirmation of cancellation and nothing happened. in the application despite exchanging a lot of messages with Bots everything remained without any changes. NIGHTMARE. To get the refund we should buy additionally access to a human helpline. Next experience for another flight which we bought we got the boarding passes 8 hours before the flight although the airline, Rynaire in this case, opened the check-in 24 hours before the flight. we did it on our own as in the Opodo app there was info that they are waiting for the check-in...

Booked a flight to Manchester within hours Opodo notified the flight was cancelled. Airline confirm the flight was cancelled at time of booking and no money changed hands yet 9 months later Opodo will only say they have requested a refund and I get no further

RIP OFF COMPANY. My husband booked a flight to New York in May. To travel o 16.07.22. He was debited the same way and sent his eticket. On getting to the AIRLINGUS check in desk he was told his ticket wasnt valid. After many calls to Opodo he was unable to talk to anyone because he had no booking ref no. Airlingus informed him that Opodo had ignored their emails and his ticket had been cancelled because Opodo hadnt paid for the flight. After sending endless emails he was promised a refund within 4/5 wirking days. This never happened. My husbands bank has refunded him but they are still chasing Opodo for a refund. There have been no exlanations or apologies from this company. My husband has wasted his holiday and no chance of getting more time off work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely dreadful experience. The booking system is lengthy and confusing; customer service is appalling and even if you do manage to get past the bots, the humans seem to have neither the will nor the knowledge to resolve any issues. It might be a bit cheaper but definitely not worth the hassle - you’re much better going direct to the airline. I would never use Opodo again. Do yourself a favour and don’t touch them with a barge pole!

I'd give no stars if I could. Booked return flights to Rome from Gatwick. Get an email saying 'all booked' then half an hour later I get another message saying that the return trip wasn't accepted. So I have to re-book. Re-book through Opodo. Big hassle, especially as we're booking hotels, trains, cars etc. at the same time. Three weeks later I get my credit card statement and they've taken the money for the initial bookings AND the return that I had to book separately. I call the helpline - getting through the appalling automated system took far too long. After much discussion I'm assured that the refund will be credited to my card within 10 working days! I've already got interest accrued on their incorrect charge and now I could have up to 10 days more. I got a receipt from my Airline for the return flight and it was around £178.00, but Opodo charged me £284! So I have asked for a copy of the invoice for BOTH transactions. The invoices indicate a different amount than what was charged. Basically even with a £167 refund I'm paying OPODO almost DOUBLE what the airline has charged for the flights. So much trouble and expense for what should have been a simple booking. I won't be using them again

Absolutely awful. I booked a flight with Ryanair to Oslo through them, They did not provide the boarding passes until I should have already been on the plane and when I did a Section 75 against them on my credit card card, they disputed it. I’m currently going through cancer treatment and they disgust me
