Completely unreliable. Do not pay for their premium services as they will still opt to deliver it whenever they fancy. I will no longer use vendors who use Parcel force.

I bought a phone on EE website. Google pixel 8A. Paid in full no sim . Delivered from parcel force to the wrong address.the driver fromParcel force is apparently trying to get the phone back from the wrong house address. Unbelievable.he did not request any signature . House number completely different from mine . Not sure how why he delivered to the wrong address, how ?parcel force didn’t do nothing about it , I didn’t receive the phone and no refund has been made even if they aware of the situation. It is not a company you can trust and the service offered to their customers is ridiculous. Tracking number AZ5884895

I got ripped off after i trusted them with my money and was unable to get a refund of my money until i found the chance of going through the process of madacovi .co and i got all my money back with the help of madacovi. c o

Had a notification of 'delivery attempted' despite waiting in for this parcel and no one came to the door or rang the doorbell all day. The tracking stated another 'attempted' delivery was made the next day - not convinced this was a genuine attempt either as no one came to the property and no card was put through the door. Had to reach out to customer services to ask what happens next as no instructions were provided and received no further communication. Was sent a link to book a redelivery myself. Item was then delivered, but on a totally different day to the one I had rebooked?. The system feels quite disorganised and not simple or user friendly for customers. I asked Parcelforce for evidence of the two alleged delivery attempts, but they were not able to provide any, just apologised.

When you ring up the robot doesn't recognise your postcode. DPD are superior. Parcelforce are lazy and don't give two hoots, and are inferior. I would never work for Parcelforce, l would rather shoot myself in the foot.

Was expecting my parcel to arrive on Monday so took the day off work to ensure I was home after the previous "attempt" to have a parcel delivered by parcelforce was nothing put a headache, however I digress, so all day I wait in ensuring to check the most useless tracking system offered by any delivery company, by the time 15:00 rolls round the tracker goes from out for delivery to " delivery attempted- refused by addressee " uuuummmmm, what? Come again, when did your driver attempt this delivery? Sorry did they get to the gate and decide "nah not today" because at no point did anyone knock on the door or "ATTEMPT" to deliver anything. I quickly got on the phone only to find that this was as useless as the delivery person, and automated phone line with multiple choice but none of them are to talk to an actual human!!! Day one failed. Reschedule a delivery for Thursday but it doesn't give a safe place and doesn't allow me to pick a time slot so again it has to be from 7am to 18:00. Tuesday we are delivering your parcel today, what? Why? What's the point of the reschedule thing if you're going to do whatever you want? This time the driver found my house and left a little card (with no information) as shock horror I happen to work during their delivery slot, attempt number 2 failed!!! Thursday, wife's in all day, apart from between 15:30 and 16:40 and smack bang in that time "Address problems"(insufficient address) how? You've attempted the previous times and one of the drivers actually made it to my front door and now you've got "address problems" what does that even mean? Attempt number 3 failed and from what I've seen and read they will only attempt to deliver 3 times so now I've got to go to the depot over 50 mins one way to get this parcel. If ever I see that parcelforce are the company responsible for delivery on an item I won't purchase it and I'll go with someone else using a better delivery firm even if it means paying more money. Avoid this delivery company.

Absolutely rubbish!!!! They claimed they came and attempted to deliver a parcel but NEVER showed up. The customer support people have zero empathy and are extremely unhelpful and rude; no idea when will my parcel arrive now as I have no card from the driver (because they never came LOL). AVOIDDDDDD at all cost!!!

Absolute diabolical company should not be allowed to trade employment idiots never leave cards will not read notes to leave in safe places never rescheduled deliveries makes Evri look like a 5 star company avoid all costs

Delivery was attempted on the 19 July. I was at work. I have a note on my door to leave in my wood shed. No he posted a card next working day. 22/ July. Waited all day 😪 Tracked my parcel. Message, due to adverse weather conditions your parcel can't be delivered today. Its sunny 🌞 and warm. WTF. Managed to speak to a person? To arrange collection from my local post office. Took my ID. Parcel isn't there 😕 came home Tracked my parcel. Message your parcel has been delivered. To where? Spoke to customer service, it's been dropped outside someone's house with a light green door. My door is Blue. Parcleforce don't leave parcels in a safe place I was told. Apparently the driver couldn't remember the address he left it. So I walked 🚶‍♀️ up and down my street, looking for a light green door. There isn't one. Because where I live, we can only have Blue/ Black, or white. These are all listed building that belongs to the church. This parcel contained food products that need to be kept cool. It I now 18/00. and still no parcel. Were is the Force what a bunch of xxxxxxx.

They are the worst ny far.. staff getting high on yhe job. Liars and greedy and lazy with all their taxing amd government kick backs. So many horror stories of thriving too. And try to make undertones threats against your package if you complain. Will never use anyone who uses these. They should be shut down Where is watchdog

"Delivery attempted, card left". No. Just no. There are forum threads going back a decade complaining about the same issue. How this company hasn't been taken to court for fraud by now is astonishing. Every time I find out a seller is going to use parcelforce to send me something I groan as I know I won't be getting it any time soon. Use literally any other delivery service.

Evil. Corrupt company.. they're theives & scamming on international customs. Delibrately withholding valuable items refusing to give custom charges to pay to. Phone staff lying causing long delays and flitting you around so they can steal the valuables

You should have a 0 here or even a minus. Why do you have so much trouble delivering parcels? I never get them on time always late sometimes days. Maybe close down you are the worst.

I recently experienced another disappointing interaction with Parcelforce, where my parcel, scheduled for delivery on July 18, 2024, was mishandled. Despite following the instructions to have the parcel redirected to the nearest post office, the driver failed to comply, leaving no notification and providing no update.This is not the first instance of such poor service. Over recent months, there have been multiple occasions where Parcelforce drivers have ignored delivery instructions, taking parcels back to the depot regardless of the chosen options.Based on these repeated issues, I highly recommend avoiding Parcelforce whenever possible. Other delivery services offer far better reliability and customer service at much lower costs.

This is the worst logistics company I’ve ever used asking for more than initial pay after delivery. Why not before delivery. Very useless.
