Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They overcharge, tell lies about delivery times. No tel. number to call. Insist on paying extra for supposed volume data. Customer support worst ever. Parcels still not arrived, tracking always say "delivery next day".”

Please provide evidence that you have audited the item, as I took item to the post office and confirmed it weights 2.93KG but delivery is 5 months by seamail, hence I used DHL. And weight helght etc... are all correct as measured as local post office.
Your shipping agent Parcel Compare wants more $. And I discovered that DHL does not charge extra for shipping to residential areas, but your shipping agent Parcel Compare charged me extra for shipping to London Residential area
And you will never be able to get extra $ from me, as I have cancelled this credit card.

“Two failed collections and various emails to secure refund of fees. No phone number to contact and only generic answers to emails with no way of further discussions. Only refunded when I cancelled which cost £6. There are dozens of reviews similar to mine with the same problems. Avoid this company!”

“I sent a parcel overseas, but a few weeks later was told that my A4-sized package was more than a metre wide (yet weighs 1.5kg). They have no evidence of this whatsoever. They rejected the photo I showed of the package, saying that the photo does not meet their criteria....
They then proceed to take £200 extra from my credit card.
My recommendation: please send your parcel with the shipping company directly. It may be not as cheap as this kind of intermediary companies, but it's not worth the hassle when fraudulent charges occur. The shipping company doesn't want to talk to you because you didn't pay them directly. I hope to get my money back through my credit card.”
“WORST COURIER EVER.... I paid £10 to ship a parcel based on the quote from there site. goods got lost for 2 weeks and I was told to claim for the loss..... despite the tracking showing that the goods were not delivered, my honest customer told me that the goods had eventually arrived over 2 weeks late. Finally almost 4 weeks later they took £48 out of my paypal account as a "surcharge", claiming that the package was 2kg heavier than stated.. I asked for evidence of this and they have been unable to provide it.

“Terrible service. They said my parcel would be collected today. I waited in all day but it was not collected. Now the website says "collection no longer required" but I never changed the instruction. Disgraceful service and no telephone number to call.”
“BEWARE.... It's a complete scam ! I put my trust in them, paid for their services and my parcel was delivered. about two weeks later
an email arrived demanding extra payment as the parcel was 3x overweight !
I contacted the courier UPS who informed me that the weight and size of my parcel were fine.
Parcel Compare say that you can appeal by holding a tape measure along side the parcel and submitting a photo to them (a month after the parcel was delivered and the packaging destroyed! Money will be taken from my PayPal account within 5 days ! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH PARCEL COMPARE !”
“Please don’t use this company! I paid extra for insurance to make sure my item was covered properly. It got damaged. I contacted them and apparently my item is excluded. When you read the exclusions list, there isn’t actually anything they do cover but they are happy to take your money! The item I sent wasn’t a cheap item so now am out of pocket! No phone number to speak to anyone!
A course in good customer service wouldn’t go amiss!

No collection was attempted, no contact from parcelcompare. I was charged over £7 to rebook the collection because parcel force claimed they had attempted delivery (unable to provide evidence). Yet again no one has shown up. I tried to raise a complaint by email and chat and have just been ignored. I've paid £30 just to be disrespected. Never use this business.”

Then 3 weeks later TOOK an extra £53 from my account without any explanation. After I complained they are now saying it’s an extra charge because it was a large parcel!
