“Quick review: awful! Security camera shows driver rushing to post a " attempted to deliver " card, didn't ring bell or knock door!! We were in!! Dont use these incompetent idiots”

Sat in my from room with my dog for 4 hours awaiting a parcel delivery.
15:30 tracking stated parcel was " out for delivery " ParcelForce van drove past my house at 15:35. Tracking at 15:40 stated parcel had been " returned to depot ".
Now, unless either myself or my dog failed to hear our doorbell then I must conclude that no delivery was attempted. No delivery card left.
I have now had to arrange collection from my local Post Office and I am going to have to pay!
I am now going to contact the company my parcel is originating from and state that if they continue to use ParcelForce then I will cease doing business with them!”
“The most disgusting and unhelpful company I have ever used. They damaged my goods and are refusing to pay even though I took the necessary action to prevent them damaging my goods and double checked with the local post office prior to the goods being sent the best way to post the item. Do not know how to treat customers and certainly will never be using them or recommending them ever. DO NOT USE WASTE OF MONEY AND ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVIC”
“Worst courier service ever, I'd rather go pick my parcel up somewhere than deal with these useless incompetent people. They "missed us" two days in a row, delivering different parcels from the same company, even though we were home both times. They didn't come to our building at all, they simply left our (valuable) parcels 4, then 8 doors down the street, "with neighbours": first a pub, then a complete stranger living at a different address. If you're a business, don't use this company unless you're prepared to lose customers and ruin your reputation.”
“Sent a parcel off with about £90 worth inside (+£10 postage) as a birthday present to someone, the parcel goes missing, we contact parcel force for a refund and insurance claim. They came back to us with the offer of refunding £50 we appealed. Days later we receive a check for £32 so less the what was promised and we are still appealing we have now been told that this is the final offer.
Dont waste your business with these idiots and be wary about sending things through royal mail as well as they use parcel force a subcontractor which is how this mess started in the first place.”

“Horrific service!!!! I can’t believe this company even exist. Their useless and have liars for drivers that say they’ve attempted to deliver and they haven’t and don’t even leave a card, I’m constantly having to track and follow my parcel online. And the staff at the London north west deport are the most unhelpful and rude, they have a bad chip on their shoulders, NO customer service. The first time I used parcelforce was about 4 years ago and my experience was the worst ever. 4 years later and the second time using parcel force exactly the same experience. Never ever again!!!!”
“Only because I have to select a star Parcelforce is getting 1 star, if half a star or 0 was the first option then I would have selected that. This is the worst postal service when sending a parcel international and they get away with it because of the numerous agencies one has to deal with. The lies about attempted delivery(ies) and non-payment irrespective of having a receipt of payment and staying at home on different stated dates when delivery would be made. Then they claimed that package was being prepared to be returned and it has been two and a half months since. They refuse to provide me with a tracking number of supposedly returned package. I do not know of a delivery service who would make so many repeated delivery attempts and these statements are only evident on their tracking website. No notices, no letter. The only delivery attempt they made was to demand a VAT payment which was made with receipt provided and they to this day claim that no payment was made by the receiver. This is not a company to do business with. Your packages disappear and you get jerked around. Seriously, how long do management expect this to last?? The employees need to be investigated for wrong and bad behaviour. What is happening is totally wrong.”
“ParcelFARCE charged me £15 to send a parcel to my brothers address in BHam. No attempt was made to deliver it. No card ever left at address. I contacted ParcelFARCE and they said that parcel was waiting at a BHam post office, that they would try "again" to deliver it next day. My brother stayed in for next 2 days waiting for it. AGAIN no attempt made at delivery. LIES. Tracking shows they actually sent it back to me the day after I spoke to them. So Im £15 pounds out of pocket and the parcel is back with me. Their complaints procedure is designed to thwart every attempt at getting any compensation whatsoever. I cannot understand how a company like this can exist! No redress for customers. Anything goes. I wonder what kind of drivers they employ - Underpaid? Overworked? Or just plain corrupt and lazy! As for the managent, truly disgusting. Avoid at all costs.”

Goods didn't arrive next day due to operational error at the Parcelforce hub. Complained and they said would deliver next day.
Goods arrived but only part order received due to operational error again at the hub. I would not recommend this company Parcelforce cannot deliver next day as described on their website.
AS A cOMPANY I WILL AVOID AT ALL TIMES until they get their act together.”

“I have never been a person that goes online such as this and vent my utter frustration with a company and its process for making a claim...but here goes...never never ever use this company for transportation.... not only did my package turn up damaged...and yes I took out insurance...a 3 day delivery was more like 18 days in transit....the most unfortunate part of my experience is that I it could only be theft by an employee or by the companies contractor that saw my package damaged....save yourself the anxiety and find another company...a company with values and better communication skills because Parcelforce is not this company.”

Booked it through parcel2go for "PARCELFORCE" to collect from my home address for Monday so customer get for Tuesday, but know waited on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, they didn't bother to collect, rang them up said will call be back to give me update but never got the call instead got email to rebook it which i did for them to collected it for Friday, but they didn't come, so i rang them on that day around 3.30pm knowing they still have another 2 hours to collect with an doubt on my mind, lady on the phone said ill get the Manchester depot to call you to give you update, after confirming with the lady on phone to make sure they call but unfortunately its all lie.

“Use any other delivery company but this one. I ordered an item from Novatech and was disappointed to see they are using parcelforce once I got my delivery details..
Seeing all the bad review I tried to act preemptively and call them prior to delivery to let them know I'll be home and how to ring the buzzer as to not receive the dreaded " we missed you " text.
Well as I suspected from reading all the reviews this did indeed happen. On the day of delivery (which is today) I firstly received a text at 7am to let me know my delivery will take place between 14-15, then at 9:40 i received a text to let me know they've missed me and couldn't make the delivery! I work from home so I haven't left my place, there was no knock, no ring, no anything and no note left to let me know what to do next. Driver just couldn't be bothered to leave his when he's seen it's an apartment building! Furthermore when I called, they kept saying I'm not speaking with the right depot (even when I follow the exact instructions when told how to) and saying they don't have any information... The call was useless in getting me any information and now I'm waiting for a call back which I'm sure won't happen to arrange a new delivery.
TLDR:
1) Didn't follow instructions
2) Didn't deliver when they said they will
3) Lied attempting to deliver
4) Useless customer service that couldn't do anything
5) Avoid like the plague”

How many years have they been going and they still cant get it right. And it was only sent to a place in the UK.
