If you value your sanity and bank balance, do not use this company. Why, read reviews and find another courier. Despite their processes allowing me to purchase insurance, they refused my claim when they lost a 27 kg parcel putting me out of pocket of £150.

Parcel arrived clearly packaged fragile by the seller however this was clearly disregarded at some point during the process, box was battered beyond belief and as you can imagine the glass item inside smashed to pieces! It looked as if someone had played football with my parcel!

very cheap but if you get parcel lost you have big problems for one parcel I had to contact them 6 x time each time about 45min you have to wait for a response which take about 5 mins each time you have to start from the beginning go over the same thing the chat don't work there is no phone number and if you have a claim they keep asking for same information when they sent my parcel to wrong address after lost parcel for 25 days keep asking proof of non-delivery they sent me email saying they delivered to the wrong address that's in paper work I am dyslexic and makes it very hard

SIMPLY DREADFUL. VERY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no phone number to speak to anyone and they use offshore support who only use Live Chat. The support will tell you nothing except to wait. Paid for priority express service but it takes 8 days longer for the parcel to even leave the country as Parcel2Go sent DPD the wrong invoice, twice. Then DPD apparently use another company called Aramex so it's a dead end and there is just no means to really know where the issue/parcel is the after I called DPD export like 10 times and even Aramex I was told to speak to Parcel2Go. Guess what?? I was told by Parcel2Go they are 'investigating' this issue and I need to wait for up to 7 days. And this is their 'procedure'. I can't believe I have to chase them up so many times and call different companies just trying to get to the bottom of it and get the parcel delivered. I would strongly advise anyone to use this company. EVER. Also find it really strange that this company have really bad reviews here but have raving reviews on TrustPilot. Fake???

This was my second time sending a parcel with them from UK to Spain via DPD. The first time was all great and this second time I was a bit scared because they were two big boxes (20kg and 25kg) and together. They were collected last Thursday and arrived yesterday in perfect condition. All the process was fully tracked and I have zero complaints. I will keep using the service :)

Failed to collect parcel on 4 consecutive days, still waiting. No phone number, no email, and the live chat function is hidden deep in their website, and don't think for one second that will help resolve your issues as they don't care. My live chat ended with them saying they where just the booking agent and cutting me off even though it said I had 60secs to reply, so I guess I just go straight to the courier next time I want to send a Parcel then? Absoluty atrocious customer service, avoid if you can.

Current court proceedings against them as I sent an exhaust via them weighing 20kg and 100cm x 50cm x 35cm, So far from a small item.  After a week passed the buyer contacted me saying that the item hadnt of moved for a few days on there tracking system so I had to contact P2G and then after around a week of persistence and chasing they finally confirmed the item was lost! After then I realised the item was only insured for £70 instead of £700 which showed the eBay item transaction sold for. I then had to refund the buyer in full at my own expense and again chase P2G for money back. After I realised I was not getting anywhere with them I decided to send Letter Before Action and now court proceedings letter, Currently the next stage is court hearing which again will add around another £80 to the current costs which are now at around £816+.  I feel I have paid for a service to be carried out and they have breached there contract not fulfilling that service And as also stated in there terms and conditions,Our Obligations;2.3 We warrant that we will provide the Service(s) using reasonable care and skill.   I do not feel that reasonable care or skill was taken nor any real attempt to locate the lost parcel Tracking Number - P2G61778017 Regards,  Kyle

AVOID! If I could leave 0 stars I would! This company is an absolute disgrace. AVOID at all costs. I used them to send a parcel. A driver turned up the next day (28 August 2019) to collect the parcel…and that was the last I ever saw of it. I tracked the parcel and noticed it wasn’t delivered so gave it a few days (it was due 03 September). First I was told my parcel was damaged and it would be returned to me. A claim was set up online a delivery request was made for 1-2 days later. 6 days later I am informed that the parcel is missing and they need a description of the parcel and its contents. We are now 12 days after the collection and I am told I need to wait a further 14 days while they investigate. Eventually I receive a generic email saying “your enquiry is closed…we couldn’t approve your claim”. So no proper, personal apology or explanation, and no compensation! I insured the parcel to the value of £100 (the item actually being worth £129) and I didn’t get a penny….when you scroll through their pages and pages of T&Cs you’ll find there’s pretty much nothing you can actually send that they’ll compensate you for when they lose it! Not only that, but I paid £9.11 to be treated rudely and impersonally and have my possessions lost, and they only refunded me £8.09! Now I know we’re only talking about £1.02 (compared to the £100 they screwed me out of using the most ridiculous excuses), but apparently “When processing a refund, a customer is only entitled to the cost of the service. Any additional extras such as the cost of the delivery guarantee or signatures are deducted” so where I had paid that 85p for a signature upon delivery, they won’t refund for this service, even though they didn’t even deliver the item! I almost laughed when I read this, it is so ridiculous! Overall some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Truly disgusting the way they treat their customers. I honestly don’t know how they’re still operating. My advice would be to steer well clear!

