RUN AWAY FROM PARCEL2GO! Dont use them! Carrier lost my parcel and Parcel2Go support is always unavailable... Cannot contact them for the life of anyone! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

If I could give NO stars I would, because they dont deserve any stars. My parcel collected from my local pick up point with printed label put on by the shop and 2 small return labels. It reached Stoke on Trent. Then by magic it disappeared into thin air!!!!. After parcel to go were contacted, by Resolver, they suddenly decided it had been found at s.o.t and would be returned within 14 days.. Oh then by magic again, they message to say that was a mistake, it had not been found. It was lost, well they call it "lost".. I then get a message, to say, quote " They are pleased to offer a refund" . What a company, how can something dissapear, from the collection point to arriving in the s.o.t depot.. there is something sadly going wrong somewhere.!!!!!

I am waiting, two days on for named day pick up, 12 hours per day, not a word of information. This is the check out page - you are invited to choose a collection date. The date you choose is printed on the confirmation email - no caveats explained. You wait in good faith. Collection Date Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Dates Please note that delivery timescales are working days. On this service deliveries can take place Monday to Friday. Please bear this in mind when estimating the delivery of your parcel. Selected Date: tomorrow I now find out AFTER TWO DAYS WAITING IN, this is not an exceptional delay due to a stolen van or something, but in fact the typical delay as pick up dates are entirely meaningless and discretionary. The pick update on my Order confirmation represents a false statement of terms and breach of implied and printed terms of contract. To make it worse, P2G don't even provide update by email to let you know if courier is even coming yesterday as ordered, today, tomorrow or this week, to helpfully narrow down my wait or inform me it has changed. This is massively unreasonable and very inconvenient when a tiny little email could facilitate positive information exchange. Instead, PSG prefer complete silence! On the website I am now offered the option to rebook a new date!!!! Why? The dates are not guaranteed. UTTERLY MEANINGLESS. Why do they even have a 'choose a date' option on the booking page? You choose your date and you wait just the same as someone who does not, or chose a delivery yesterday or tomorrow! I have no idea whether I should just wait in for few days...and eventually they may pop along. Or if I need to re-book, and wait in a few days and eventually they may pop along! As a carer I do need to be able to pop out sometimes! And my customer needs to know.

This is because we cannot 100% guarantee the collection/delivery to be made on the date booked, however we have a very high success rate of parcels being processed. I had to stay in the house for 3 days from 8 - 8 and still no uplift I have had no explanation as to why this was the case. I appreciate the carrier was My Hermes however my contract was with P2G. I eventually asked for a refund and was advised this would take between 5-7 days. Very disappointing I would be unlikely to use this company again

After my parcel was collected there was no update to the tracking information for 5 days. Their CHAT service does not seem to work, they do not list a telephone number or email address. Therefore very difficult to contact; that is an appalling way to treat your customers. I did find an email address which they acknowledged but never answered the questions I had raised. And they have the nerve to ask me to use them again. Why?

Was a little worried about using Parcel2go after some of the reviews, but I needed to send quite a heavy parcel to Norway and it was the cheapest option (Using Parcelforce through them). Online system was easy to use, printed labels off, attached to box, dropped off at my local post office (COOP), it was collected that day. I tracked the item which seemed a little slow to be sent to delivery office, then suddenly the other person notified me it had been delivered. WOW. One week, cheapest service and all good. Cant fault them.

Parcel2Go screwed up delivering to the customer in US. Everything done correct form our side. They acknowledged that an error happened during scan at their dep in US, yet they want money for returning the product back to UK. When asked why, this was the reply: Thank you for your email. As per our terms and conditions section 7.3 it stated if any charges should apply these should be paid to us of our demand, please see below, ''7.3 We shall not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charge(s) which are incurred through our carriage and/or delivery of any Consignment and you must satisfy yourself as to whether any of these charges will become due, and if so in what amounts, before completing an order with us. If any such charges become due as a result of our carriage and/or delivery of a Consignment on your behalf and are charged to us by any competent authority, you agree to reimburse us fully in respect of the same within 7 days of our demand.'' I am afraid the parcel cannot be returned free of charge." We used to send a lot parcels through Parcel2Go, and stopped doing so due to a list of extremely terrible experiences. I would highly recommend to avoid using this company. PS: The only way to reach out to them is on mail or chat. No phone.

CUSTOMER SERVICE INCOMPETENT, THEY DIDN'T FIND A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AND MY PARCEL IS BEEN HELD IN THE DEPOSIT FOR MORE THEN 2 WEEKS

Sent a parcel to USA in January and not delivered eventually to tell me it was being returned back and that i had to pay for returns. Eight months later parcel still missing and now avoiding to pay insurance claim. Fed up and Issued county court proceedings.

Worst ever service. it is my personal advise please do not ever use parceltogo service. It is motive to earn, never care about customer. I have booked a parcel from london to edinburgh, one of my parcel is missed and they do not have a clue where my parcel is. i have missed my all my important documents/things which they can't get me. Even to claim back and forth email for the last 10 days and i still havn't receive my claim and i have lost the hope of getting my claim.

DO NOT USE! Maybe a bit cheaper but they have so many clauses to get out of paying for problems with your shipment! Also False advertising for how long deliveries take. Will never use them again and really wish I had looked for reviews before using! Just need to google Parcel 2 Go reviews and will find news coverage on how bad they are!

This company is taking 3+ months to deliver a parcel from uk to Australia. First 2 months it was send to landmark, then lost, then found, then refund of 50% granted. Another month is going by with 5 failed collections and hours spent on taking to their useless life chat.

Paid nearly £70 for 48hr insured delivery. Parcel finally coming 6 days later, but I am back at work. Attempt to change the address, no, that can take another 2 days and I need the package for the weekend. Parcel2go is a joke, no people to talk to, just autobots on a live chat. Save your money, go directly to the courrier. Don't give these charlatans your business.

The service you have purchased has delivery within 2 working days. The parcel was collected Friday. Parcels with this service are not delivered on weekends and there was a bank holiday so the estimated delivery date is 28/8/19. I can see that the parcel is out for delivery today. Hi Naseem, Thank you for replying to my review regarding your failure to deliver. Unfortunately, you have your facts wrong. You were delivering to Leander Rowing Club, one of the Premier rowing clubs in the World, on a Saturday during mid season. I can assure you there was someone there to accept delivery. So what exactly did happen, since you have reported the failure as “Major event” on your website. What is a major event in the world of parcel delivery? A puncture! Anyway; no surprises here. Parcel still not delivered when dispatched on 17th August. Today is the 27th August. Be interested in your viewpoint. Ken Mitchell N.B. Never use this company! I currently have a 15£ refund stuck there, for auto prepay and i cant get them and i dont want to use them with them! Failed to collect my parcel 2 days in a row. Ridiculous

Absolutely awful service. Collected 17/8/19 arrived a sorting hub 23/11/19. Lord knows when it will be delivered. I could have walked it to destination by now.
