“Mi pedido lleva mas de 15 días de retraso y les he escrito ya 5 correos electrónicos diciendo que lo necesito de urgencia ya que me voy de vacaciones ya y necesito lo que he pedido, la respuesta ha sido 5 veces la misma: ha habido un problema, le llegará pronto. Jamás escribo reseñas y menos negativas, pero esto es ridiculo y frustrado!!! 0 soluciones. 0 información!!!! Después de esas reclamaciones finalmente conseguí un número al que llamar. Después de 4 intentos diciendo que no quedaban agentes libres y que les escribiese un correo, conseguí hablar con uno. Si respuesta, la misma, ha habido un problema y no le puedo dar más información. Después de insistir, nos prometió que al día siguiente recibiríamos nuestro pedido. ¡MENTIRA!!!!! De verdad que hubiera preferido que cancelaran el pedido y punto. Sin duda la pero experiencia que he tenido jamás. Obviamente puedo entender que se comentan errores, pero no que nadie te de una respuesta, Una fecha, una solución!!!!”

The carrier contacted me by WhatsApp in an unprofessional manner, using an informal tone and telling me in capital letters not to call him and to share my location. Furthermore, instead of delivering the order to my home, as I had paid for, he left it at a bar and told me to go pick it up. Unbelievable.”

They also lie that the package was damaged and can’t delivery it to you, they steal your stuff, and you need to order everything once again or request refund directly from the store you bought because they just don’t care. “Paack courier company with absolutely non-existent professionalism.
Summary of my order nº 600378801in April 2024:
a/ Paack changes the shipping address of my product in its database. Consequently, they tried to send my product to a wrong address
b/ they did not contact me to correct the address when they were unable to deliver the product
c/ they did not allow me to correct the wrong address despite having called them several times
d/ they require my supplier to send them an email with my correct address (which they already had. They mixes it up with the one of another client!)
e/ when the supplier sends again my correct address they indicate that they can no longer change it because they have resent the product to the supplier and the only solution is that the supplier send it again.
I think there are only two possible explanations for Paack's poor courier service:
a/ Paack is absolutely unprofessional in managing its database, mixing customer addresses? or...
b/ Scamming, Paack trying to charge twice the courier service, by indicating that the only solution is to send the product again? (in my case it was a shipment from the US and consequently with very expensive courier service)”
“It astonishes me that Amazon trust Paack to be their delivery partner even after so many negative reviews, I placed an order on Amazon and the package did not arrive and when querying with Paack, they sent a delivery note with a fake signature.

“Recently i ordered something that cost $$ on Amazon. i choose fast delivery and hoping to get the item as soon as possible. Then, they claimed that they have the wrong adresse and accused me for doing that (i checked the adresse that i gave in Amazon and it's the right one). Then, ended up they sent me the wrong parcel. I have to contact with Amazon to track the lost parcel. This is my first time experience with them and my first worst experience in online shopping. The worst ever, Amazon should never consider them as the transporter.”
“First time I've dealt with them and I hope it's the last too! Order placed on Aliexpress on 12/04, cleared through customs and entrusted to paack on 25/04. Since then I have been waiting for the package to be delivered. Countless emails they respond to with "we're sorry, we're taking care of it" and I'm pretty sure they'll respond to this review the exact same way. If you need to ship, DO NOT RELY ON THEM. If you have to receive a package instead, PRAY.
After "only" 19 reminders via email, they thought well of marking the shipment as "delivered", without obviously there having been a real delivery... I have already issued a warning via certified e-mail and if I don't see my package , I will report everything to the local authorities.”
“Every time Paack are used for Amazon deliveries they say that the address cannot be found and will try again. Amazon, Correos and other companies find it but Paack can’t. I think it’s an excuse for them not to come to the Pueblo”

Unprofessional, lying about delivery dates, constantly changing estimated delivery date and time, CLOSING THE CHAT WHILE NOT BEING ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, leaving formal email complaints answered either with generic template or unanswered, also lying about attempted deliveries, providing ZERO details about where the package is, avoiding information of the nature of 'logistical issues' - this company is one huge logistical issue and they should be defunded as soon as possible. Merchants like Amazon and Shein should stop using them, as it does damage their reputation as well, indirectly.
What's funnier is that on TrustPilot, they answer to each dissatisfied customer with the same, generic template.
