A catastrophe, I absolutely do not recommend it, I bought extra protection that P2G offered me due to the value of the shipment and the content, the parcels arrived massacred, I contacted P2G a few times, I sent them pictures of the damage but my complaint was rejected due to the content, so where is there logic? They offer you extra protection in terms of value and content, and when the shipment is damaged, they reject complaints and do not pay compensation for damaged property. I hired a lawyer to handle this case already. If you want to save yourself stress then use another company, shipping parcel via P2G is like lottery, you can win but more likely you will loss, please click on this link to see how they care for your property. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/mnqmk8yuzz54vgh/AAAlf4-DTTBrLG729VM8_bGza?dl=0

Sent 4 parcels to Spain for Christmas on 3/12/20 Two delivered on time, one a fortnight late, the fourth never delivered. I have tried a number of times to get insurance value which I took on all four parcels. I have been continually fobbed off by Parcel 2 go who claim the parcel was returned to myself 30/12/20. After writing a review on Trust Pilot I was contacted by a Naseem Alahi from P2G asking I wait 1-2 weeks which I did. When I contacted Mr Alahi on 8/2/21 there was conveniently no reply. Seems to me that the company is using delaying tactics in the hope that you give up the case. Next step Citizens Advice.

Dreadful experience. Parcel contained non fragile Christmas gifts and Christmas card - insured after reading MSE website. When parcel arrived one gift missing and parcel tapped with fragile tape. Insurance claim made- relevant details sent but claim rejected as company said I had not complied...shockingly poor service. Asked for details of their complaints procedure. Like others would give no or a minus star rating if I could.

Would give zero stars if possible. Operational and organisational nightmare with non existent customer service and poor communication lines with couriers / local depot and utter inability to provide live tracking information or problem solving. Parcel from London to Riga. Tracking showed arrival in depot in destination country on 4 January. A month later - still not delivered. Throughout this time, I raised two claims, wrote emails, used online chat system (note: it’s not possible to call or speak to anyone). Was asked for recipients phone number 3 times. Parcel ultimately returned back to London on 9 February. Reason: the recipient’s flat number was not indicated. It transpired that parcel 2 go (or the courier?) created and printed their own address label and stuck it on top of the address that i put on the parcel (which was correct and had all details). In doing so, they left out the apartment number. Utterly incompetent. What was even more frustrating is that for the 5 weeks that the parcel was at location, two claims were raised, i had followed up on email and chatted to two different operators online, and yet no one asked me for the missing apartment number information, nor did they contact the recipient (whose number they asked for three times). Never using this again.

P2G85540127... I booked a collection by Parcelforce 48 through P2G, it was for a model rc tank and it was valued at £300i was advised by P2G to take out the extra insurance that would cover the model for accidental damage and total loss, I paid an extra £14 for this insurance, the model was uplifted on the 8th Feb and delivered on the 9th, but it was severely damaged and there was evidence that the box had been dropped, I submitted a claim, and today I received an email from P2G telling me that they were refunding the shipping cost, of £13 but my claim for the damage was rejected because, they said the model was on their restricted list, I emailed them and spoke with an agent, who informed me the they do not cover models, or kits, when i explained this wasn't a kit it was a toy as it had a function, i.e it was rc, the agent stood firm with his original argument, suffice to say, i will never use this company again, they are scammers and ebay sellers and buyers should beware, their insurance is not worth the paper its printed on

parcel lost, claim refused Hate leaving bad reviews but so fed up with these guys. My story sent some unsented candles to my mother in-law as a present. I followed tracking item collected from one of the lockers you drop parcel into. Then nothing, raised a claim which took weeks then for claim to be refused as a banned item to ship. Why and where is there a reason not to be able to ship candles. I'm sure they make up unfair lists so they don't have to pay out on a fair claim. Also item was shipped and declared as candles when i booked the service so why not then refuse to ship, paid for insurance as well. Very one sided service an in my opinion I am being conned. Will never use again. Very unhappy customer. Site is also nearly impossible to speak or get a reply from anyone tried many times.

Absolute shambolic company - took out insurance on the Christmas presents being sent to my son - parcel never arrived. Parcel2Go confirm my parcel is lost and after several hours spent in chat , several emails sent including a few to the CEO - no replies received- I hear yesterday my claim is rejected due to lack of documents. Unbelievable- all receipts have been sent and THEY have told me MY PARCEL IS LOST - but my claim is rejected. I have NEVER had such poor service and the fact you cannot speak to anyone is so frustrating- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I used parcel2go to search for a courier for the shipment of car lamps that I sold. I gave what I want to send and what is the value of it. Parcel2go gave me parcel force shipping options for 11 pounds plus 29 pounds insurance up to 500 pounds. One of the lamps was damaged during transport. and the parcel for the second week informed me that car lamps are excluded from damage protection. Even though they took money for protection. I warn all against cheaters.

No wonder Parcels 2 Go refuse to offer us reimbursement for a lost delivery - they're probably financially crippled what with their overheads in buying fake Trustpilot reviews. Cowboys at best, a scam at worst. In essence: Because they book collections with couriers in their own name, you can never claim compensation with the couriers directly (they will redirect you to Parcels 2 Go), and Parcels 2 Go have refused our claims on both occasions, so we are out of pocket to the tune of £1k. Stay clear!

