No time slot so sat eight and a half hours waiting. Other delivery companies give you a time frame.

the worst company. They do not deliver on time, they dont contact you when the parcel arrives, and they damage packages. I have waited weeks for a package and no one seems to help. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Use any other delivery service because PARCEL FORCE is inept.

Parcel force, more like Parcel farce! I've never had a good experience with parcel force at my current address. We seem to be at the end of a run and drivers care little about even attempting to deliver. Some examples of recent delivery experiences: - Driver failed to deliver. after investigating with our supplier the driver had claimed he couldn't find the property, despite it being clearly signed, with the driveway directly off a local street similar to dozens of houses along the road. - Another time they managed to find our address however opening a gate must have been too strenuous a task to complete the delivery, so the parcels were left at the post office 5 miles away to pick up the following day - In a third instance, again didn't even bother trying to open our gate, we had resorted to putting our phone numbers on the gate whenever we are due a parcelforce delivery in an attempt to get the driver to do the right thing. Still no joy, the driver was "unable to deliver". we had downloaded the app days prior to the delivery and logged in leave safe and neighbour information which certainly feels like wasted time on our part. It had no effect. I am finally resorting to constantly refreshing the tracking information on their app, as it does not update the drivers location automatically (another frustration that other delivery companies do not suffer from) in a bid to ambush the driver and get my parcel without another half-completed note being left at the gate. Every other delivery company that come here (DX, DPD, Amazon, and even Evri) have no problem delivering to, or collecting from this address. I work from home so I'm always available to accept parcels. Parcelforce could do with evaluating how their drivers are performing and take suitable action to rectify.

If it were possible to give zero or minus stars, I would certainly do so. ParcelForce is hopeless, incompetent and dishonest in my experience. I used the fastest and most expensive Global Express service to send legal documents (contracts for the purchase of a house) from the UK to Ireland. The package was an A4-sized envelope containing thirty sheets of paper and the charge for their 'next day' delivery was around £48. I made four calls over two days, trying to find out why the package hadn't moved after it had been collected (late) from our local post office. On each occasion, after holding on for ages before getting to speak to anyone, I was told different and conflicting information about it being handed off to FedEx (which actually does the work). On the final call, I was told that I should have been handed off to the Global Express enquiry team. The person I spoke to was on permanent 'transmit' and insisted in explaining in great detail how the service should work rather than listen to what had actually happened in my case. Her tone was entirely unsympathetic, almost as though it was my fault it had gone wrong. She seemed to think that a full refund was adequate compensation for the disruption caused by our inability to exchange contracts on the house we were purchasing n the agreed date. I would advise anyone with time-critical documents to send to avoid Parcelforce like the plague. Go direct to FedEx instead and cut out the incompetent and unnecessary middleman.

It has to be the worse company for the job. Parcel supposed to come Friday, waited all the day. Their truck was 2 houses down but apparently he couldn't find the address. I called the company and they rearrange delivery for Saturday, all the day wasted and no parcel. I don't want this any more so the seller has lost a sale and I have to find an alternative purchase. What a disappointment from this company.

My parcel has been delivered to the wrong delivery depot and back several times. I think parcel force just employ retards now. Very difficult to speak to a real person. This company deserves to be out of business with the amount of incompetence it's riddled with. I still not received the package. Issues with the last delivery also. Now apparently they don't deliver to rural postcodes!!! This is a major town we live in. But at the end of the day they just don't care.

They said that they couldn't find my address so I organised a re delivery for my local post office and apparently they couldn't find the address for that. What annoys me most is the lack of communication for people who are receiving parcels when there are issues and the fact you can't speak to a customer service person for help. Will never ever use them again they are horrendous and have wasted too much of my time.

This service is a disgrace. Guaranteed 24 hours delivery? One week later, still no record of where the parcel I sent is or will be delivered. And their customer service communication is worse, with them giving you wrong phone numbers, refusing to check for your parcel and no update on tracking over past four days. Absolutely much worse than useless service and not worth even a one star review.

My parcel was NOT handed to the recipient (me). It was just put in the hallway of our apartment building (of 18 flats). Our door bell WAS not rung! On the day of the reported delivery (20 Sep 2022 before 11:00am) NO parcel was found at all. When we found the parcel in the hallway THE NEXT DAY it had been opened and resealed with Scotch tape by someone else. THIS BOTCHED DELIVERY allowed someone else in the building to grab the parcel and examine its contents which were highly confidential. AS A RESULT OF THIS I DOUBT I WOULD USE PARCEL FORCE *EVER AGAIN*.

