“I wrote a review on trust pilot that parcelforce have now censored from public view claiming the parcel in question has been delivered. NO it has not been delivered you LIEING *******. If you miss your parcel they claim to have taken it to a post office in the middle of nowhere. It was not there. They don't redeliver it. There tracking is incorrect and zero communication from them. SO WHERE IS MY PARCEL PARCELFORCE YOU LIEING THIEVING *******. I will have to complain to the company that are stupid enough to use parcelforce and get them to find where my parcel is.”

“Parcelforce is an absolutely tragic company. Do not use them! They have lost so many of my things only to find weeks later that they have been delivered to the wrong house. Sent me a message at 24:20 to say that my recent parcel had been delivered at 10am to a neighbour. Didnt say which neighbour though and nothing had been left through the door. Called up this morning and spoke to a woman who just didnt care, she told me where they thought it had been left and low and behold it isnt there. Christmas is just around the corner and the main present is missing...”

“I'm not going to lie but this service is absolute trash. Parcels are always taking their time to arrive probably because their staff are too lazy to deliver it and they are always moving their things form one depot to another so you think they are actually doing something. I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived at the depot near my house the next day and then 5 days later they take it somewhere that is a 1 and a half hours away and 3 days later I still do not have the parcel that I ordered with express delivery. whenever I hear that one of my parcels is going to come from parcel force I will just cancel the order cos that is just the same thing as it not coming anyway. keep up the bad reviews guys, honesty is the best policy”

“Parcel force should have collected a parcel from me on Tuesday this week between 9-5. They never came! It was rearranged for Wednesday between 9-5. Again, they didn’t come, at 6.30 I had to go out to take my son to his club and when I came back at 7pm they had posted a card through to say I’d missed them. No time however, was given in the card. My older daughter was in this whole time sat in the room right next to my front door and she never heard a knock.
Again, rearranged for collection today between 9-5 and guess what! NO collection.
Absolutely terrible service! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Three days I have wasted by waiting in for nothing!”
“I ordered goods online and was given a tracking number. Early reports showed status of package. Item has been in Rotherham Distribution Office for 2 days. Then, suddenly no further status reports and tracking number HAS BEEN CHANGED. When I tried the new number I see the last three status reports tell me it's been assigned to my route, but still no idea when I'll get it.
I'm recommending to my vendor that they dump Parcelforce as its courier. Use Hermes, Yodel, DPD, anybody else.”

Do not use usps to import.

“Seems to be a recurring issue. Tracking states out for deliver with a time slot but nothing arrives. No wonder the company is in such a mess. Closed down all the local post offices too so have to go to the nearest depot 20 miles away... easier to return the item and say it was never delivered!!!!”

“On first attempt no one came to house and package was returned to depot. No note through door. It was not delivered next day either. Waited in all day. The guy on customer service was very helpful and tracked parcel for me. Assured me it would be delivered next day. Got a delivery time. Waited in all day. No parcel Eventually a message popped up on phone with an address it had been left at. Total strangers not any of my neighbours not even on same street and I live in a small village. Went in search of my parcel and it was reluctantly handed over to me. No note was left at my house as they obviously hadn't found the address. Other delivery drivers find us we are on a named street in the village. Shocking service apart from the nice guy on customer services.”

I arranged an online redelivery day/date and NOTHING!
I waited in all day for them!
There are no customer representatives to speak to and no one is bothered, where is my parcel?!
Now I am money out of pocket
