DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked flights to the middle east with Opodo and it was a nightmare. I changed the return date from 15th to 14th but the travel agent failed to confirm/re-issue the date change with the airline. The airline twice sent them reminders, both of which were ignored. Not surprisingly my ticket ended up being cancelled due to not being confirmed. I arrived to the airport with no return ticket. I've been talking with Opodo for a month and they are refusing to acknowledge the mistake instead are blaming the airline. Avoid at all costs!!!

Never again to hear from them When Covid started in March 2020, they were nowhere to be found and closed all contacts. I contacted the airline directly and gave me a written confirmation that I will get a refund as a voucher. A few days after, the airline company told me that I will get my refund through Opodi since I booked with them. It's 19 months since and these guys support is 0%. I live in Ireland and they offer support only for the UK and I am charged with EUR 1.23/min. It's useless to talk with anyone as they only know to apologize and to have patience. Their support is that bad that makes you give up your money after some time. I asked twice and today I asked again for an email address of a legal institution to which they report to so I can file a legal complaint and they never replied to it. Save your money and never buy from them!

Booking reference 7933534373 Never buy a ticket through their website !!! They don't book tickets, they just steal money !!! Be careful! I booked my tickets through their website and after a few days received an email that the airline had not confirmed my booking so my booking was canceled. Ok it happened ... but I expected them to refund me directly to my account ... but of course they don't! I had to call them and ask for my money ... can't call their line because I'm not a premium member ... after 3 weeks I was finally worthy to call them .... The girls on the line said 3 days ... than another person 2 weeks ... 1.5 months have passed ... I can't call them anymore, contact via FB only with the bot ...

Worst ever experience with Opodo. Totally incompetent service through Opodo Prime Germany Office. They are even not able to provide invoice. I have requested it 10 times.

Bucht nicht über diese Buchungsplattform!! Ich habe erst eine Ablehnung meiner Buchung bekommen, dann habe ich bei einer anderen Plattform gebucht. Nach zwei Stunden habe ich eine Bestätigungsmail von Opodo bekommen. So hatte ich zwei Flüge und Opodo hat mir nicht das Geld zurückerstattet!! Ich werde nie wieder über diese Plattform buchen!

Paid for the flex option for nothing - I was unable to change any of my flights without a fee. Customer service is terrible and the whole service is bad. Avoid this company.

This company tried to take £1500 from my debit card for a £620 booking. Luckily my bank cancelled the card as the transaction was flagged by their fraud prevention system. I now have to wait 5 days for a new debit card.

misleading information on their website. made me purchase a ticket with incorrect information which resulted in loss of money. no communication for weeks. over an hour wait on phone to speak with someone.

The customer service is non existent. I tried to cancel my premium membership, it took me weeks to finally get through to somebody and I was put through (after a long wait) the operator just hung up! I opened a case with Resolver but they still can't be bothered to respond or action my request. Impossible to close the premium account while they keep taking your money (over £50 per month) - outrageous!

The WORST customer service hands down! I needed to re-book a flight, how hard is that?? I had to call them 8 times on their UK number from Germany (that is an international call for me). Each time I call, they will say I need to transfer you to the right department, then I will be put on hold for an average of an hour, till another agent answers, makes me repeat the whole story, takes all the information then says let me transfer you to the right department. I was transferred and put on hold 8 times with a total waiting time of over 4 hours!!! In my last 4 attempts, I requested and insisted to speak with a supervisor, two times I was told that the supervisor is busy, one agent told me we don't have supervisors here, and one of them hanged up on me when I insisted to speak to his supervisor. Up to this point, I'm still not able to re-book my flight and I'm super frustrated with the incompetency and poor customer service this company has. All I wanted was a simple re-booking and I ended up paying the ticket value worth in international calls.

Right after booking my flight with opodo I contacted customer service with the request to change the flight date. On the 10th of JUNE, I was promised, that I will be contacted. He promised me that regardless whether the case will or will not be solved I will receive a phone call for sure. Unfortunately I DID NOT. Due to their policy, my reservation number got blocked from the phone support. So I was no longer able to contact them via phone call. I tried via chat then and the supervisor told me that they will escalate my case and that I should wait only 24 hours and I will be contacted with the ready solution. Again I WAS NOT. I got really upset that opodo is keep on misinforming me. Another agent told me that since I can not reach opodo I should call one of these numbers (+442076608892, +442076608562, or +442076602215), and select the option "New Booking". BUT THERE IS NO OPTION LIKE THAT AVAILABLE FOR ME! I felt I was lied to yet another time. No help was provided. I ended up very frustrated.

Report this company to trading standards rogue company DO NOT GO WITH thiefs they will sign you up for a subscription and them whem you try a contact the number will be invalid and they will ask to contact 14 days before departure REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OBULLSHIT more like

SCAMMERS! The company sells tickets for non-existing flights. Feedback is poor, support is poor. No refund for cancelled flights. STEELING SMALL AMOUNTS FROM THE CARD! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND TAKE CARE!

Lets start things off with if I had a option to leave 0 stars, that would most certainly have been my choice. Recently I came to the knowing off my Father, in his pension age had booked a flight with this company to Thailand . He'd paid quite the price for this flight. The company then emailed him to say the airline had canceled the flight in April 2021. They Also told him his refund would be paid back in 120days time. He then received a follow up email Describing it would be extended to 6 months (This is strange enough). After the 6 months has gone by my father has reached out to them in several ways. 41 Emails have been sent by my father to 0 being replied to. out of 50+ phone calls My father got through to them less then 5 times which to then when he did get through he was sent and directed straight to a VERY un-helpful call center. It seems as those that have purchased flights with this company are NOT getting their money back and get ignored by the company. What's actually happening behind those closed doors? PLEASE BE SAFE PEOPLE AND SEARCH FOR BETTER BOOKING SITES! This company is a scam please read reviews before purchasing ANYTHING.

these scammers have to be stopped they are thieves please tell as many people as you can opodo edreams are scammers and i will never use kayak again until thy remove them from there site they lie steal money ignore you 41 emails sent to them NO REPLY 7 MONTHS WAITING FOR REFUND after airline cancelled my flight these scammers have to be stopped they are professional scammers and thieves

WORST EVER !! I canceled my subscription and even deleted my bank card info , and these thieves still took money from my bank 1 year after ! Thieves !

The only thing annoying me here is that I have to actually give Opodo a star at all. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Incompetent staff, lies and delays and are not much more than pure scam artists.
