opodo is a company of scammers. Don't book anything with them again. They charge you for opodo prime without your consent.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH OPODO, BOOKED A HOLIDAY FLIGHT AND HOTEL TO JERSEY TODAY 2ND JAN 2024, PAID WITH DEBIT CARD ! BIG MISTAKE, EVEN PAID AN EXTRA 34 EACH FOR CHOSING SEATS ON PLANE, ONLY TO HAVE AN EMAIL 2 HOURS LATER CONFIRMING HOTEL WAS OK BUT THERE WERE NO FLIGHTS??? THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN MY FLIGHT MONEY BUT THE HOTEL THAT I CANT GET TO IS NON REFUNDABLE!!!! THE LADY AT CALL CENTRE WAS SHOCKING BEYOND BELIEF,, IF JUST 1 PERSON READS THIS AND WALKS AWAY I FEEL I HAVE DONE MY DUTY, IF 1000 PEOPLE WALK AWAY THEN I WOULD BE HAPPY, I AM INSTRUCTING LAWYERS TO GET MONIES BACK

Don't ever use this opodo, they're rubbish company to deal with. They're no available to sort anything and if you cancelled a flight they refund less than than half price you have paid. Eventhough I noticed I made a mistake after two minutes of purchase. I should consider looking they're reviews first to buy something from them.

Booked a flight via Opodo for London Gatwick Hong Kong return. Deal accepted, booked and paid for was with China Eastern Airlines via Shanghai. Did not notice before but on return leg a 1 hr transfer between 2 of the Shanghai airports required meaning need to get China Transit visa. Tried to get this sorted out to be transfer in same airport on telephone with Opodo. Agernt originally cooperative then cut me off. Still waiting for someone to respond. Have used many intermediary travel services and Opodo is by far the worst. Merits negative score.

it is amazing how many people are still being scammed bye these thieves OPODO/EDREAMSA it is now almost 4 years since they scammed me out of £600 not a penny back of them despite them telling me my refund is on its way they are complete liars thieves scammers never ever think of using this scam site

Trying to cancel Prime Membership is near impossible - spoke to agent who refused to cancel it. Point blank refused. Then said they would send a voucher as I was a loyal customer - no voucher ever sent. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Warning: NEVER CHOOSE EDREAMS!! A BIG NO!! That's how they do fraud with thousands of people. These guys are the most fraudulent guys out there. I had booked my flight with eDreams a month ago, and they had cancelled saying there was some technical difficulty or some error in their system, and then they rebooked another flight, which got cancelled as well, due to which I had to miss my professional conference (it was a prestigious conference, and I never wanted to miss it as very few papers of very high quality get selected for that conference). I had such a big professional loss due to missing this flight. Moreover, my efforts to secure a refund have been met with continuous setbacks and misinformation. Initially, I was informed that the refund was processed to a card ending in 9225, which, as it turns out, was the card used by one of their representatives during the second booking attempt. However, the original booking was made using my card, ending in 4572. Despite receiving an official email from them confirming that I would get the refund, I have never gotten any refund amount. This issue persisted for over a month, with repeated assurances from customer care representatives leading nowhere. The lack of follow-up calls and concrete action on their part has only added to my frustration. The eDreams website has been developed to only trap customers where they would not have any option to actually chat with them live. These guys are really pathetic and have been doing this for many years. I am posting this honest review (I have all the proofs) to let others know how they engage in fraud with customers. I never want something like this to happen to anyone. NEVER EVER CHOOSE EDREAMS.

I've been waiting for a refund since the 23 September for a flight that was rescheduled with a connection that was less then an hour. Opodo has continually given me the same line that they are waiting on the airlines. It has been three months. They only get in contact with me from no reply emails and it's always generic. The customer service is based somewhere random. It takes ages to get on a call with a person and they just give the same response. They at no point have ever got in contact with me first and are doing little to get my refund.

I booked a hotel in Paris via Opodo and once arrived the hotel did not have the reservation so I needed to make a new reservation directly at the hotel and a second payment. After rounds of emails and phone calls they claimed they do not have my reservation which was confirmed on my email and for which I have proof of payment to them. They are filling me around and they do not show any sign of customer care, ethical behaviour. It is a typically scam. I will now report it to Police.

Trying to cancel subscription a nightmare. Difficult to speak with a real person, kept trying to take money after sending me an email to say yhey cancelled my subscription. This having jad to be done via automated phone system. . I have now finally managed to speak to someone, totally pushy found it very hard to get through to them that no matter what good ideal they offer I don't want it. Fingers crossed cancelled properly this time round. Still waiting for second confirmation email I was promised.

Too many red flags when progressing through the online purchase... Initially looked like a very reasonable price. But add-ons for seat selection (higher rates than other airlines), indirect flights requiring double the seat allocation charges, hold baggage price quoted at £39.xx but that was only one-way, cost of the return trip baggage was added to the final total at almost £80. Return baggage price was never quoted (very dubious practice). Hotel listed upon initial selection as free cancellation up to 24 hours before holiday start date (sounds reassuring) but then the site stated all costs were non-refundable just before I was about to commit payment... unless I paid an extra £54 for cancellation cover which would only provide 80% max of airline price. Then I was asked to pay extra £16 to £32 for very basic services such as email confirmation of booking made and any updates to flight times and status etc. I paused the purchase process three times for over 90 minutes and was surprised when my session could still be continued. Sounds like they are desperate to keep any waiverers online to complete the transaction. I cannot trust these people even if they sound like a familiar name like 'Ocado'. I'm now going to contact my credit card company to directly ensure the free 30 day trial for premium club level booking (to keep the discount prices already 'quoted') is not activated at £59.99 against my credit card now or ever!

Taken a subscription without my approval or knowledge. I will be asking my credit card company as it is impossible to get to talk to anyone at Opodo to arrange a refund. This is a total scam and I will no longer use Opodo ever again.

Avoid at all costs!!! They don't need your consent to subscribe you to their "Prime" membership, there's no chance you get to speak with someone as there's no customer service and in reality, cost of flights are the same as anywhere else. Absolute dirt of the society!

No good don't buy from here . The Lond on office .02080646469 don't waste your time .I'm waiting on refund for a tickets I bought which never booked . The lady be sweet on phone will take your money then you waiting on my refund .