Purchased postage from parcel2go went to use UPS as a courier . Paid over £22 for delivery next day. After 4 days parcel2go and UPS have no idea where the parcel is , when you email parcel2go they just say we will email UPS . Then UPS say we will call , after 4 days leaving my number 5 times still no call back. They even said they tried to call until I proved they did not and then they can wait to drop the call. Parcel2go let the buyer beware if you have a urgent order don’t use them.

You lost the parcel nearly 3 weeks ago, I’ve started a claim 10 days ago and you still haven’t sorted it. If I could give a minus review I would, this has to be the worst customer service in the world.

This is a brief summary of communications that I have had with Parcel2Go and a response from them. After reading hundreds of complaints on several websites, there are literally thousands of parcels that have never been delivered!!!! Is there no Regulatory Board that is concerned that this company is trading??? Where are all these parcels? Yes, things can go missing, but this is beyond a joke. The contents of my parcel were not really high value - around £150, but they held sentimental value. I doubt very much that I will ever see this parcel again, but the biggest concern I honestly have is where are all theses goods??!!! The delivery driver apparently reported that the customer "refused" the goods. This is an out and out lie. So what do they do with these returned parcels. Is this just a blantant scam?? I have contacted Trading Standards. I am at a loss what else to do. These are challenging enough times, and with families being separated for long periods of time, any small reminder from home means so so much. Good afternoon Mr Greenbury, I am contacting you in complete desperation. I booked collection for a parcel to be sent to my daughter on 19 November 2020. The parcel was dropped off at 7.51 pm at local ParcelShop. I was able to track the parcel and realised that the address provided to yourselves would not be the best one to use, as my daughter works all day and I was never sure when she would be home. I repeatedly contacted your online chat and was told that they had contacted the local agent and the address would be updated. Despite me contacting your online chat almost every day for an update, I was told again that they had contacted the local agent in Spain and that the address had been updated. According to tracking, they attempted delivery to the original address several times, leaving no contact card to say delivery had been attempted. On the 1 December, it states that the customer refused the parcel This is not true, no delivery was attempted. I have contacted your online chat several times since then, due to the fact that on 4 December 2020 tracking advises that the parcel was being returned. Each time, agents became rude and quite aggressive telling me to be patient and that I had to wait 6-8 weeks before they would help me. This time has now passed, and despite trying to contact you via Facebook chat, where I was advised someone would get back to me within 24 hours, I still don’t know where my parcel is. No one appears to know where my parcel is. One of your agents did suggest that it “was probably on a container somewhere”. I have read several websites where there are many of your customers reporting the same issues as I have had. I understand that you are only the agent, but the contract I entered was with you, and you should be working on my behalf. This situation is wholly unacceptable, and I paid for a service that has not been provided. I paid for a guaranteed delivery date, and whilst the monetary value was only around £150, the contents held much sentimental value, and were meant for my daughter who is stuck in Spain as a Christmas gift. I am bitterly disappointed and extremely angry that despite being told that “local agent has been contacted”, “address has been changed”, “system has been updated”, “parcel is probably on a container” and “to be patient!!!”, I still don’t know where my parcel is or if it will be returned to me. This is a very difficult time for most people right now, and parcels can be seen as a lifeline for loved ones that aren’t able to be with us at this time. This whole situation has made a really tough time even worse and I would really appreciate a satisfactory response from you. Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that the parcel is set to return. Unfortunately, when a change of address is requested, it is that a request only. We are not able to guarantee the change will be made, once the parcel is with the courier. A change of address can take a few working days to process, also. I can see that Hermes were contacted with the details you passed to our agents. Sadly, they advised the return had already been issued. I am afraid that once a return is actioned, there is no way we can stop this. The parcel will return and can take 6-8 weeks. I would like to apologise once again, but we have to wait for the return of the parcel. If there is anything else I can help you with, please do not hesitate in contacting me. Kindest Regards Faye Taylor Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Parcel delivery and collection The issue that I have experienced was: I sent this parcel to my daughter in Spain. I realised that I had sent it to her home address, and tried to change to an alternative to ensure delivery. I contacted you chat helpline almost every day after the first attempt at delivery. I was told that they would contact courier, but they made another 2 attempts and delivery. Finally recording that customer refused. This is not true, my daughter could not have refused it, because she was not at home. Your agents repeatedly told me to wait 24-48 hours and that I should be patient!!! ; and the new address would be updated and I would be emailed. There are no updates on my tracking, can yesterday when I yet again contacted an agent, they informed me that my parcel is being returned!! I am extremely angry and disappointed that there has been a complete breakdown in communication, and lack of information. I now have no idea where my parcel is! I wanted this parcel to be sent for my daughter for 1st December and paid for guaranteed delivery. I am now going to have the inconvenience of having to resend, as well as the cost! Spent a considerable amount of time on live chat trying to resolve being told the same thing day after day. One agent actually disconnected my call! I would like this parcel to be delivered to my daughter in Spain! I have no idea where it is, but I would suggest that you up date me as soon as possible and that you arrange for the parcel to be resent free of charge.

This company is awful - zero customer service unless you count an online chat that sends out scripted answers and is no help...... avoid and go direct to the courier service if you actually need a service
