“My parcel has been attempted to be delivered but it was left in a safe place which when I checked it wasn't there.
This parcel was meant to be signed for and hasn't been they now refuse to take ownership for this misconduct

Still waiting for a parcel that I requested to be delivered to the post office 3 days ago and despite multiple calls to their customer service and long wait times on the phone, I still don't have it. No idea why any company would bother using these guys.”
“I've been waiting for a package for over a month now. Booked days off work and stayed in 3 times awaiting the package that never arrived. At first, I was promised to be contacted by a courier and heard nothing. I tried rearranging a delivery multiple times, I have requested the package to be redelivered to a local post office, where there was no sign of it afterwards, tried changing addresses and nothing. I haven't been able to get through to anyone at Parcelforce. I had to arrange everything through an automated redelivery service to then find out 3 weeks later that it does not operate correctly, as the company never followed through with any requested redelivery arrangements and had no sign of my requests whatsoever. When I finally managed to speak to a real person, they requested a redelivery payment, even though it was admittedly a fault of their own and I still had to call the depot directly in order to make payment and couldn't get through to them for hours. Outrageous service!”
“ParcelForce handled the UK part of a GLS delivery from Berlin.
The tracking showed where the item was and when it would be delivered. I waited in all day ( no hardship for me) and the package arrived at 4pm. Surprised, elated and grateful!
(Once the package was in UK, delivery was next day AND it was Xmas penultimate week)”
“I received a text confirming that my delivery would be with me with between 11.00am - 1.00pm.
At 10.45 I subsequently received a text saying that a delivery driver had tried to deliver my parcel, which clearly he had not as i was home awaiting my delivery ! The text message also said that the driver had left a calling card with instructions , the delivery driver did NOT leave a calling card, the delivery driver DID NOT even knock on my door!!!
So now i have no parcel , and am now waiting in limbo to find out what is happening with my delivery! I went on to there website and entered my order number to find my order, and there website was un able to help ! POOR SERVICE.

“My parcel didn't arrive to China, and the tracking shows that it's stuck in the International Hub (Sorted for export) for over 3 months now!! So it didn't even leave the UK since September. I called the service-team twice, and had to wait around an hour on the phone. Result: No info regarding my parcel, and zero outcome. They promised to call me back, but even that didn't happen. I'm afraid that my parcel might be lost.”
“PARCELFARCE.... Constant stream of late delivered parcels to our customers. All paid for on a 24HR service. One customer still waiting 10 days after item dispatched for delivery. Managed to speak to customer services who told me that due to 'an unexpected large volume of parcels' (Black friday, cyber Monday.... Christmas.....all of which, I'm sure happens around the same time every year..??) they were struggling to deliver on time. Complete and utter incompetence, steer well clear!!”
“This would be 0. Paid £15 for 24 hour xpress on 9th December. 3 calls to customer service... each one saying will be delivered next day. It is now 14th December!!! You are advertising next day delivery to Europe what a joke you can't even provide a service to Uk. Worst experience ever!!”
“3rd time i have sent a parcel to a customer and 3rd time they have not recieved it but shown on tracker as delivered or failed. No cards left. No customer service, the call staff do their best but the management avoid you like the plague. Raising complaints dont help just ignored. Every other parcel i have sent uk wide this week have all been delivered in the correct time frame. Appalling service, disgusting lack of care from management. Someone needs to take this in hand.”

They just lie to you , they don't deliver 2 days on the trot, despite promises , the manager is a total useless xxx who won't call u back and you're just fobbed off in the call centre, make you wait in for 2 whole days and still no delivery. So that's 3 days now my parcel is in Reading depot and been out for delivery for 2 whole days and they still cant deliver it despite me living about 10 minutes away.These xxxxs are not couriers they're Clowns

Still no contact, its been out for delivery for 3 consecutive days now , tracking said delivery between 9-10 this morning, 1.30pm still not arrived so thats the 3rd day, spoke to call centre was told reading depot manawanker was going to call me, yeah guess what”
