I took out insurance with the courier and the item was damaged on delivery. I made a claim and apparently it wasn't covered. If you see the list literally nothing is covered so it's a waste of money. Anyway parcel2go offered me a refund of the delivery cost so i entered my bank details for a refund and they closed the case and gave no refund!! Theres no way of contacting them either!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I paid for a guaranteed delivery to the USA and, 2 days after the guaranteed delivery date, it had still not delivered and there was no reasonable reason as to why. I contacted Parcels2Go via their online chat service (via mobile phone and at the airport with poor signal as it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact via phone) and they casually advised that it would be delivered in the next few days. Considering this was a timed service for an exhibition, that attitude was very casual and 'it is what it is'. I had no choice but to accept this and hope for the best Skip forward a few weeks and the parcel has still not delivered, and no reason/excuse can be given. I contacted parcels2go to complain and get a refund, to which they advised it was a documentation issue and the parcel was with them and being returned to me. However, what they did not know is that a couple of days after my parcel shipped, I received a call from a UK-based (not even the correct country) advising that they had received my parcel by mistake. Even after speaking to the UK company just before Parcels2go again to confirm they were still in possession of my parcel, Parcels2Go insisted that they have my parcel and it was being returned to me via their system, which is a blatant lie told to me numerous times by numerous agents. I ended up having to contact the UK company myself to arrange a return. Not only was I lied to many times about the status of my parcel, I found it extremely insulting that they inferred each and every time that it was due to my error and no commercial invoices were attached. Not surprisingly the parcel was returned to me with all of the correct documentation still attached as it hadn't even left the country, despite them telling me it had been to the US and returned. My customer ended up cancelling a customised and bespoke order as it was needed for exhibition only, and although after a while Parcels2go agreed to refund the shipping cost, they absolutely refused to acknowledge any kind of responsibility regarding the lost/incorrectly delivered order and the subsequent cancellation by my customer, so I am now significantly out of pocket as a result. My last statement shows that I have spent £400 with Parcels2go in the last month alone, yet they will not even give me a £10 credit to my account to say sorry for their huge error. I will never use these guys again as they are deceitful, rude, and their customer service policies/communication methods are ridiculously archaic.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I requested a refund of £45 on 30/08 and sent them all the relevant documents. Contacted them via chat several times to chase it. They rejected my claim on 15/09 as they said they have had no contact from me? I would advise everyone not to use them. They offer extra cover to get your money back if not delivered but they don’t refund or contact you. Scam company!

The year is 2018 not 1818 why does it take SO LONG to deliver a parcel i have had items from half way around the world delivered quicker . My parcel has be sat 2hrs away from my address for a week now . So why are these muppets still in business STOP USING THEM

I had a parcel booked to be collected from Thursday and today it's still sitting here-almost 1week!!! I have had to go on this stupid chat thing every night to tell them it still hasn't been collected and they say the same thing every night- sorry but there's nothing we can do but rebook again for tomorrow. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Parcel returned 2 weeks after being picked up. They honestly couldn't care less that the recipient has been waiting for the parcel for 3 weeks. After spending on average £60pm for last 6 month's I shall never again use them

Don't bother using these and go straight to the couriers - the customer service is down right rude whenever you experience a problem (has to be some of the worst I've experienced). Used Parcel2Go for a while but my latest parcel missed its specified delivery date and I was then told it had been lost so I had to refund the eBay buyer. A few days after issuing the refund the item was delivered to the buyer - not a problem I thought, I'll ask Parcel2Go to assist with having the item returned to me...that's where the incredibly poor service began with me finally being told that I would need to pay again for the return of the item (despite them being at fault for delivering it late in the first place). So, in essence, I am now paying twice for a failed delivery service.

