Absolutely shocking service!! AVOID!! Ordered a table & chairs from an online company who used panther for their deliveries. 1st delivery only had 4 out of 6 chairs on the order. Had to call back and re arrange another visit / time taken off work. Next delivery the 2 remaining chairs arrived - Driver asked me to come to the van as the packaging was so damaged he couldn't lift it out. Luckily wasn't damaged. Table was due to be delivered between 15:50 - 17:50 on the 6th December. Called the customer service desk at 18:00 who advised there had been an accident with van.. but would still be coming out.. called back again at 19:50 who again said would be attending that evening. Got a text message at 21:47 to say that the driver was one drop away and would be there by 22:06. Waited up to log into the APP for the driver to state customer not in! Cameras on the front of the property no one turned up!! Called the call centre in the morning as closed that evening. Lady advised that because I was not in - I had to go back to the online company to arrange another visit!!! I advised that this is not happening and I wanted to speak to a manager... lady put me on hold for 15 mins and advised we can come out on the 14/12. 14/12 has now arrived! I've called the contact centre at 11:00 to make sure the order is still coming today. Polite lady advised yes, but the driver has not started yet so for me to call back and confirm ETA.C

Absolute joke of a delivery company! I will most certainly stop ordering from shops who use them! I've ordered multiple items from Wayfair with the guaranteed fast delivery option as I needed the items urgently. So the team at panther decided that "Premium Delivery" means "We'll deliver how and when we feel like it". To give perspective: They did deliver 2 parts out of 3 for one item on the order, and didn't bother to deliver the rest of the order at all. After calling customer service, they advised that they couldn't deliver the remaining items next day, but rather 4 days later, despite the fact that they've messed up the delivery. One thing is to make a mistake, which is fair enough - it happens, but another thing is not wanting to fix the mistake, and just say "We can't do nothing about it". That's where you see the difference between competent delivery companies, and companies that are a complete parody. There's a reason we look for fast delivery options and pay for them - it's when we need the items fast, and not when the courier feels like it. That's a concept Panther needs to start contemplating. Either way, I'll be sharing my experience with them across the board, so more people don't get the same rubbish experience. Hopefully they'll lose business to the point when they will realise that they can't behave this way, and then either improve or go bankrupt.

Appalling. Failed to deliver the first time. Rang bell once then shot off. Rearranged delivery made sure everyone in the house was listening out. They turn up with delivery (chiminea) in very damaged box. They Rushed off after taking photos of box saying it was how they’d found it at the warehouse. Miraculously chiminea not damaged. Husband called them back because failed to deliver the cover. They claimed it was at the bottom of the damaged box and definitely not in van. I checked. It wasn’t and by the time we rushed back to tell them. They’d disappeared. Spent ages on phone. No apology. Said they’d reorder but could say when it would be delivered?!? Awful. Amazon is so slick and reliable you for over how terrible others are.

Told delivery would be Friday. Booked time off work. Didn't arrive. Rescheduled for Monday. Waited in. Didn't arrive. Now told it will be here Thurs and that I will get text with delivery slot. No text. It's not coming. Worst ever courier

Got told my delivery slot was 09:20-11:20 this morning and then it got updated to unable to deliver, when I phoned them I got told delivery will be today, at 12:05 I get update stating out for delivery and new delivery slot of 08:55-10:55, so yet again I phoned them and was told it's an emergency vehicle and can not track the package. it's now 19:10 and this driver has done 4 drops since 12:05 and we are 12th, don't look like it'll turn up by 20:00 when i was told that's the time they deliver till. Very poor company anytime I shop now I will be telling the sellers to avoid using Panther.

If you have the misfortune of having Panther Couriers try to deliver something be warned. If you get a text after 8 p.m that says you are the next drop and the delivery driver will be there in 10 minutes what they really mean is that they have gone home and won’t be coming. It is astonishing they automatically send you this text when your delivery has been cancelled because the driver ran out of time!

