“regards my parcel that was picked up on the 16th of November at 1pm. This is a large parcel which should have been delivered as stated the 17th of November. When I contacted UPS they reassured me that my parcel will delivered today 19th of November between 2-7pm. Time went by and after checking with the buyer and tracking no it was still saying in transit. I gave them another call and again they said it will be delivered today and that I should give them the reciever number so that they will update them. My buyer recieved a call from UPS saying that they cannot find the parcel in the warehouse. Absolutely shocking considering i had seen and been told its in transit and that it will be delivered today 19/11/20. I am appalled by this service and getting really anxious. As one minute parcel is in transit and next never have left warehouse. This parcel should have been delivered today as promised and i have been given misleading information.
I will not be using this company anymore and will be filing a complaint. Please please avoid avoid avoid no one to listen to your complaints. I will not ease until these people are taken to justice. Instead time I contacted them was today and still no further. All I have received is another mail stating they are trying to locate my parcel. This is the same parcel weeks ago that should have been delivered to my buyer weeks ago a month in two days what never ever got delivered and that it should be going through a claim. Shocking!! I have read all the other reviews and it all pretty much sums up this company.”

I wrote and asked them why they had retained my payment details as the contract was complete. I have had 10 days of not addressing my question and no word that they will remove my payment details. They repeatedly state I have an outstanding delivery- which I do not! I've asked to make a formal complaint; requested Data Handling Policy and Complaints Policy---- nothing back from them on this request- just standard, sorry this has caused inconvenience'. Still unresolved 10 days later. Would never use this company again!”

“Awful company highly recommended you never use. I for sure won’t be. Sent a box to Spain and the tracker said would arrive by 23rd Nov 2020. We are now in Dec and no sign of the package. Constantly having to chase them, poor service. Was told that due to an address error it hadn’t been delivered but would redeliver next day. Few days go by and still no sign of it. I am then told due to the package not having been scanned for 10 days it’s lost. Very convenient as I had sent an iPad, Apple TV. You draw your own conclusion. I strongly believe the items got stolen and as an excuse they are saying it’s lost.
When a few days earlier they tell me it’s at depot and will be sent out again.
Horrible scammer and thieves.
Don’t make the same mistake as me.
To add insult to injury I get s measly £200 compensation from items worth over £1200.
Once again be warned not worth it. Rather pay more and to a more honest company than using this company as they are a total joke.”

You'd be better off throwing your items in the bin.
We sent some very expensive items via their service, because of the high value of the package we chose to take their "insurance". The goods arrived at the location. The customer emailed me some pictures of the package and it looked like it had been ran over by a lorry. Split, torn, WET!! and generally battered. They had made a feeble attempt to stick it back together with duct tape.
I was disappointed of the damage but I thought no problem, I'm glad I took out insurance, I'll just claim through the policy.
Their insurance is not worth the paper its written on, they will give you every excuse under the sun.
ADVICE - look at their restricted items under their policy, you basically cant send anything!!!!!
They first tried weight, and they were wrong, then they said it needed to be in triple ply cardboard, which it was, then finally they said the item needed to be in a "suspended packaging" whatever that is and neither is it mentioned on their policy.
I've given up with them and took my losses which is what I suspect a lot of people do, their customer service takes days to reply and don't answer the phone.”
“The currier booked through them doesn't collect the parcel and they don't provide any support at all. Your options will be either take the parcel yourself to the currier or pay another 10£ to for another collection date that they might as well ignore. A complete scam.”

Follow the trail on their website and you will see almost anything you want to send is in fact excluded from the insurance they claim to offer for free!

“Waiting since 4/11 to send me a package through TNT. They picked the package from UK, they gave us TNT tracking number and the status of tracking is still up-to today 14/11 COLLECTING. They informed us that they lost the package and that they ll refund us the shipping charge. They item is gone. Tough luck. Our mistake to chose them to send it.
Updated: 28/11 today after 15 email exchanges with Parcelcompare and 200 excuses (they told me they lost it and shall wait few days to search for it, then that they can refund shipping cost but not the item, then that i have to show proof that they got it from my cousin, then that i have received the item so case is closed, then they are looking our matter with the carrier, then we must present more proof of evidence and that they cannot do anything further) i decided to forget it as they dont even reply anymore. Thank God item cost only 65€ and shipping 40€.

I do understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I am sorry but unfortunately I cannot investigate further without correct evidence of collection as it is required to forward to the carrier in such cases.
I have emailed the carrier many times and they are asking for proof of collection as there are no scans available for this shipment.
If this document can be provided then we can process an investigation with the carrier and search for them.

“Do not Use this Company 😡 Zero stars are not allowed, I paid £216 for 2 parcels weighing 45Kg as told it would cost their adding my weights and sizes on their website, 16 days later I was told it had been Audited by UPS and gave me a Ref number and I owe another £40.19p, so I called UPS who said they never Audited it and only delivered in the UK, I told Parcel Compare this they then said DHL had Audited it, they gave me a different Ref number so I called DHL who also said they never Audited it, they also sent me an Email saying there were no Changes to the Weights snd Sizes, Parcel Compare refuse to accept this and are still using threatening emails, it will be interesting to see the Outcome 😡”
“I wont be in a hurry back to use parcelcompare again. Paid via paypal which was fine. Never got a printable label or despatch number so had to pay a second time when parcel taken to local drop of point. It might only be £4.66 that I've lost but at the same time it's very disappointing.”
