This company is an utter joke. Made arrangements for a collection of a large parcel for Tuesday 07/02/23 between 08.00-20.00. Waited and waited till 20.00 hours had passed. Went to a chat online who have a reason of driver/vehicle issues. Rescheduled specifically stating that no-one was going to be in until 11/02/23 and as it's a large parcel cannot be left anywhere as I need a receipt. 09/02/23 at 14.11pm a courier turns up to collect the parcel. Again went to chat online only to be told it's scheduled for 11/02/23. Waste of space

Sent a parcel through evri with parcel2go. I weighed item getting posted with my digital kitchen scales and then agian in packaging in a bag with my digital travel scales to double check weight before booking postage and it came to just under 1kg so I booked the service that provides up to 1kg. Item was delivered then that day I had a email from p2go claiming my item was over the allowed weight by 0.15g and wanted a extra £2.50 handling fee and a extra £1.48 postage costs??. I contacted p2go and queried the charge as my item definitely wasnt over the allowed weight and size and they told me I had to have a photo of the parcel on scales to prove it was that weight ! Now come on who weighs and takes photos of every parcel before they post incase the company decides they want to overcharge or they make a mistake weighing a item? If this is a requirement p2go should be disclosing this at booking. I contacted the receiver of the parcel straight away and asked if he could weigh the parcel for me and right enough it was same weight and under 1kg wasnt overweight at all. He sent me photos of parcel on scales and I screenshotted a copy of my message asking him to weigh item and his reply. I have forwarded this to parcel2go but been days and heard nothing back but they still want the £3.98 paid the charge is still in my parcel2go account and cant sent any more parcels unless I pay it !! I have used them to send so many parcels over the years without any issues that will be the last they get my money trying to scam me out of more money !!

A very negative experience with this company. I dropped a parcel off (Christmas Present) on 10 December. It went into the Evri System on 11 December due to be delivered to a U.K. address on 17 or 18 December. Then delayed. Received advice that it had been delivered on 27 December. The recipient did not receive the parcel. I raised a claim and was asked to provide a receipt for the content as I’d taken out the £20 insurance. The parcel was then delivered on 6 January 28 days after having been dropped off for shipment. Appalling service.

A negative experience with this company… A negative experience with this company relating to their difficulties over customs and their use of other couriers. This means they will claim it is not their responsibility if there are any problems in the receiving country. They were clearly able to contact the courier to arrange delivery but cannot query an invoice sent my the courier 3 weeks later demanding charges for a parcel that was never delivered. Their customer service while polite cannot provide you with any useful information. I would recommend sticking with Royal Mail.

shipped an item via Parcel2go, for international delivery, as done many times before over many years, only incorrectly choosing Hermes (big mistake). The item cost me full international courier fees, with insurance, yet was sent via a slower snail-mail method via UAE and showing as "pending" for 2 months. Parcel2go state it was delivered when a complaint was raised, even though their website, the website of Hermes and that of UAE postal service all show it as still pending. Clearly it pays to go via the courier directly and avoiding the likes of intermediary services like Parcel2go. Just never use Hermes! Terrible service with nobody you can call/talk to (similar to Parcel2go). From now on I will stick with the named courier services like DHL and FedEx or even Royalmail. Good bye Parcel2go...after many many years of good service, you dropped the ball on this one and I cannot recommend you any longer.

I don’t suppose I’m allowed to swear am I? Oh well, they are just thieves then. 3 weeks wait so far & customer service don’t respond. Frankly it’s no wonder they’re cheap. As they say “ you get what you pay for “ It’s a wonder how they survive in the business. Awful. Just awful.

P2G booked collection of a parcel on our behalf with Evri after ParcelForce let us down which is who we originally booked with. Now Evri have lost the parcel neither Evri or P2G want to know, no compensation for the £200 item which has been lost, basically sending parcels by courier gives you no protection whatsoever unless you pay extra for it. Very dissapointing, previously used P2G and they have always been very good but this is not acceptable.

I sent two parcels recently and both have disappeared. That happens, but it’s the customer service that’s so atrocious. Once a parcel goes missing it can take up to 14 days to trace! And on both occasions I received a “your parcel is lost” message. They only have to do one thing - which is send a parcel and have it reach a destination but unfortunately they’re very bad at that one thing. Don’t let the prices fool you. It’ll cost you 2-3 times that when your parcels go missing. This will be the last time I will use this service and I advise you to stay away at all costs!

Whilst it is understood and accepted when a parcel is uninsured there is no compensation for the contents within the parcel itself, to still hold payment for a delivery service not fulfilled, I suggest is not legal. In this instance Yodel lost the parcel therefore did not fulfil their contract for which payment was made. Parcel2Go should not pass the buck, you took the payment and your contractor did not fulfil its obligation. As usual no way to speak to or email a human so have to resort to negative feedback in the hope of getting some dialogue....... 22828/P2G108562118

P2G advertise that they can ship parcels into the EU using IOSS. This is a blatant lie. Their system does not properly declare IOSS and every customer receiving goods from me has had VAT charges. P2G will not help and say it isn't their problem, when in fact it is thier problem because their system is faulty. They refuse to look into it. They refuse to help. If I ship directly with (for example) ups.com then IOSS is declared correctly and the customer gets no customs charges - which is the way it should work. Please avoid P2G for EU shipments

P2GO email to customers Royal Mail Postal Strike 2022 Parcel2Go are here to support you and your business through the Royal Mail strike. What a load of PR Nonsense P2G do not support customers. They charge extra for next day delivery and then fail to deliver or offer refund. At least with Royal Mail strike you know your parcel will not arrive. With P2Go you never know if and when it will be delivered. When asked about refund for non delivery this is the response "Unfortunately not, this is because collections and deliveries are not guaranteed with Parcel2go. Because of this customers are not entitled to compensation due to failed collections or deliveries.
