I've only given 1 star because 'no stars' was not an option. Completely destroyed a very valuable item. Accepted liability for the damage and then after 6 months of chasing them, they closed the case. Disgraceful treatment of customers. Easily on par with the poor quality customer service offered by Hermes/Evri

Without as doubt the worst delivery company, paid for a 48 hr service multiple times, two weeks later still no parcel with excuse's and false delivery dates. Also been over charged import charges multiple times. avoid.

Meant to be next say delivery and paid for this but now going to be 4 days later after a bank holiday weekend. The most useless parcel delivery company in the UK

supposed to be next day delivery, had parcel at depot four days now "preparing for delivery" yeah really, phoned the Cust services no, can't speak to a human it's all automated and apparently can't even go to the depot to collect until they attempt delivery, so I have no choice but to wait until it's delivered, poor company not even worth the one star👎

Poor service. They said they tried to deliver but clearly false. I could see on their map that the van was nowhere near. Middle of the day. I presume the driver decided to go home early.

Returned a basin thru these cowboys... It was completely smashed upon arrival despite being packaged correctly. Fully insured and they won't pay out. They don't care what your package is and treated with no care and decency. Avoid this shower of.... They shouldn't be in business!!

Never came to collect, but say they have. I’m WFH sat in the lounge next to the front door. This has happened twice!

Absolutely worst service i have ever known ,had to call customer services a dozen times and every time just lie after lie ,cost me 2 days of work ,not one customer service operator who could barely speak english .in the end had to drive 60 miles to the depot to pick up the parcels myself .and be greeted by a person with the personality of a chicken nugget who seemed to make it as hard as possible to get my parcels ,.an absolute week of total stress ,they really should be shut down ,terrible terrible service.

Robotic customer service on phone lines. After numerous phone calls 33 in total. Tell u continuously your query being looked into. Delay in sending a claim form. If your not on the internet ( alot of older people arn't. Wait weeks for the form. Then tell u your 30 day claim limit is up. When u try to ask legitimate questions that they can't answer & show no intention of investigating for u, they tell u they are terminating the phone call. Atrocious customer service. Then tell u to contact the police if you thunk ur package has gone missing. I thought that's the service we paid for. Is that not the job of parcel force to investigate if an item goes missing while in their charge. Would never use this service or recommend anyone use it.

One failed delivery due to "no one in" - someone was in and no card was left... Five further 'attempts' failed due to 'insufficient address'. After speaking with customer support three times - understood to use same driver who is unable to use Google maps or Waze to find addresses. Last customer support person I spoke to tried to be cute with me ie playing games. Asked to speak with a manager told 48 hour time frame was policy - I told hime policy was to deliver customer parcels. Still waiting for my parcel...

My parcel needed a signature so I patiently waited in for the 1 hour time slot they gave me. No delivery. But 15 mins later a txt came through to say a delivery had been attempted. Complete lie and card was left. After phoning their call centre, I arranged for it to be delivered to the not so local , local post office. A few hours later I get a txt and voicemail telling me they had delivered it to a completely different post office 10 miles away from the first ‘local’ one. They couldn’t organise. P*ss up in a brewery ! Absolutely hopeless

The most rude and intimidating, big man I have encountered. He (the driver/delivery man) was trying to push door and I asked that he didn't as I had a man on ladder painting ceiling. Before I could say any more he said that he would not be coming in to get paint all over himself (sure he was not 18ft tall) and when asked was this my parcel as he left it in gap on door he replied 'no! its your neighbours!" I was dumbfounded and felt I could not challenge him as his partner was just as big and were obviously chatting about people they were upset about or had intimidated (probably me as well). Why are thee brutes allowed to work in a profession entering into vulnerable peoples houses and feeling they can be rude and dismissive. I would never create an account

If I could give them no stars I would Probably the most shambolic service from any courier. DHL and others are way better. Failed to redeliver an item despite asking for this service twice. No card in post box to provide evidence that they had actually visited my address. Can't speak to a human being to address the issues, utterly shambolic.

I’ve been waiting for my parcel (200£) for 7 days and it was finally delivered today. But there was neither a call not a email notice saying what day it is coming. I expected it to be 27 of April and indeed they tried but failed to deliver it, although I was at home! And they now offering to pick it up at the post office paying 1£ for it, although they should not be charging anything for it was their fault! So now anyone should pay 1£ for your greatest service, for not getting job done, nice business guys! You seem to not know your job at all! And you didn’t even care to send an email! Now I don’t have any chance to pick it as I’m leaving the country for 2 months. Thank you very much for this trouble, for ruined mood, that’s the sh*ttiest company I could possibly imagine!

Rubbish. They came at 11.06 today. My, at home husband, spoke to them through ring doorbell, as he is unable to come to the door due to ill health, asked them to leave the parcel in the porch. He did not reply and took it away to a local post office. I now have got to go chasing after my box of chocolate bars, which I can't do until tomorrow. I won't use them again! Every other company asks for a safe place to leave it: my enclosed porch. Worth paying slightly more for the DPD guys...or indeed anyone else.

Not in when delivery attempted on Friday - lucky to be in on Monday and chatted to the driver - he admitted they're rubbish, will not leave any parcels, will only reroute to a local post office (of their choice) but will then cost you £1 to pick up. Great!

Awful service - paid for tracked 24 hr service which arrived 4 days late damaged and broken by Parcelforce. Because this was glass they are stating that this is excluded in their compensation which is not mentioned anywhere in help & advice only when there has been an issue and they have broken glass and damaged a frame as a result . Awful customer service after care