Unfortunately there is no option to leave minus stars as I have been waiting 5weeks for some very expensive garden furniture to arrive only to find out that it had been delivered back to where we purchased it from but half of my garden furniture has gone missing when trying to contact panther logistics we spoke with a bunch of imbecile’s who didn’t have a clue what they were doing . I strongly advise people and companies not to use this company as you’re belongings will go missing

Arranged a 2 man delivery and installation of my washing machine and disposal of the old one. Two people delivered machine but when it came to installing it the fitter!!/delivery man had a new small tool kit which he was unable to undo the fitting on the pipe with, told me they couldn’t complete the installation and would have to leave it until somebody came the next day. On top of that he told me this was the first washing machine he had installed. They put the washing machine in the garage and went off. I managed to get somebody I knew who was a plumber to come in and dismantle the offending fitting from the water pipe... he couldn’t believe they were unable to disconnect it.... then phoned Panther to get them back to complete the installation and disposal of my old machine. Back they came then told me they were unable to disconnect the other end of the pipe from my old machine. I then phoned a friend to come and help them but in the meantime they decided that they could disconnect the pipe. After cutting a bigger hole in my cupboard to enable fitting the machine, they connected it only to remember that they had left the transit bolts holding the drum still on. Out came the machine again and lucky my plumber friend was there as they didn’t have the spanner in their Mickey Mouse tool kit that they needed to get the Bolts off but he did. They just pushed the machine back in they space it was going in and took off. Later when I was going to do the drum clean, as stated in the instruction booklet, I discovered I had no water going to the machine and once that was turned on and started washing realised they hadn’t levelled it so it was jumping all over the place and had to get it sorted out myself. This man and boy that came we’re quite pleasant enough but were out of their depth and in reality were just delivery driver and assistant. If Panther are going to offer a service to install equipment please make sure you train your staff. Would not recommend.

Worst experience ever dealing with this company. No show on goods paid for. Incompetent customer services, they deleted live chat that I requested be emailed to me, I thought that might be the case however I took pics of transcript, it doesn't read well! Stay well clear

Horrendous service and couldn’t care less. Given 8-10am delivery window, details of 2nd drop of day and would be called two drops before (so surely call first thing) Never got a call but got an email at 9.15am again confirming the same delivery expectation. Nothing had arrived and no call by 11am so called drivers no as provided, no answer and no return to voicemail Went onto live chat to be told can’t reach driver and window is just a guide do I want to reschedule for another day and to take any complaints to seller. Why would I reschedule for another day if I’m the second drop of the day as surely it’s close unless hadn’t even left ? Got an email at 11.56 to tell me delivery would be with me at 12.01 so I should prepare for this, lot of notice. eventually arrived not long after 12 with 2 un identifiable drivers (no uniforms or ID) and unmarked van, product man handled down drive and dumped on door step and damaged. To make matters worse I had been phoned the week before by the retailer and asked to pay extra for this premium service

Second time ordering from retailer that uses Panther. First time we waited home during delivery window only to be texted after the window expired saying they would not be delivering - and that someone would call us to rearrange - no one called. When I called their customer service they sounded completely disinterested in our situation and just said the item had been delivered to the wrong depot and someone would call when it was rescheduled for delivery. Over the next few days they kept promising delivery only to come up with different excuses for canceling delivery. Today we were expecting another delivery from Panther from same retailer we ordered from a few months ago. We thought maybe it was a one-off. Again we had a delivery window early morning. Tried tracking part way through window and saw a message saying it was cancelled. Called Panther who couldn’t have cared less - agent sounded bored and greeted me with ‘good afternoon’ just after 8 am. Gave exact same excuse as previous time - item hadn’t arrived at their depot. Supervisor at retailer had confirmed everything with the warehouse manager yesterday to ensure our previous experience would not be repeated. I called the retailer and cancelled the order as I don’t want to wait in all weekend again listening to Panther’s excuses for not delivering. Unfortunately this delivery company is losing retailers business and we certainly won’t order from them again after having this experience 2/2 times. Reported issue to retailer and hope they follow up with someone at Panther and let them know customers are getting such bad customer service from them.

Dreadful service. Lost my goods, couldn’t be less helpful in tracking them and rearranging the missed delivery I paid a premium for. Cannot follow VERY SIMPLE instructions. Driver’s run up to the door and take a photo but don’t bother knocking when they do turn up and again, massively unhelpful customer service staff. Cancelled my order after being messed about by Panther and will ensure that any future purchases are from companies that DON’T use them. Avoid, avoid, avoid
