Never trust this company. I booked a delivery from Hamburg to London labeled 27kg but when I received it the box was 9.8 kg almost empty however there is no clear contact number for parcel 2go but I contacted them through email , although I received confirmation email from them stated that the investigation is on the way and you will be contacted within 4 days, but no contact received from them however I emailed them many times to discuss the investigation result, but unfortunately no response received from them. I paid for 27kg to delivered in London but I received almost empty box from the them. There is no damages to the box but it’s clearly obvious that the box was opened and re-taped

DO NOT THINK INSURANCE IS GOING TO BE WORTHWHILE. This company will not accept your claim regardless as far as I am concerned. I supplied them with numerous pictures of the damage which were sent to me by the recipient. Originally the parcel was delivered to me by Hermes with no problem. I needed to return the parcel and packaged it as instructed by both Hermes and the company I was returning it to. In fact in exactly the same packaging I had recieved it in. Was taken from me by Hermes who as I say had delivered it . Pacrcel2go only got back to me requesting EXTRA pictures on the 6th night after I lodged my claim (which I did on the day I was informed by recipient it was damaged) The recipient discarded the outer packaging on the 7th day- before recieving my email requesting a further picture. I had email proof from them confirming this to be the case. They also rejected my initial copy of reciept but accepted a duplicate copy of the same. Despite this my claim was rejected on the basis that packaging was inadequate. They offered a goodwill gesture refunding my postage cost which did not satisfy me and almost seemd an admission they realised this decision was not fair. It is impossible to contact the company by phone, email, post as far as i can see so no way of contesting their decision. I am Very Dissatisfied with this outcome.

Booked a collection via Hermes from a customer they did not turn. Finally they said that they collected it and even after a month still no parcel. They were unable to find the parcel. They are difficult to contact and useless. This is the second time that something has gone wrong and I would never use again. If i could give no stars I would.

I contracted to have a parcel delivered to my sister in Canada. Price was good, and forecasted delivery time was 8 days. Parcel tracking showed the parcel arrived in Canada within 5 days. All good. After that, I was told the parcel was lost, while it was actually still in customs. Then my sister started getting threatening calls and emails from a company called Aramex, demanding money. On chasing parcel2go, via emails and chat line, I was informed that it was a scam, and should be ignored. After continuing to chase for another 2 weeks as to the whereabouts of this parcel, I was informed that it was being held in Customs due to a charge that needed paying. This on a family photo album of NCV. I paid the charge immediately, and continued to chase the company for a delivery date. While telling me that they were still chasing the couriers for delivery- strangely a company called Aramex, Customs were actually returning my parcel back to me due to non payment of the customs charge, that parcel2go were still holding. 2 months to the day of sending, the parcel was back with me. Having spoken to countless people, no-one ever told me accurately what was going on. The whole process caused both my sister and myself an enormous amount of stress. While parcel2go have refunded my payments to them, their customer service can only be described as being as appalling as their service was. I used a courier because of the Canadian postal strike in November. Having received the parcel back, I sent it via royal mail, and it was delivered within a week. I would never, ever use parcel2go again, nor would I advise anyone else to. I have never known a company give so much erroneous information. The company that they use in Canada also has shocking reviews. Parcel2go is definitely not a company to entrust your possessions with

2 parcels fully destroyed and no refund… 2 parcels fully destroyed and no refund (even though insured) as packaging was deemed insufficient.... this was an opinion not fact as we handing boxes packaged the same way all day without incident.. The level of abuse dealt to these packages was unbelievable and all contents written off. Contact and claim procedure is shameful

Zero Customer Support. An incredibly unpleasant experience, Online Chat useless, just lie and string you along for hours on end without actually achieving anything. Email support nonexistent. Had they sorted out my claim in a timely manner I'd still be using them, as it stands I won't be using them ever again.

We used to use P2G a lot. However after missing parcels and failed collections the final straw can when we got an email 2 weeks after we had posted a parcel telling us it was too heavy. And charging us a “fine”. The Ariel was not too heavy or too large (the volumetrics were fine too). We challenged it and they just turned round and said “nope”. Then even though I challenged them again they insisted on a photograph of the parcel that had been delivered 3 weekend ago, and ideally this parcel needed to be on a scale!! How was that ever going to happen! They also added the cost into an order I tried placing and wouldn’t let me proceed without paying the “fine” even though I was still challenging it. I cancelled the order, and now use another service. They can swing for the money they are trying to steal from me.

My parcel was lost, the company has admitted losing the parcel. I insured the parcel. I am now one month into the claim process. My evidence document are being refused (will not except a purchase invoice!) and they want conformation on non delivery even after admitting losing my parcel. Very slow and difficult to get a resolution, on the point of giving up, which is probably what they are hoping for

Parcel containing books was thrown over fence in pouring rain, Courier (of Hermes) claimed it was left in secure place ! Total damage , P2go denied refund on grounds that it was not insured, So be warned if you don't insure then P2go will claim the right to willfully destroy your parcel. They do however have a duty of care as they are about to find out in the small claims court

AVOID. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK As a small, struggling business, I am always in need of the most economical courier service. Whilst P2G offers the cheapest... there is a good reason. They offer a very very sub-standard service. DO NOT pay for the insurance or Next Day delivery. These are not guaranteed - whatever lies they may claim - and they will fight you to the death, with everything they have NOT to compensate you. They are only about the money coming in. They rely on their cheap prices to trick customers, and dont worry about customer service... or even doing what you paid them to do.

