“I live in Leicester, I ordered from a Company in Leicester, and parcel force is in Leicester, you would think it would be easy but no. apparently parcel force have tried to deliver 3 times without our knowledge because the driver never left a flaming card at any time. Hobbycraft have promised that I will get it Monday 10th of June. as it was ordered in May it would have been quicker for a 3 legged tortoise to deliver it.”

“AVOID. AVOID. The service is really beyond imaginable. I wish we could give negative stars It is so poor. Please AVOID. Simple parcel from Birmingham to Canada paid for using the express service. 2 Weeks later parcel hasn't arrived and parcel force claim they gave it to Fedex and I should call the. Fedex say they haven't received anything from parcel force. The customer service team is terrible.”
“An awful service and a sham of a complaints/appeals process. I wrapped 5 Art Deco glass wall lights into a pretty well wrapped parcel and asked the Post Office Counter what delivery service would deliver these safely. I told the person who served me they were glass wall lights, old and fragile. They didn't question the fact they were glass but asked whether they were mains or battery operated and the value. They then recommended the ExpressAM service which cost £24 which were insured for £200. The lights were delivered the next day but ALL were broken. ParcelForce refused to pay because glass items are not covered! I wouldn't not have used the service had they told me this. The sham of a their complaints and appeals process was a complete waste of time and their website is one of the most unfriendly I've ever had to use. AVOID”

“Parcelforce? More like Parcelfarce! Received text message about a delivery, informing me when it would be delivered. I made sure I was at home but nothing arrived. I tracked the parcel to be informed it had been delivered and signed for by someone I have no knowledge of. I immediately contacted customer services at the Liverpool depot to be told the driver would be interviewed and I would receive a call back the same evening. This never happened. Over the next few days I sent various emails to customer services, made phone calls (all of which kept being answered by the national centre rather than the local depot - did they know it was me calling?!), and requested contact from management. To date I’ve received no communication from this incompetent company. I also reported the matter to the police but they too aren’t interested even though there’s a ‘suspect’. I would never choose to use this company and advise others that they may wish to choose more reliable delivery services because they’re clearly above the law and couldn’t care less about their customers! No wonder there are so many negative reviews too. One star is one too many. It’s about time there was an option for no stars!”

Friday 31st June i was told by the same depo it got delivered to a furniture shop and they have a signature but had to speak to the driver.
Was told today 3rd of June by my local depo ( Hatfield ) its been sitting here the whole time and not sure why it hasn't been delivered even though i've spoken to them over 6 times.

“I send a document from London to Namibia they told me it will be delivered In 5 to 7 working days was supposed to be delivered 14 days ago still not deliver when I track it on they tracking system it say delivered the solicitors in Namibia say it's not delivered I did speak to 3 different people at parcelforce world wide all tell me a different story first they confirmed its delivered second person says no my tracking nr change the parcel was only send 10 after it was supposed to be send from London.
Now they can not track the parcel told me in 24 hours they let me know they still did not let me know I phoned after 50 hours to be told the can not find it and that the send it to south African with all the corruption and the are striking since October 2018 tho they still send it there and did not realise its Namibia it have to go to with no excuse or sorry told me to wait till next week they will then escalate the case you have wait .
Pav is the last person I spoke to on Monday and he dont come back or even send a email to let me know was just told he is on lunch when I phone yesterday than he is on a call but still no call back .
His office told me just claim and they are just as bad I did registered a claim and no response.

“Frustrating when you are expected a delivery date and its delayed with no reason. (Look sir / madam i have paid for the items in question so the least you can do is not lie and give me the accurate correct information when i ask for it , please don't take the urine) Ok my turn...This company parcel force and royal mail sucks. Many items delivered over the years and over 50% of them are late or redirected and when you speak to customer services they simply don't care about you. These people advertise a service and it is not upheld idgaf what any one else sais about it either , these 2 companies need to be axed , reformed or have new management and employees ...simples. “Waited all yesterday from 7.00am as parcel should have come that day phoned up twice as it was urgent was told on its way did not arrive, phoned next morning was told it would come next day so I went out for an hour then got a text.stating driver has attempted to deliver, ridiculous, it is a hub to be fitted engineer has had to rearrange appointment, do not use them they are rubbish, second time I have had a problem with these, would have given minus 5 stars but have to give one”
“Sent two parcels by the Express 24 service on Tuesday morning. Both were held at the Newport depot instead of being sent to the hub.
On Thursday one of the parcels is showing as arrived in Liverpool but only prepared for delivery. The tracking on the Parcel Force app is abysmal and the wait times on the help desk phone lines are a joke. When I did get through I was promised someone would call me back. Ha ha.
What is the point of advertising a next day service that will now take at least 3 days? Rubbish customer service, terrible company. No wonder Britain is going to the dogs.”

I paid my customs fees on Thurs last week but apparently ‘my payment didn’t show up on the system’. I’ve called them countless times asking what’s happening and they’ve given stupid half-assed responses each time. It’s Tuesday and they haven’t given me an explanation. Oh, and the clearance fee they charge is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.

“My frustration with this courier cannot be put into words. But all I can say is avoid this courier company for your peace of mind. The amount of money I paid for an express service and the number of days it has taken for the items to be delivered cannot be said. As I write now the parcel is still with them, I called the depot to pick it up myself and the lady that handled my call said she was gonna check and see if the parcel is not with the delivery driver and up until the time I’m writing this review no return call. “Was awaiting a battery bought off eBay for my wheel chair, wasted my whole morning and most afternoon waiting. Finally approx 3pm decided to message the sellers for tracking number who advised Parcelforce tried to deliver at 11:09. Contacted Parcelforce on their telephone advised them I had been waiting for the batteries for my wheel chair. Informed them I have checked my cameras and no one had even attempted to deliver my parcel. The unfortunate thing now was I had to go to the post Office to collect how hard that was that I had to go without my wheelchair otherwise I would have to wait 48hours for redelivery which would have meant not being able to go shopping for food. Called to complaint was advised I would get a call back nothing. Don’t know how else to take my frustration out on Parcelforce would not recommend.”
