“What a joke. Received a letter Friday 27th January saying Parcelforce had a parcel that required payment of £29.95. Paid this the same day and was told it would be delivered Monday 30th January. Payment was taken from my card on Saturday 28th. No parcel arrived and today (31) have been told that it will take 24-48 hours to check that we have paid before the parcel can be delivered.”

“If I could give a minus rating I would. My parcel has allegedly been "out for delivery" twice, but there have been no "delivery attempted" events. I've been home on both days and have comprehensive CCTV, so I KNOW that no delivery was attempted. After speaking to the original supplier, they said that Parcelforce assured them it would be delivered today. Now my package is "prepared for delivery", but not actually out for delivery. This is no longer a failing logistics company - it's gone beyond that. Any person or organisation thinking of using ParcelForce - DON'T. “i booked a parcel delivery , it was picked up and delivered , two weeks later i received a " surcharge " invoice with no explanation as to why , when i inquired about it i was informed that the item was " incorrectly " packed , upon further investigation it seems that the item needs to be in a " cardboard box " to be processed " through the system " , my shipment was indeed a cardboard box but i had due to lack of information wrapped the cardboard box containing the item in black wrap , this effort on my behalf to protect the goods and packaging somehow STOPS the item being processed through their automatic system so further charges are incurred due to the item being " mechanically handled " by a human being . If this is the case why did the collection driver accept the delivery and why did your booking system not inform me of the said restriction ???????”

Driver attempts to deliver once instead of 3 times as states their website, decides to drop off your parcel where it’s convenient for him, not to the nearest post office and lies that specific one was requested. “Not even my parcel, first knocked on next door then mine then next door again argued what my house number was and the neighbour has a safe place which he said he couldn't leave it in so I took in the parcel for my neighbour adter his bad atritude and sarcastic manner. He then knocked again and demanded the parcel back and left! I messaged my neighbour and told her everything and the fact he told me he had to have a photo of the package with the home owner or couldn't leave it!?! Ridiculous, we take packages for each other most days.”

Still there 23rd December 22. 03 January 23 update: Now showing "Collected Colyton Post Office 28 December 2022" !!!! What a truly dreadful organisation! Not one person in Parcel Force cares (to put it politely) despite my correspondence to them. "We're working in sympathy with Royal Mail. Please accept our apologies for any disruption etc.." I do not accept their apologies. They should be glad to have a job, one they'll probably not have in future. They have lost all public credibility and/or sympathy and I SHALL NEVER USE this rubbish, godforsaken organisation ever again! “Large parcel (bike) was due to be delivered today. Tracking states that delivery attempted at 9:32am but no one buzzed flat or left a card with further information (and no pre-delivery text message received). Impossible to reach a human via telephone, so had to contact Parcelforce via Twitter. Eventually an agent informed me (early afternoon) that the driver had been contacted and asked to return to attempt delivery. Now, it appears my parcel was returned to the East London depot at 4:11pm. Considering the depot is a 15-minutes drive from my home, it’s clear that little/no effort was made to return to attempt delivery. I must now wait until 3 January, because their driver failed to actually visit my home to attempt delivery in the first place. Clearly the driver(s) and/or company are incompetent. Recommend DO NOT USE.”

Received a txt at 14:14 say we attempted delivery , no card left and the website doesn’t recognise the package number.This is the second time in as many weeks and I’ve been in both times , at least they left a card the first time.
