I took the option of “cancel at any time and get a refund” option, but of course there is ALWAYS something in the terms and conditions which allows them not to refund you. Needless to say, I had to cancel my trip and was not refunded one cent even though I took the guaranteed refund option.

Never but from.opodo.scam.they just took money and no tiket do not trust !!!after they took my money they cancell rezervațion and no refound

I am choked! Opodo is a scam! Don’t book with them! Within a few hours they took $196 for a rental car I booked for five days and paid all the amount with my Revolut card. Arriving to the car agent, they inform me that they don’t take bookings made with the Revolut card, only bank issued cards. She kindly handles me the phone and gives me the customer service of Opodo to find a solution. In short after an hour on the phone with the employee Mahmoud he concluded that they will not provide me with any dealers to rent the car because I used Revolut and even worth they will take the full amount of the 5 days booking for them and not return any money! Can’t understand why they did not decline my payment with that card when I made the order on the first place!!! It’s a disgrace! I am choked and feel completely robbed and helpless!

It is an organized scam. They subscribe you to their prime service and charge you 60+$ after your holiday. They would take your order, charge your credit card and then send you a mail that one of the connecting flights got refused. If you then try to cancel the whole trip, you lose 20% even if you have checked the refund option. I hope that the large airline companies stop working with these guys.

As a PRIME member, the support I received was not what I expected given the cost of membership. I contacted Opodo many times, called 18 times and chatted with agents online, but none of them could solve my problem. I was in a motorcycle accident and contracted Covid in the hospital, which prevented me from traveling as planned. The airline offers a bonus policy in case of medical problems before the flight, but I never received this bonus despite my situation. However, it had to be done through Opodo. I also tried to change my reservation when the date was approaching and Opodo charged me 147 euros for this change. They then informed me that they couldn't do it and they had to refund me! In addition to the above, it is important to note that during my many attempts to resolve my issue with Opodo, I was constantly redirected to the airline, while the airline always sent me back to Opodo. This ping-pong situation between the two parties made solving my problem even more frustrating and difficult. Still no solution with several attempts... I regret this opinion, because I have booked many times through Opodo but I see that it is not worth it... It's very frustrating and sad. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved and I am open to a friendly solution. Even change your mind in case it is resolved.

I booked a flight through Opodo in January 2023 for sept 2023. It was an internal flight from mytilene (lesvos) to Athens. We were spending 2 days in Athens before flying back to the Uk. I had a problem initially with Opodo taking £59.99 for the prime membership which I was unaware of. After a bit of wrangling (and an exposure on twitter) they reluctantly refunded the £59.99. For the following 9 months I received emails about my flight to athens in September, mainly trying to get me to book hotels etc. on 11 September (today) I received an email from Opodo saying they were unable to check me in online (I had previously tried). I tried with the airline direct (sky express) and it couldn’t find my reference or name. After spending a couple of hours trying to get through to the airline, I finally got through only to be told my flight had been cancelled on 7 January 2023, the day it was booked! Sky express wouldn’t help, they said I needed to contact the agent, Opodo. After another very lengthy waiting time, I was told the sky express had cancelled my booking and they don’t know why! They offered to refund me £81 although our flights were around £130, but we then had to get another flight which cost us £250 and not until late at night so we will miss the first day in Athens. This is absolutely unacceptable and no one will take accountability. I will never use opodo again. They are total scammers!

Entering passport details on my phone prior to getting boarding passes. . Calendar showed one month at a time. So to enter my date of birth (I'm 70), I had to press arrow key 840 times to get to the right month. Add to that another 800 times for my wife.Then to put in passport issue date and expiry date, (10 years apart) I have to scroll with arrow key another 120 times, for me, and 120 times for my wife. Never seen a site before that simply won't let me type in the date I want. Not using opodo ever again.

I unwittingly booked a Ryanair flight through Opodo. When I tried to look up my itinerary, I was told Opodo had no right to sell me the ticket and I had to be verified I paid and did the verification, but still could not access my itinerary I called Opodo to explain because I wanted to change my date before the time limit was up. Opodo told me to call Ryanair then Ryanair told me to call Opodo and this went on for the best part of the day till my time limit who is up to change my dates for the flight so I have lost all my money and wasted a day. I would stay very very clear of this company, as I feel they are a scam they should make it clear they are a third-party who has no right to be selling tickets for Ryanair and that you’re going to have to go through this whole process. Stay clear you’ve been warned .