The worst company I've ever delt with very hard to contact live chat only NO phone number a parcel I sent to Spain did not arrive on time 3rd September when I contacted them I was told the parcel had the wrong address and could not be changed and would be sent back to the UK on the 10th I contacted them again and was like it was on the way back to the UK funny that as it was delivered on the 6th September which seem to throw them on the 17th tracking says it was now signed for I paid for late delivery insurance I tried to claim no chance it had the wrong address and was on its way back to me Do NOT USE parcel 2 Go verging on theft and fraud most certainly liar's was promised a email after every contact never received one more than 4 Hours on chat and each time all you get is is there anything else I can help you with I've kept all chats as proof even the one which says sorry for the late delivery but refuse a claim saying it's on its way back to me. ITS NOT. Do not Use

Awful service, awful customer service, I sent a parcel from Manchester to Colombia and they lost it, they do not know where is it, the courier did not give information about it, one month later still missing.

I sold an item on eBay and had to refund the buyer because they didn’t receive it. Parcel to go could not track it so marked it as a lost item. I was told if it was found they would return it to me. In the mean time I filled in a claim form. Then I was told it had actually been delivered to the recipient, over a month late and after it was agreed to return the parcel to me should it be found. Parcel to go made no attempt to contact the recipient or retrieve my parcel suggesting I should do this myself. I heard nothing about my claim so sent another copy. Whenever I called someone they were very polite but could not help me, claim handlers could only be contacted via email or letter. After my second attempt parcel 2 go just ignored me and stopped contact altogether. Over a year later I have lost my item to the value of £55. And parcel 2 go who delivered the item after agreeing it was lost and would be returned to me if found no longer can be bothered to contact me let alone deal with my claim or refund me for my loss. Their rubbish when anything goes wrong.

**update- I have just been informed by a customer service advisor over email, that if you pay for a guaranteed delivery date, this guarantee does not apply if THEY FAIL TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL. You honestly cannot make this up. Stay away everyone. Please do not give this company your custom. I placed an order for delivery of a parcel “guaranteed” to be collected/delivered by a certain date. They give you a 12 hour delivery for collection, and on the day to be collected no one showed up. I was not contacted by parcel to go, or any explanation/advice. After looking online I saw the option to rebook the parcel, no mention of whether my guarantee still stands. The parcel was indeed collected the next day at midday- only for the tracking update to read nearly 24 hours later “parcel not collected/no longer needed”. There is no one to speak to regarding anything, no contact numbers, no live chat. They are a faceless company who offer absolutely no assistance should things not go to plan. There are far better courier services available, please stay clear of these.

I can’t put lower than 1. I wait in for 12 hrs because all they can say is collection between 8 and 2000. They don’t turn up/don’t call and don’t text to say sorry. Never again muppets!!

A parcel from London to Bristol could not be delivered even after 3 weeks . Status of the parcel remains on transition. Updates failed deliver after 3 attempts while everyone is waiting for parcel. In case failed delivery, why can not that be handed to neighbors. Now it is showing failed delivery at source and damaged. Disgusting. Never go for this. Royal Mail is the best.

Worst ever experience of using a courier for the first time. Not only did my parcel arrived smashed to smithereens you cant contact or speak to anyone only the live chat. I sent a solid wood table that arrives snapped in half and they had the cheek to say it was wrapped properly and wouldnt be giving me my money back, It was double wrapped in thick padded boxing and bubble wrap what more do they want?! No wrapping would have saved it from the extreme pressure it would take to snap a wooden table in half and thennnnnn they offered to give me my delivery cost back as a good will that was less than what i paid!!!! worst ever experience and will never use again and will tell everyone i know not to use this or hermes ever!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY......This… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY......This company is the worst company i have EVER dealt with in my life.....They are the ruddest people on the planet......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER......They lie.....They are agressive and clearly dont care about anything......I arranged for a parcel to be picked up over a week ago...its been damaged and is stuck in a wharehouse in scotland......i took out insurance to cover it....its is an iron stove and Parcels2go are saying that is white goods and its not covered!!!!!its worth £1200 and i am fuming.....I am seeking legal advice....

Parcel2go are nothing but thieves run by the worst kind of people who hide behind ridiculous hidden terms and conditions. I can't imagine it will be long before this company is exposed and quite rightly goes under.

added extra charge of £4 for small underestimate of weight ( few grams) on a 5kg parcel. No contact info to discuss. Never use again, the worst virtual non human business.