Agree with the majority!! Awful website, complaints system almost non existent and so difficult to find, not signposted anywhere. List of non insurable items as long as your arm including a fabric lampshade!! How could you lose a box over 60 cm cubed!! Tracking not always kept up to date. And finally, No refund on pre-pay monies can be made, now lost forever as I no longer intend to use the company.

Dreadful 'service'. Waited at work til 8:00pm, no collection. by which time it was too late to rebook for the next day (not that I could have as the rebook link doesn't work). So two days later, (Parcelforce this time, a quicker service, upgraded at my own cost) note on the tracking system that 'collection failed' despite being the easiest possible location to track down. After tracking down the mythical live-chat link, I speak to Aisha who tells me it is rebooked for the same day. Except it isn't, and collection doenst take place. So three days later, I go through the same procedure again and finally it is rebooked for the following day.. four days after anticipated. Don't forget, 'collections are not guaranteed' folks. Pay your fee and hope for the best. I wont get into the time a couple of years ago when Yoldel turned up via parcel2go and stuck random labels on every one of 14 parcels, scattering them around the uk. Luckily I paid for compensation....which was of no help when they completely ignored all of my attempts to contact them. Presumably employing the 'he'll give up in the end strategy'... which ultimately I did.. Dreadful at best.

2 surcharge scams within 2 weeks for parcels that were packed under timelapse camera with details recorded. I am still waiting for a response from Hermes to see which company is doing the scamming or if its a joint thing.

Booked a collection for the 24th of September, they didn't collect and keep asking me to rebook for the next day having to print new labels for everyday, it is 30th and they still haven't collected. I am cancelling my order now. They also do not have a contact number nor e-mail address so you have to go on LiveChat with them which is not even visible on their web, as it is hidden in one of their sections. Also you cannot choose the time frame of collection. Honestly the worst company I have come across in my whole life.

Parcel2go are awful - they destroyed (meaning- it is completely broken and unusable) a washing machine they were transporting for me, let me take out insurance on it (with me having already filled in what it was) and then when I tried to claim insurance said they don't cover white goods. This is the second time they've transported something for me, and it is the second time they've destroyed it - 1st thing was a bike case which was also lost for weeks. They're so bad. Don't use them.

Please be aware and do not use this company. They have lost my parcel. A box of 25 kilos lost, vanished. I am sure that there is a system where parcels are getting stolen and sold. The most incredible thing is that there is a tacking system where you can follow the movements of your parcel. On the tracking system they have access to , it is clear that the parcel was collected but never delivered. They even send you the email to tell you that the parcel has been lost but then to receive the refund of the value of the parcel they are requesting a 1. Proof of Collection and 2. Proof on Non Delivery. What a joke, if you are the one are declaring my package lost, which proof do you need? Also, I send my personal items as I was relocating and they asking proof and receipts? How can I have a receipt of a bedsheets I bought in Jonh Lewis 2 years ago, or towels I bought last year or sandals and shoes I bought 1 year ago. Please find another solution but do not send your parcel. They will LOOSE it.

Horrible service. They withheld my package for days because they lost the original invoice and once given the missing info still act like they haven't received anything. So disorganized.

Absolute scam. They claim you have under-declared the weight or have used the wrong packaging of an item with UPS and then try and charge a fee which is more on it's own that the cost of sending the parcel! Happened a few times now, but last week I sent a Acer Chromebook which weighed 2.7kg, and I chose 5kg (i always go well over to be sure). Today they tell me that the actual weight was 26kg!! And want an EXTRA £7.03 on top of the original £5.39 cost. I dont ever send anything over 5kg so where 26kg has come from I will never know, but this happens on a regular basis. Feels like they have low initial prices then bump up their average by running this scam on every 10th parcel you send. People are not this stupid P2G, we know your game!
