absolute nightmare! lost parcels apparently take 8 weeks to return and then when your on 8 weeks they tell you it could take even longer and there is nothing they can do! a parcel was sent on the 20/8/2019 today the 12/11/19 the customer still does not have his parcel and we have not had it returned, constantly told to wait abit longer. I would seriously avoid using parcel2go unless you want it to be the bane of your life!

In decades of business working for large corporates and for my own businesses in the last 20 years, I have never experienced a company as unprofessional & with such horrendous customer service as Parcel 2 Go. You have no way of ringing them when a parcel goes missing, they show no interest whatsoever of finding your parcel. This was only the 2nd parcel I sent through to them & it went missing, cost me hundreds of pounds I’ve give them a 0 point review if it was possible. Please don’t make the same mistake I did & trust them with your business, they don’t deserve it

They failed to collect my parcel for delivery, which as a courier company, is incredible. There is no way of communicating with them to resolve the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY:

What a joke of a company I am surprised… What a joke of a company I am surprised they can continue as a company they are so incompetent . A basic parcel to be collected and delivered to me. 4 collections booked none collected the advisors on live chat just send pre written text back . I booked myself in the end with TNT they collected that day and i received it today. Parcels 2go actually booked a collection with TNT which failed twice . Maybe they dont pay the courier company and that's why its failed !! They are actually the worst company I have ever used ever.JUST USE THEM TO GET INFO ON COURIERS THAT CAN DO THE DELIVERY THEN BOOK DIRECT !!!!!! Its worth paying the little extra just to receive your parcel.

They are a terrible outfit to deal with - No email; No telephone; just a VERY complex 'online' system that makes it very easy to wriggle out of any claim/responsibility etc. I would avoid the like the plague

If I could leave less stars I would. We paid P2G to send an express parcel to South Africa and it took 6 weeks for package to not even leave the UK but be returned to us. P2g lied on a numerous occasions and we had no option but to drive to their head office and sit in the reception until we got some answers, which not surprisingly turned out to be lies AGAIN. This is the last social media post we made. We have since received the refund albeit not for the full amount, they have ommitrd the delivery garuntee payment?!? We have invoiced P2G for all of the costs caused by their horrendous service. @parcel2go (Cube Fulfilment Ltd) (Apologies to normal facebook friends, dont bother reading the below i am just trying to contact Parcel2Go) Hi. We paid for one of your services on the 26th of September (an express delivery to South Africa to arrive no later than 2nd Oct). The total cost was £336.72. The package never made it to South Africa. We chased P2G constantly (we have all chat transcripts) and to award you the title of useless would be a gross understatement. You had used DPD UK and our parcel was stuck at one of their hubs. After being told by P2G you didn't know where our parcel was (bespoke lighting equipment for a film shoot commencing the first week of October) you said you would launch a 4 to 6 WEEK investigation. So we then had to essentially do your job and contact DPD directly. Wwho were fantastic and instructed us that some paperwork had been lost/damaged on the boxes in transit and they had contacted P2G for clarification on the paperwork but P2G had failed to respond! P2G then laughably informed me 2 days later that you had located the package (which had taken me 45 minutes to locate after our live chat). DPD then reprinted the paperwork and attached it. I informed P2G via the only communication method, LiveChat, that i had sorted the problem myself and could they please keep and on eye on the package to make sure it was sent sent. I can only assume this fell on deaf fingers as you also failed to do that. Fast forward one week and the package is still in the UK. We chase DPD again and they tell us the same thing. Seeking clarification off P2G, we chase P2G who say they don't know whats going on, 7-14 day investigation time. So again we speak to DPD. DPD then inform use because P2G haven't responded at all the package is now in their returns process, and they can't confirm details with ME (the package owner and sender) as their client is P2G, which is annoying yet understandable due to GDPR. P2G cant tell me where my package is or when we will receive it. DPD give me the new tracking number, the package is delivered to the address it was collected from (our business premises) and signed by a K Kenworth. There is no one at my address called K Kenworth. It was not delivered back to my address. After another pointeless LiveChat session i had no option but to drive to P2G head office and refuse to leave until i had an answer. I was told the package delivery address was a DPD sorting station and i would have the package in 2 days, you were processing the refund immediately and i was free to use an actual genuine courier service. Alas, i left, disheartened but at least i had an answer to give my client who was now 372,782zar out of pocket due to your inability to provide the service you charge for. That's around £19,000 to you and i OR 4 x the package value. After i left the Head Quarters of your scam operation i called DPD just to confirm that the address was one of their sorting locations, lo and behold.... IT WAS NOT! Another Parcel2Go lie!!! So much so, the DPD staff member was that irritated that you had lied, that they actually informed me the address was .....wait for it..... ONE OF YOUR OWN!!! It is a P2G address!! You had the package all along, so not only did you fail to deliver it and fail to tell me ANY genuine information. You also kept it for 2 x longer than the delivery should have taken in the first place! Finally the package arrived, i resent it via the DHL export account we had opened and it was with the client in 36 hours for less than the half the price you charged. (HUGE thanks to Charlie our account manager at DHL who provided an INSANELY good service). Then we get to the refund, i received an email stating the refund had been processed and would take two days, the refund amount was not only the incorrect amount (ill let you guess if it was more or less than it should have been) but its not arrived. This was a week and a half ago. SO, i have issued you an invoice, for the amount of money you have taken off us and for all of our time you have wasted. The time has been calculated fairly and it just our workshop daily rate divided back into hours. Also i have included the cost of us leaving a job to sit in your reception whilst we get some answers. It would be great if you could send me an email address to forward the invoice onto, a copy has been sent to you via Royal Mail (another service that actually works) and you have 30 days till month ending to pay.