The building I am living in has a broken intercom. I put a note on the intercom saying that it has not been working. The Parcel force guy disregarded it. Meanwhile I was staying home waiting for my parcel. No knocking on my door but the Parcel force guy left a card in my letter box saying "attempted delivery". What a joke! Reviews of similar experience have been found on different platforms regarding PF deliveryman making false claims that attempted deliveries. What a phony company! I am pretty sure that faking a delivery attempt has been the general practice of the employees of Parcel force. I can assumed that the managerial knows about it but sit back and let the problem subsists.

I had a text saying driver had attempted delivery , NO he didnt! I dont leave the house. No card to say where parcel is .I rang customer service to say he did not arrive . Absolutely useless no help what so ever. Do not use this company.

Most unreliable delivery service I ever have to deal with. Delivery days seem to be a complete work of fiction. Described as an aim not a guarantee now on to their third aimed day. My latest purchase has been bouncing around between two depots for the last 3 days. They would have to drive past my home just to go between the the two. Staggeringly poor organisation.

Absolute disgrace Posted a £430 record player through Parcel2go Paid £30 for insurance against "loss or damage" Carrier used was Parcel Force. Despite being VERY WELL packed in cushions and foam inside the box, the record player arrived smashed. l honestly don't know how Parcel Force managed it, the cast aluminium chassis of the unit was broken, something you'd struggle to do with a hammer. The parcel looks like it's been either thrown out of a moving vehicle or dropped from a great height. l hope the operative who did this to my property sleeps soundly tonight after such a rewarding days work. Of course the insurance claim was rejected because l booked it through Parcel2go, who also wriggled out of paying compensation. If you must use Parcel Force, DO NOT book them through a third party such as Parcel2go because both companies will wriggle out of paying when they destroy your property.

Why would anyone use this company to deliver??? These wasters charge £9 to redeliver on a Saturday!! No wonder they're dying, they deserve to. No other delivery company has such cheek!!!! They even charge you to delver to a local shop. No other deliver company does this. They also make it impossible for you to receive a delivery at home with their antiquated website which tells you they're coming but gives you no option to make a change. Then their lazy useless drivers leave without even ringing the bell half the time claiming things like 'insufficient address' when they've delivered to the same address in the past with no problems. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND ANY SENDER THAT USES THEM!!!!!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! I arranged for 2 chairs to be collected and delivered at the same time. One arrived in intact. the second had a leg ripped off the other hanging off. The chair was dumped at the door (I was in and therefore did not sign for it). Turn out they don't insure furniture. Whey then did they accept the extra £40 insurance when I specifically gave detailed description of the item? I have asked for a refund on the extra insurance, but they either never reply , or when it is escalated they juts don't answer the question. I will NEVER use Parcel Force again. No care for items and they never respond properly to complaints!

DHL decide to pass my parcel to Parcelforce in the UK after my item coming over from Germany. Parcelforce have the item 2 weeks before deciding to send a letter out to say they have itanf there is a customs charge. They also only give 3 days from letter recieved to pay it or it goes back. Charge paid and delivery date chosen. Recieve a text to say parcel will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. Attempted delivery at 1.45pm. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I have never, ever in my entire life experienced worst service from any company in all 50-something countries I have visited and lived in. I paid for the Express24 service, of course, nothing was delivered the next day, but that's just the beginning. The following day they delivered half of my parcels to the wrong address, to the wrong person, completely ignoring all instructions I have given. Literally, had my valuable items with random people at a random address. When I asked how the hell is that possible I was given a response - our driver is new and he made two mistakes - delivering at the wrong address and to the wrong person. 48 hours after my parcels should have been delivered I was repeatedly promised that they will arrive the next day (Saturday) or in the worst case on Monday. Today is Monday, nothing has arrived. When I called and asked they said they don't know why promised to call me back with details and didn't. I have been robbed by that company and their hideous service has caused me severe issues. I will chase them for a refund until they restore every penny. I will also make sure that every possible person I can reach knows about my fantastic experience with them. If you're sane, DO NOT USE THEM.

I purchased item from Screwfix. Received text from Parcelforce with "tracking" function saying item out for delivery on 02-09-22. Never happened and no com's. I checked "tracking" service on text again on 03-09-22. Same status i.e. its out for delivery today and yet again delivery never happened. The Parcelforce web site is not intuitive, I cannot find out how to complain electronically via their web site or text. And god forbid they should actually offer a telephone service!! Im old now and despair of the way customer service has been significantly eroded over the past 30+ years. Annoying and worrying in equal measure.
