“Parcel Compare is the worst carrier I have ever used! My parcels were delivered to a different place around 450 miles away where I was forced to go to complete the customs clearance. Moreover, all my parcels arrived in terrible condition, but Parcel Compare accused me not of using strong enough packaging material. I'm going to take Legal action against that shameless and totally unprofessional carrier. I would not recommend this so-called "carrier". AVOID!”

“I was charged a surcharge of nearly £400 a month after my package was delivered (the original shipping price being £450). The money was taken straight out of may account with no explanation, when I tried to contact the company, there was no telephone number and none of the forms on their website send, you fill them out and the send button doesn't work. so I have no idea what the surcharge was for. If you read the reviews they try to do this all the time and take money from your card without warning. Luckily I cancelled the card I used before they could take it! Last Friday I selected Parcel compare to send a birthday present to Italy, and I paid for next business day delivery using TNT
The parcel was collected but I could not track it. It did not arrived on the Monday or the Tuesday. I started a claim, and they were very good at responding. Yesterday, TNT returned my parcel. When I asked for a a refund, I was told I could only get a partial refund, because TNT charges £19.50 for returning the parcel. Apparently, the parcel was returned because I did not stick on the parcel the custom form, as described in the FAQ section.
So I paid £19.50 for my parcel to have a trip on the TNT van.”
“I wish I had read these reviews before booking a delivery. Chose them to get Christmas presents to Australia on time. Sent 8 Dec. 6-9 days quoted. Now 18 Jan no idea where the parcel is as the tracking numbers they provided don’t register on the courier’s website. I’ve sent parcels for years between UK and Australia and this has been the worst experience ever as I have no proper tracking from an identifiable company so can’t track the item myself. Fuming.”

My parcel was taken to a locker under their service oprions. Was promised next day delivery but my parcel was still in the locker after 7 days!!! If I hadn't of had the intelligence to ring the locker company...all visits to and from the locker where even on CCTV....my parcel would still be there.
Complained and after numerous emails STILL NOT EVEN A FULL REFUND!!

“Returned a parcel to a sports company in the same packaging using parcel compare. They charged £16, which I paid and parcel of as delivered. Two days later, they took £144 (unauthorised!) from my PayPal account and said parcel was 55kg in weight! It was a new cricket bag, not a dead body! Me too provide photos to prove otherwise, (not up to them to provide me with photos to show why they had taken £144). They did not contact me before delivery to give me the option to dispute. The cricket bag cost me £60, so why on earth would I pay total £160 to return it?!!
The shop kindly provided photos and measurements and an email confirming size of box, but still they say that is not enough! They are obviously determined to keep the money that they took without my knowledge from my account. The photos below are from the shop, clearly showing size of box!
