“Awful service. 2 parcels sent using their Express 24 service. Not yet arrived after 4 days despite being marked as out for delivery.... Apparently the driver ran out of time and they won't now deliver until next week as the weekend delivery surcharge was not paid.... Why would you? Dispatched on Wednesday for 24 hour delivery. Other companies consistently get this right.... DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE if you need your item to actually arrive on time”

“Firstly driver never finds the correct address then they make note on behalf of you to re-arrange delivery without any date or instructions, when you call them money making policy never get through right department, staff on the phone also not helpful at all as you ask them search address on their database they said what address you say we write so it means they don't have address database?? Also drivers never calls on provided numbers as they are self employed so it's not their responsibility to deliver parcel on right address and on right time.”

“I can't believe the incompetence of this organisation. I was due to receive a delivery on Monday of this week (which had taken 7 days rather than the 2-3 advised). I got a message on the tracking system that the driver 'could not find our address' (!) - despite the fact that Royal Mail delivered various letters and packages to our address that day. I therefore called the helpline to request delivery to the local post office offered on the automated system. The system advised me that it would take a further 2 days and that I would have to pay a £1 surcharge for the privilege. I checked the tracking system the following day to check that the delivery had gone out to the nominated post office and was dumbfounded to see a message that the parcel could not be delivered because the post office that the system had nominated no longer existed (!!!). Completely frustrated I rang the Newcastle depot and was told that they didn't know why their system had identified a non-existent post office but that the parcel would definitely be delivered to another local post office (the one we would have chosen had the system given us a choice) the following day. Given the level of incompetence shown so far, we perhaps should not have been surprised when the Parcelforce driver arrived at the post office without the parcel and just said that we should call the depot - it wasn't his problem. The only solution at this stage is to ask the despatching company to re-send another product via UPS or DPD who will have no problem finding our address and delivering probably the following day. I don't understand why anyone would use such a useless organisation. They deserve to go out of business.”

I don't understand why the very good French La Poste and Chronopost in France automatically redirect their parcels through Parcelforce? I have had to call them (at my own expense and time) TEN times exactly and still haven't received my parcel from France and it has been three weeks! Their drivers are careless and very poorly trained

“An absolute nightmare of a company! An expensive item was posted to me on 23/07 with ParcelForce 24 service. ParcelForce claims they have attempted to deliver it to home address 3 times (leaving no card or info whatsoever). On Monday 29/07 I’ve scheduled redelivery for next day so 30/07. They didn’t deliver it as rescheduled, claiming there was a problem with delivery address (????). I spoke to several consultants, including a Manchester Depot one and he reassured me the problem with address is now resolved and they will deliver next day, so 31/07. I haven’t received the parcel on 31st neither. I called them again complaining on the service and the fact I have stayed 2 days at home waiting for the parcel, which they didn’t even attempt to deliver at all. We scheduled new redelivery date for 1/08 and changed the delivery address to the nearest post office so I could go to work normally and not wait for the parcel whole day. On 1/08 in the morning I called them to make sure they will deliver as promised, but the consultant told me that the system shows that there is no redelivery scheduled (?!!!) and he scheduled it only as we spoke promising again I will get the parcel on that day. Obviously, I didn’t receive my parcel as promised so I phoned them again and they told me that due to some kind of delay it will be for sure delivered on 2/08. I haven’t received the item on 2/08 neither so I phoned them again asking why, and they told me it will be delivered on MONDAY 5/08 without giving any explanation why it hasn’t been delivered yet. To sum up, I kept ringing them every single day since 30/07, speaking to different consultants from my depot but also national-wide, and they were lying that they will for sure deliver next day, but the parcel never arrived!!!! On 2/08 I’ve decided to collect my parcel myself from the Manchester depot because otherwise I’m more than sure I would not receive it at all with such poor service like this. As the depot is in an industrial park more that 8 miles away from where I live, I took an Uber and paid £40 in total for the trip, which is additional cost at my expense. Dreadful service, unhelpful staff and a bunch of liars! I made a claim, so hopefully I will be compensated for this exceptionally bad service and additional amount I had to pay in order to get my parcel “delivered”.”

Sat in my from room with my dog for 4 hours awaiting a parcel delivery.
15:30 tracking stated parcel was " out for delivery " ParcelForce van drove past my house at 15:35. Tracking at 15:40 stated parcel had been " returned to depot ".
Now, unless either myself or my dog failed to hear our doorbell then I must conclude that no delivery was attempted. No delivery card left.
I have now had to arrange collection from my local Post Office and I am going to have to pay!
I am now going to contact the company my parcel is originating from and state that if they continue to use ParcelForce then I will cease doing business with them!”

“Worst courier service ever, I'd rather go pick my parcel up somewhere than deal with these useless incompetent people. They "missed us" two days in a row, delivering different parcels from the same company, even though we were home both times. They didn't come to our building at all, they simply left our (valuable) parcels 4, then 8 doors down the street, "with neighbours": first a pub, then a complete stranger living at a different address. If you're a business, don't use this company unless you're prepared to lose customers and ruin your reputation.”
“Sent a parcel off with about £90 worth inside (+£10 postage) as a birthday present to someone, the parcel goes missing, we contact parcel force for a refund and insurance claim. They came back to us with the offer of refunding £50 we appealed. Days later we receive a check for £32 so less the what was promised and we are still appealing we have now been told that this is the final offer.
Dont waste your business with these idiots and be wary about sending things through royal mail as well as they use parcel force a subcontractor which is how this mess started in the first place.”