I would not give even 1 star for this company. They failed to collect a crutial medical equipment and this was their answer. I'm really sorry that things went wrong here. Unfortunately the courier has not left record of why the collection failed, so I'm unable to clarify why this happened. Failed collections can happen for a wide variety of reasons.

SLOW TO SORT OUT MISSING PARCEL & REFUND I've used them a few times before and always recommended them to friends. However, when a parcel I sent went missing in Dublin I did more of the trying to track it than they did. At one point I was told it had been delivered and later on told it had been returned to me the sender. Can't be in 2 places at once. When I asked for signatures as proof they were unable to provide any.As for trying to get the guaranteed refund when they have accepted liability it is still outstanding. I had paid for guaranteed 3 day delivery, the cost of the carriage and they are still only offering part of this. This parcel was posted on the 25th Nov. 2018! Not impressive. In future I shall use couriers direct.

Worst company ever- Big Liars Sending Christmas gifts to my family turn into a nightmare. My parcel was estimated to arrive in my home town in Greece before Christmas on 21/12/2018. Parcel never arrived, losing hundreds of pounds and wasting time to try sorting out the issue. They first open on my behalf a claim to investigate that would take up to 2 weeks, then they told me that they needed one more week, as the courier hadn’t reply back. When I complained about that they told me that I shouldn’t worry and that they will have an answer before the dispute ending date on 18/01/2019. Magically my parcel had a movement, “ label applied in Bham” on 17/01/2019 (a whole month after the last tracking movement). Obviously, I checked the DPD tracking as well, that didn’t match. SO, BIG FAT LIES. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I used to work on logistics and I know that is so easy to locate, relocate, ship etc any parcel in the system, just with a few clicks. Of course, they told that DPD tracking would be updated shortly. Never happened as DPD is a serious company that wouldn’t back up their lie. Claim for a refund/compensation is a long process, trying to explain that I paid for my parcel and that my father, who is quite old doesn’t speak English and my only communication is verbal (no texts or emails from him). They continually ask for a screenshot of a message. It takes ages to take a response and the only thing I get back is “ Apologies and blah blah blah”. Terrible customer service. Probably they believe that I will get tired and leave them alone. And all that, for just £50 refund. I will never use it again, wouldn’t recommend it either.

Posted a parcel with their TNT Direct arm (smoke and mirrors...) on the Tuesday & received all the receipts, confirmations etc. and, of course, I paid. Late on the Friday afternoon, I received an email from them asking me for the address & contact number of the addressee (all of which, of course, appeared on their own documentation, labels etc.) and telling me at the same time that they could not deliver at that address (which they had and did not have…). They then ‘advised’ me that, as they could not deliver, I would incur extra charges to have the parcel returned!!! They then demanded ‘response within 1 day’ (having taken 4 days themselves to contact me). It was so outrageous an email I was convinced that it was a scam until I checked the email address. I have yet, of course, to receive a response or update from them. I tried to complain but could not find any means of contacting them. Eventually I found an ‘email contact’ page which did not work. Eventually I used their ‘live chat’ asking for their complaints procedure. They claimed the only means of contact and complaint was through the webchat only. When I asked for an email address they terminated the live chat!! Would not trust these clowns with anything at all, so avoid: they are not the cheapest but are definitely the worst courier I have ever dealt with!!! I wish I’d read the reviews before using them

This company should not be allowed to operate without proper contact details. They took a parcel for delivery last October which is still missing. They just send emails to the delivery company and then ignore the fact that they don't answer. The way this has been handled is a disgrace. The parcel was for an orphanage in Sierra Leone with Christmas presents and urgently needed educational items such as pens, pencils, paper, etc. One minute it says the parcel has been delivered on screen , then it says it hasn't. The parcel should have arrived on 15th November 2018. It was insured but they are refusing to settle the claim so that I can resend some stuff. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY

1. I went online on a Wednesday evening to arrange for collection and next-day delivery of a laptop I was returning. I paid extra for next-day delivery and extra for home collection as the nearest drop-off point was a long way away (even though I was in London). P2G gave a collection window of "between 9am and 5pm", which seemed rather vague to say the least but fortunately I was able to stay home on the Thursday to wait for the courier. And of course the driver didn't come, even though I waited in till 7pm. Long story short, it took until the very end of day 2 for the collection to happen, which was a Friday - so the item wasn't delivered till the following Monday, the 5th day after I placed the order .Did P2G give me a refund, as the item was not delivered next day? No, because "next day" apparently means "the day after we collect". So you can pay all the extras you want for speedy delivery, but they can potentially wait days or weeks to collect and then wriggle out of their moral obligation by pointing to the small print. 2. As I write this I am waiting for an item to be delivered by P2G, this one dropped off at a drop-off location on Wednesday but only "should be" delivered "by Monday". P2G's rates may be the lowest around but this reflects a poor service and stroppy and unhelpful customer service when you contact them. AVOID.
