“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY if you are looking for good warranty company please don't use these ppl. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. They kept giving the dealership the run around. Then when I would call they would lie and blame it on the dealership. The are very rude I was hung up on 4 times. They finally denied my claim after 3 weeks of playing around. I will be seeking legal action on this situation. They are so bad the dealership said they won't accept them anymore.”

“Ist time I put my car in the shop it needed a battery they tried to keep me car for over a month did not wanna pay the claim. So ended up paying it myself self. I said ok I want cancel yet my car needed and oil change. They told me to call them when I get to Jiffy Lube they would give them a Credit Card number. So I called once and was done. They kept hanging up on me. I paid it they said they will reimburse me it’s been 30 days. Still no money if any one reading this would like to start a Class Action Lawsuit against these people we need to really go after then. They are horrible business people.Rude,disrespectful lying people you can ever run across. Run fast from Ox Car care.”

“I was harassed and called over 8 times by a disgruntled employee by the name of "Matt", an employee of Ox Car Care. When I demanded to speak with a manager, I was routinely hung up on by everyone I spoke with. So I filed a $20,000 lawsuit against them for Violations of the TCPA and harassment in Harris County, Texas, since I'm on the Federal DNC Registry. I served them with discovery and I should have a judgment against them pretty soon. Trial set for November. In the meantime,, MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO RUN THEIR LEGAL BILLS SKY F'in HIGH!!!!!!!!!!

I feel so robbed. as a warranty member, I had a vehicle with no air condition and was rejected. They're very quick to place you on hold to chat with their buddies in the background.”
“What Went Right, is the question???? We filed a claim for repairs, in May of 2024. It is now August 8, 2024 and we are still dealing with this mess. The claim was denied and dealing with a sub-par dealership we finally filed a dispute July 19, 2024. Talking to the claims department was no help, the managers don’t take phone calls in that department. Was hung-up-on and have had rude person on the phone. No response for the dispute so we had to email the manager of claims concerning the dispute. At this point I should get a paycheck from them for all of this running around and disrespect. I would stay far away from this company but I joined over a year ago. I have reached out to an attorney, the Attorney Generals Office of California and will be pursuing other avenues, until this is resolved.”
“Wow, unprofessional. I called a few minutes ago to see if I qualified. The gentleman I spoke flat called me a liar cause I said I did not have my wallet on me. He’s exact word was “that’s not believable”. At that point all kinds of negativity came to my head and I just hang up. To me if you are going to treat me like this on a first call, how will I get treated after you receive my money?.

“I called Ox and they lied to me from the beginning. I was told by a gentleman that the amount of 129.00 would be charged to my credit card. When I looked at my card the charge is 200.00
I called and told them to cancel. They said it was nonrefundable. I called Capital One and I can deny the after it comes out of my card. Don't trust this company. It's all a joke”