Absolute shambles of a company. Their couriers damaged my parcel and they denied my claim for damages stating it wasn't correctly packaged. I am a reputable online seller with years of experience and know exactly how to package orders securely

Please avoid this company at all costs! They failed to deliver a parcel I had sent abroad, lied about contacting the recipient, lost the parcel on its way back to me, found it again, then promptly lost it again! Ive been waiting 4 MONTHS for these clowns to sort this out. There is no way of contacting them by phone or email. Its all done by FB messenger. So unprofessional. Check out their Facebook and Twitter pages where there are literally hundreds of complaints! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Spent 3 hours trying to arrange a delivery from Leeds to Bristol. Their Chat service is exhaustive & frustrating. Had to cancel collection twice & they refused to refund me twice. If I hadn't paid by PayPal, I would still be chasing my refunds.

$4000 musical instrument never arrived. Parcel2go created forged delivery signature to pretend it had been delivered to avoid insurance claim. Then refused to discuss the matter. This company is a scam. If they spent as much time delivering parcels as they do writing fake positive reviews on themselves the world would be a happier place. ps. you need a few more tick box options, ie. no one made delivery, never arrived

Worst service!! They didn’t send me a label and never told me that a have to print a label! They didn’t pick up my parcel and only when I contact them after that they told me that they forgot to send me the label and that they forgot to collect my parcel! The people I chatted with they have knowledge and don’t give the right informations. Finally after one week they came to pick up the parcel and told me that the label, themselves send me , is not correct!!!!!!!! Still waiting for someone to pick up this parcel!!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Not impressed at all. Not impressed at all. Sent a parcel to The US, it did not arrive. Contacted Parcel2Go who informed me that it had been delivered and signed for at a random address on the opposite side of the country! Investigation miraculously finds my parcel again a few days later and informs me it is being returned to sender; I'm asked to contact them if it does not arrive within 6 weeks. My parcel did not arrive, so I contact them again and they start another investigation; I'm told that they will contact me via E-mail in 24-48 hours. 5 days later I contact them as I have not heard anything; they start another investigation and do get back to me literally within 15 minutes to say that my parcel has been destroyed as it was not insured. I contact them again to say not only was it insured but I had purchased extra insurance because of the value of the contents. I am then informed that insurance is invalidated because the contents are a no compensation item. Insurance is added by default and when attempting earlier to day to send something without insurance I noted that there are numerous attempts to get you to purchase and dire warnings at the consequences if you choose not to. The list of no compensation items is extensive and in some cases wide open to interpretation. I am still waiting a refund on the actual shipping cost and not holding my breath! So check before you book folks; here is the list! Ceramics / Porcelain / China / Stone - Items Made Or Consisting Of Porcelain Or Similar Including Tiles, Sinks, Basins, Toilets, Baths, Concrete, Crockery, Granite, Marble, Vase, Pottery, Plates Etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Dreadful experience for what shoudl have been a simple delivery to a major city in Canada. It never arrived and all the online chat "customer service" people could tell me was that they were investigating it with the local courier. There is no email address or phone number to call in - just a terrible chat service. When I asked for it to be escalated, but I can assure you it wasn't, as I never got an apology, a refund or anything! They had my email address wrong in their system and advised me they couldn't update it either. What type of company cant update your email details? It took 2 months of me contacting via chat (again - they have no other way to deal with them) - no updates, no response and then they just randomly delivered it back to my home address without any explanation. Oh, and they sent it in a new box with another clients information plastered all over it.

Anout 2 months ago i sent a fishing rod via parcel2go and it was extremely well packed however it arrived damaged and really the only way to damage it would have been to run over it with a truck. Because it was a fishing rod i was unable to get insurance so i lost out on £350 and was given nothing apart from my postage costs..this month i sent another rod and they seem to have lost this one , bear in mind the package is nearly 6ft long so its hard to lose...currently the tracking ends at the depot and i keep getting emails saying they are looking into it but im not very hopeful of a positive outcome..how can this be acceptable. Thats another £250 lost as it should have been delivered a month ago..this 2nd rod has clearly been stolen. Why are there not practises in place to prevent this. Im only a small business and these 2 losses have hit me really hard..order Anout 2 months ago i sent a fishing rod via parcel2go and it was extremely well packed however it arrived damaged and really the only way to damage it would have been to run over it with a truck. Aweful customer service The prices are reasonable but their customer service is terrible. The agents do not communicate cohesively and alot of the correspondence over email makes zero sense. Spoken to multiple agents and no one seems to know what is going on. On the occasions where your parcel experience does not go smoothly basically you are stuck because you will not receive any help from these guys. My parcel has been stuck at the depot for over a month without any notification what so ever. The email response is bad, and the chat experience was even worse

Levied an extra £3 due to one dimension of the parcel being 3cm greater than allowed. However it was 6cm shorter in length and 8 cm smaller in width. Normally I would continue to use this site for all deliveries but I cannot find an email address on their site so cannot have a moan. I shall go direct to Hermes now. G.Easton

i put a claim in for a dog toy sent to a buyer it which was damaged beyound repair. Let me state it was in a pdded envelope in a plastic sealable wallet so the only damge that could be done is from Hermes. My parcel claim was rejected yet again and yet its a dog toy not anything on a prohibbited list also paid for protection what is the use of having this. I am now using a different broker and a differnt courier. You always find a an excuse not to pay out. I put a calim in for a surcharge and for a parcel weghing 500g i put 0.6kg to make sure ys i have digital scales to prove this Hermes state the parcel was 1.2kg now how can it double with oinly one item. i have had this problem before 1kg bag that they said weighed 3kg I had to wait a long time to get the money returned. IF I WAS YOU USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND DO NOT USE HERMES
