“I ordered weightlifting shoes from adidas and paid £3.99 for it to be delivered within 1-3 days. Initially Ive received an email saying it will arrive on the next day and has asked me if I want it left in the post office as I will be at work which I agreed. They then emailed me saying theyve tried to deliver my parcel at 18:13 which is not true as I was home that time. Next day has come which theyve again tried to deliver into my front door but I was at work at 10:13 which was understandable. However, they again returned it to their distant depot like the day before instead of leaving it in my local post office. Next day (friday) ive rang them and the guy told me they are just holding it in their depot for now and wont be delivering until monday. Because of this I will be competing in my powerlifting competition without weightlifting shoes. Whatever I wont expect good service from parcel force from now on and neither should you. They can go keep my shoes in their depot and shove up their pussies. Ill just buy another one”
“The absolute worst parcel service I have ever used in my life. Rude delivery drivers, lazy customer service, and misplaced parcels.
I've had the misfortune of relying on their service twice over the past year, and both times they disappointed me. They don't follow basic instructions, nor do they follow up with things they said they would do.
They never left me slips for missed deliveries. On one occasion I emailed requesting redelivery, they confirmed the redelivery day, and then the parcel didn't arrive on that day. I called and they said that there was no redelivery request, but it was being held at the depot. I go to the depot, and it turns out that they had misplaced the parcel, and no one had bothered to look for it to redeliver! I had to wait nearly 45 minutes at the depot for them to find it.
With another parcel, they arrived on a completely different day than promised, and were rude, telling me that I took "too long" to answer the door.
I implore you to avoid them at all costs.”
“I was at home all day waiting for the delivery as the delivery track said it was out for delivery today. No one come, no one call me or send me a text and as time goes by I search for it and a message appears saying it could not be delivered... I will never buy nothing again from someone that use parcelforce delivery. Now what am I supposed to do???? Stay at home every dam days until finally the delivery guy decides to show???? “If I could have give 0 stars I would have, but The minimum I can give is one star which they don't even deserve.
Not only they don't even attempt to deliver, but they also lie saying that they tried to attempt ( we were at home all day and nobody buzzed, called us or else)but nobody was in;
then they say a " we missed you"card had been left, but the truth is there was never a card left anywhere. trying to speak top them is as bad as trying to speak to HMRC. Never ever again I will purchase anything if the delivery service is Parcelforce, NO WAY !!!”
“A company that clearly doesn't care about people's complaints emailed to them. For them to email back saying they would get in touch within 3 working days... On a Thursday.. Was impossible to actually speak to anyone on the phone. Told me they would be delivering my (delicate) parcels at 11-12. As a worker I went out of my way to be home for 10:50 to find a card saying they missed my delivery. At 10:25. Have to wait another day with the thought of this terrible company throwing my parcels back out at there depot. If I had known parcel force would be delivering, I wouldn't have ordered. Very disappointed.”
“I knew a parcel was coming tiday whilst I was out so left instructions on what to do with it, leave in safe place which was specified or leave with neighbour... I get a text to say it had been taken to my local post office which shuts at the same time I finish work 5 miles away.. what is the point in advising what to do with a parcel if no notice is taken. .... ironic thing is that there is a box you can tick on the card to leave in safe place obviously my courier couldn’t be arsed”

“This company is absolutely a joke!!!! I ordered from Addidas 2-3 days delivery just on time before I was moving to a new address. I’ve got an email comformation telling me that the delivery will arrived 2 days before my moving. It didn’t happen. I called the the company the lady told me to arrange a new delivery to my new address without charges as it was they fault and now my parcel is lost and nobody from this company knows who took the phone (why they record conversion if they don’t want to check them to check who talked to me)... now who knows what do I need to do to get my parcel. Also I will call addidas to complaint about this delivery company... I don’t understand with one 1 star from the reviews joe Addidas can deal with this people. Sooooo annoying and so rude !!!! The staff are so competent!!!! Never ever again deal with this people :(”
“Unable to change delivery options. I rarely receive from parcelforce so expected it to go swimmingly like all the other delivery companies. I should have selected neigbour or safe place but now it wont let me do that. They have just failed another delivery. no options at all to change to leave in safe place. Terrible”

Downloaded the App giving clear instructions if no-one at home. Fall back is always that they will drop at a Post Office in the area. Waiting for three parcels from three different companies - wasn't aware all 3 were using PF. Not in on 2 occasions, parcels needed signature so safe place not an option, fair enough, but didn't bother with neighbours!! As three parcels wouldn't leave with local PO as too big (shoe box size!)….. now held at a depot 16 miles the other side of London and asking me to pay £12 for Saturday delivery.

“I was out when Parcel force tried to deliver so a "where's my parcel" card was left. The lower corners of the card had been torn off, this is where the contact details for delivery are. I arranged a delivery, waited all day but no delivery. I then get told that the package has been returned to the sender.”
“Nobody know where my parcel or my driver is, and after taking time off work to wait for 3 god damn hours customer service says they'll call me back but calls at 7pm when the drivers aren't delivering anymore. Seriously though, it took 8 days to deliver a parcel that was touted as next day delivery. So many phone calls, assurances and saying they'll try and make sure 'it goes out this time'. “on January 24, 2019 I sent a parcel through parcel force but 3 days later the same package was back in my house, I was informed that it was not possible to send the package because there was no connection with the other country, parcel force charged me £ 82.38 and so far have not returned anything, leaves much to be desired from a company like parcel force that does not do the job and gets the money, shame”