Same feedback as the rest of reviews. Appaling support, website flight information not the same as on the Mobile App, which one to trust. Support is appalling, no human agent is ever available. Horrible, horrible service.

Just horrible experience with Opodo. Shame on them really.Put me 3 days and 5 hours on phone to tell me you can’t change your flight for free. When I called Turkish airline directly . They said you can change it free of charge through your agent opodo? They didn’t at the end because they wanna steal your money .they also changed my booking for a hotel three times and put the price up and one of my payments stayed in pending because of their fault and I couldn’t use it. I have to call them 5 times to get my refund. They usually send you a link for complaints but in principle no one cares when you explain the issue in the link they have sent you . Total failure. Last ever booked with this mickeymouse company and their supporter who always throwing stones on your way to not get what you want. Shame on your dirty business. I have all the communications and emails which shows not responded correctly. Or doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Poor support with no manger to get the responsibility or at least come back to you and talk to you

Horrible horrible way of trying to get a euro for anything!! Discount codes dont work, asking for ALL access and details while using the app, oblige me to take a trial account for free that I have to cancel within a month even thoigh i really don't want to try it, promo codes only work in app and not on website... EXTREMELY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. Fair enough yoy have to make money but try a more honesr way for a change.

They let me make a booking for flights from Catania airport which was not operating due to fire so obviously flights were cancelled and now after waiting for over a month for a refund just under £1000 they charge me £69.99 for being a OPODO member which I will never be a member, I think a number of people won't be aware of this charge and will lose their money, definitely not a professional outfit stay clear.

I am warning EVERYONE NOT TO USE THE Opodo APP OR THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY Fishing COMPANY THAT TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERRORS AND FALSE INFORMATION!!!!!!! The Opodo app showed me incorrect information about the class of flight (Opodo indicated it was "Economy" when in fact it is "Ecojet" after booking and checking the RF number on the Turkish website !!!!!!!!!) With ZERO baggage allowance!!!!! Now not only do I have 0 baggage allowance, but there is no way to add baggage to this flight at a reasonable price!!!!! Of course, if the Opodo app had shown the real package name of the flight, i.e. "ECOJET" instead of "Economy", I would not have booked this flight! Most of my flights are always with Turkish, and I already knew that 30 kg of free luggage is allowed in economy class. But with Ecojet there is no luggage. Opodo gives you absolutely wrong information before booking to fish and take people's money out of your pocket and takes NO responsibility for it afterwards.Their agents don't help you at all and after many calls and emails they ask you for some unnecessary documents like a photocopy of your PC screen from the last step of your booking before your peyment!!!!!Nobody would take a photo of their booking prices!!!!! The second problem is that if this flight did not have luggage, and it would not allow me to add luggage, why Opodo app showed me a message during booking that: "Proceed with your booking and after booking you can add your luggage!". ????? Their terms and conditions are there to drive, deceive and mislead people to get their money and then take no responsibility????!!!!!!!!! Using absolutely false information before booking, and then blocking any opportunities for a change or cancellation after receiving their money!!!! Such a great fishing company!!! Unsubscribing from this fishing company is another problem!!!! When I use the Opodo app it is impossible for me to unsubscribe from my main account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It does not allow to log out and the app shows another absolutely wrong message when you press the unsubscription button, namely " failed! connection Error" Neither through the website nor through the fishing app can I cancel my subscription. !!!!!!!

Two cancelled flights, which I accept happen, but thru withhold the refund money and charge dxtra hidden fees. Absolute joke. Impossible to speak to someone who can answer questions.

We have booked a flight through Opodo December 2022 and paid for the bags too. However on our return flight we have to pay the bags to the airline as the Opodo has booked the flight without bags which we have already paid for return flight too. Never recommend this site.

Soul destroying experience. I can usually detect scam vibes but these guys took my money for a flight they couldn’t book because the airline has blocked them. Do not trust the prices. This company send you in circles with no resolution and no human contact. I have had to buy an entire new flight. They are a scam and the good reviews are likely planted by them. They are a sophisticated scam so don’t be fooled! Book direct with the airline or provider!
