Parcel sat in the depot for 15 days without a delivery attempt when i rang to enquire about delivering it to a local post office the "lady" i was talking to hung up. Hands down one of the worst courier services i have ever come across. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS

Trying to get a redelivery arranged with Parcelforce is a joke. 1) The driver attempted to deliver my package twice, but did not leave any messages that he had done so. So I had no idea there was even a delivery attempt to begin with. Parcelforce also did not contact me OR the package sender to let us know that the 2 deliveries failed. If I didn't check, the package would just be left sitting at the depot for months. 2) Because the driver left no delivery attempt message, I could not arrange the redelivery through the parcelforce website. I tried to do it over the phone but their automated voice recongition system is extremely annoying and doesn't work at all. 3) I finally managed to get in touch with the depot that is holding my package and I attempted to arrange a collection at my local post office. The London Southeast depot employee confirmed that the package will be available for collection at the Old Kent Road post office on Saturday. When I went to collect my package, the post office did not have it - and neither did the other 2 post offices nearby. 4) When I called the London Southeast depot again a couple days later, another employee said that the package was still at the depot. So it looks like nobody even TRIED to actually deliver my package to the post office. So basically the previous employee lied to me when he promised my package will be in the post office on Saturday. The employee on the phone ignores me when I complain about it. When I arrange another redelivery, she refuses to give me any sort of written proof that the redelivery is scheduled. So who knows, maybe they will "forget" about the redelivery again. 5) Another example of terrible customer service at the London Soitheast depot: I explicitly said that home deliveries during weekdays are very inconvenient for me and asked if weekend deliveries are available. Instead of explaining the weekend delivery options, which I would have been happy to pay extra for, The employee neglected to mention that Parcelforce even offers weekend delivery as an option. So thanks very much for wasting my time. The package is schedules for redelivery today, but at this point I have no idea if it will show up or not. I guess with Parcelforce you just have to go with the flow and hope for the best. And if they make a mistake, don't expect them to admit it, or do anything to correct it.

My parcel has been stuck in customs for 3 days.Joke.Customs fees have been raised but awaiting call back later.WHY 3 days?All I want is my parcel. Useless

I had to receive two parcels that were sent with Parcelforce and because we weren't at home they were supposed to leave us a note to inform us where are our parcels which they didn't. Also tried to call them but they haven't responded for more than 30 minutes. Worse company ever!

Just Awful, had so many problems with parcel force over the last year that it fills me with dread if I am sent anything through them... the latest is an xmas present for a relative thats now a 160mile round trip stuck at they're depot! the delivery driver couldnt even be arsed to fill any details on the failed delivery slip just left it blank no tracking number nothing!!!! have tried twice on they're website to redeliver to new address and still nothing... this is 3 months after going through hell after they're driver claimed to have delivered and got a signature which was obvs fake, took over 30 phone calls and a month to sort!!!!

We’ve been waiting for delivery of a parcel for about a week now, still haven’t got it. Today they say they attempted a delivery but no one was in, absolute lie by the driver as someone was in all day actually waiting for delivery. Rubbish!

No warning of when this parcel would arrive so I was not in for the attempted delivery. Clearly did not try to deliver my parcel as my neighbour was in all day and we also have a safe place to leave it which is clearly obvious and every other delivery company uses it no problem. There were options on the card left to deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or take to a local post office but instead my parcel was taken to a parcel force depot 40 miles away from my house (and 80 mile round trip!). Thanks very much for the huge inconvenience! Alternative is to pay £6 for another attempt at delivery which I’m not sure I would trust! Absolutely useless!

Poor is an understatement. They are thieves!!!!! I’ve lost £350 worth of goods because of their incompetence and they took 4 months to get back to me let me know they would not provide the compensation in entitled to. Royal Mail should not partner with this appalling company and they are also washing their hands. Truly disappointing.

Avoid parcelforce, I took multiple days off work to receive a package which never came, said they attempted to deliver which they didn't and said they left a calling card which they didn't and then told me my address is wrong! Royal mail have never had an issue finding my address. Why charge me when you cam delivery on your services, stressed out my pregnant wife and told her to come and collect item from depot as I no longer have any more days off work. Avoid avoid Avoid!!!!!!!! Please use ANY other carrier service and avoid these thiefs

Deliveries of goods from the warehouse to our shop did not happen several times and got delayed. Which means a lot of sales opportunities lost. Not acceptable but they just did not improve the service.

If I could give no stars then I would. Perishable goods sent to me with express 24 on 13/12/18. It is now 18/12/18 and they still haven't arrived. It's been sitting in a NW Hub for 2 days but customer advisor doesn't know where that is. Then it's been sitting in Aberdeen for 24 Hours. Still not arrived to me. One excuse after another - we don't deliver on Saturdays. We don't deliver to your area the next day as you are in the Highlands and Islands. Aberdeen - Highlands and Islands, really! Why sell express 24 when I clearly means anything other than a next day delivery. Dreadful service.

A complete joke = you pay £17.70 express 24 for next day delivery and they don't tell you the parcel is held over night in a central hub. IN the end you find out that it is delayed and they don't give you a reason about from the fact that they have thousands of parcels to deal with! So what, if you can't deal with the job don't do it. Don't use this stupid Christmas period as you constantly let us down all year round. I have decided to boycott once and for all royal fail and parcel worse. These shipping companies are a disgrace and constant let down!

If i could five -5 i would ...horrible service ,hourse spend on phone trying to do everything to get driver for collection, 3 unsuccessful attempts (while waiting at home) no card or whatsoever...and now super upset because my parcel did came to a destination in very poor conditions ,i hope everything is there,parcel was really damaged...i am really regretting i didn't go with DPD...never ever again ,it was very not professional service

Waiting for my parcel whole day get the time slot as well no body comes to deliver the parcel when we called they lie to us that somebody was there and we will tell the driver to redeliver to you but they didn’t never use the parcel force all liers and they told us to get the parcel from Acton customer service is rubbish all rude the lady hang up the phone as well

I wish I could give less than one star! Rubbish service, full of liars, so unprofessional whoever is in charge should be ashamed! Getting my parcel from them was so hard and with several phone calls a day it took over my life for over a week. I will never order from a company who uses Parcelforce ever again.

always found them spot on ,every company insisted i put my bike in a box but parcelforce told me to shrink wrap it and it will be fine as i told them the seller was unable to box it .picked up and dropped of ,no hassle ,very happy.
