“Their service is outstanding. They were a blessing with an unexpected expense. The price for the beautiful casket we was $400 cheaper than any of the caskets offered by the undertaker. That they took PayPal was a blessing. I was able to pay for the casket six months interest free. Their customer service is outstanding. They constantly sent me emails notifying me on the status of my order. When the casket arrived with a scratch, my wife called them and they gave her a discount.”

“Casket was beautiful. Exactly what we expected. Pricing saved us 50% from the funeral home floor. Shipping did have a hiccup getting to the funeral home after the window we were given. Otherwise an easy experience.”

“We had a very good overall experience. We paid $100 to ensure 3rd-day (Friday) delivery, which was reasonable as far as we were concerned. It would have been nice to have some tracking ability, but that may not be possible with freight delivery. The casket was delivered when it was promised. Our funeral home cautioned us that shipping damage wasn’t uncommon but it was carefully prepared and arrived damage-free. We selected a solid poplar casket with a medium mahogany finish. We were very impressed with the quality of the casket. It had much nicer join work at the corners than anything we saw locally and the finish was beautiful. The interior materials were top notch. We contacted a service rep before buying to ask about the color tone (was it a warm brown or did it lean toward a reddish tone like cherry?). It was as described and pictured. We all (family and funeral director) agreed it was beautifully made and strikingly handsome. Would recommend Overnight Caskets to anyone based on our experience.”

“I chose the Full Brush Copper Heritage Bronze Finish for my loved one. It was gorgeous, better looking than the photo. The interior looks whiter in the photo, in person it was a rich, creamy velvet. Exactly what I hoped for. Even my counselor at the funeral home commented on it's beauty, and this is one of the most prestigious and luxury funeral homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was extremely pleased.”

“My mother's passing was way too soon which is always the sentiment.. When looking for a casket, many were nice and all were extraordinarily expensive if purchased directly from the mortuary or cemetery. After searching online, I came across overnight caskets.. the delivery was on time, it arrived in perfect condition, the price was great and the casket itself is beautiful. During the viewing I had people tell me it was nicest they'd ever seen! Great quality and value for the money!!! I would refer Overnight Caskets with confidence and use them again if needed.”

“We needed a casket for the next day. The casket I wanted was not in stock in the Midwest warehouse. The staff assured me that they could get the casket from California to the funeral home in Michigan in time for the first day of the wake. The casket arrived on time, earlier than anticipated, and in excellent condition. I Highly recommend overnight caskets.com.”

“Great company. There was an issue with the casket I ordered because it was not on the East Coast. I had a rep call me and explain. I asked that he work it out with company leadership and call me back. Another company rep called back and offered a more expensive casket as the one I ordered ( this was also one of the three the family picked out) for the price of our original order with next day delivery. The delivery company was as good as it gets with any help we wanted to uncrate and check for damage. This was a great experience at a low time in our lives but they made this a no problem and we received more than we expected. What a great company to deal with.”

“When my father passed away in March 2018 he had no life insurance. My mother had little money for his burial. As a way to save some money someone recommended we look at Overnight Caskets. I order nearly everything online but I couldn't imagine ordering a casket online. I was skeptical especially since quality and time were very critical for us. However, I took a chance and ordered one. It was shipped the day I ordered it, I received notifications when it was shipped and delivered and most importantly it was a beautiful casket. We saved approximately $700 by ordering with Overnight Caskets. I HIGHLY recommend this company!”

“I called before I ordered to ask questions about delivery, return policy, etc... I was told when to expect casket delivery. On delivery day I received a call from them to tell me it would be at funeral home between 2 and 3pm. It arrived at 2:47 - right on time. Casket was beautiful, and people remarked on it. Very pleased and would use them again.”

“Working with Overnight Caskets was a very good experience for me and my family. We were operating with a small window of time, we called Overnight Caskets and someone answered our call right away. They were the only company that we spoke with that could make the delivery by our deadline and their customer service was exceptional. On the day the casket was to arrive I received a call verifying the delivery time, something I did not expect. The quality of the casket was great and the only reason I am giving the company 4 stars and not 5, is because a casket key did not come with the casket. I do recommend this company.”
