3rd time i have sent a parcel to a customer and 3rd time they have not recieved it but shown on tracker as delivered or failed. No cards left. No customer service, the call staff do their best but the management avoid you like the plague. Raising complaints dont help just ignored. Every other parcel i have sent uk wide this week have all been delivered in the correct time frame. Appalling service, disgusting lack of care from management. Someone needs to take this in hand.

The reading depot is so poor its hard… The reading depot is so poor its hard to put into words They just lie to you , they don't deliver 2 days on the trot, despite promises , the manager is a total useless xxx who won't call u back and you're just fobbed off in the call centre, make you wait in for 2 whole days and still no delivery. So that's 3 days now my parcel is in Reading depot and been out for delivery for 2 whole days and they still cant deliver it despite me living about 10 minutes away.These xxxxs are not couriers they're Clowns Edit 13.12 Still no contact, its been out for delivery for 3 consecutive days now , tracking said delivery between 9-10 this morning, 1.30pm still not arrived so thats the 3rd day, spoke to call centre was told reading depot manawanker was going to call me, yeah guess what

We have send a parcel 10 days ago and has not been delivered and the tracking process is not being updated. I have called several times and they always tell me that they will call me back. They never do. I have tried contacting on-line, chat, telephone, claim, complaint,... no response There are cheaper and much better services out there, the Parcelforce brand is no longer a name to be trusted. I will never use them again and honestly I do not think I will get he parcel

Awful. Should have received a parcel weeks ago. Got in touch today because they said it would go out today and it hasn't. They put it on the van this morning, then took it off because of too many parcels. Now it's apparently my issue to deal with that they can't count. Also rude people on the phone. I said I called at 9.45am and have been waiting hours for a call-back, the woman said "No you didn't, you called at 10:15, it says in my system". I WAS WAITING IN YOUR RIDICULOUS CALL QUEUE SINCE 9:45!!! Avoid at all costs

Just horrible service i was sent Perishable goods with their 24hr service but its been 5days now and the goods have a 48hr shelf life.by the time i recieve them they will be rotten. Still no delivery update the parcel has been stuck at their depot and not moving. How do you make customers pay for 24hr service and fail to deliver with not just 1 day but 5 whole days? I would think you would care more about perishables and how you store and ship them. 24hrs really = More than 5days plus no customer support. Horrible shipping service i wish companies and rerailers would avoid using this it's a big let down.

This is a follow up review to my scathing previous comments. I managed to find a really helpful customer service person, (after a long wait). She arranged a post office pick up which I was happy to do and an hour later the parcel was delivered to the door. Very bizarre service but there you go. I think they need to sort themselves out quite frankly.

LOST HIGH-VALUE PARCEL (PURPOSELY OR NOT) I've ordered a high value item and the seller shipped it via Parcelforce. Now parcel sitting with Parcelforce since 29th of November. We're now on the 12th December and they are still unable to find the parcel in their local depot in Coventry, UK. The refund is much less than the value of the item so beware before using them! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND PARCELFORCE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE. You will get your parcel faster if you send it via a rowing boat down the canals, steer clear!

Diabolical still not received my parcel. Waited in two days and the driver didn’t even call. Now at a depot somewhere. Do not answer emails, call centre useless and you have to mess up number on phone to get a human. I won’t be using them again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Parcel Force can almost be considered a scam company as for 6 days they claimed to have attempted a delivery on my house when they didn't. No card left, no one recorded on my CCTV. Their customer service is atrocious, with the call handlers being openly rude towards customers as they know that there isn't much that we are able to do apart from waiting for the delivery and misleading the customers with transfer calls that are just excuses not to deal with the problem and put the customer back on hold. According to my mobile records, spent more than 3 hours since Monday attempting to deal with their inability of delivering a parcel in a ground flat in one of the most known road in Bow (Central East London)! Today, despite me calling them 5 times since 09:30 to ensure that the parcel was delivered, assure them that I was at home, giving them my contact details if any problems and landmarks to finding the house, they still failed to deliver the parcel to my address. At least, they drop it on the post office, 10 mins walking from my house and I could collect it from there (Parcel Force said for several times that they were unable to do it). On a previous instance, Parcel Force destroyed without any explanation a parcel sent from abroad, still waiting for the claim to be resolved as it was initially sent by another company abroad and given to Parcel Force care in the UK without the knowledge of the sender. From today, I will definitely be asking sellers what courier company they are using because I won't be ordering the item if it's delivered by Parcel Force. This is a shameful company that shouldn't be allowed to operate in the UK. Some regulators should definitely be having a close look into it.

Didnt get my order I want it today or I'm cancelling the order and I will tell the company parcelforce screwed up coz they are all little girls and couldnt carry my parcel coz it was too heavy

Really inflexible service for modern lifestyles. Their website looks pretty but the functionality/usability is atrocious. I really would prefer it if companies stopped using them as it puts me off ordering things that will be delivered by them.

Worst delivery company... They think they can delivery to a business outside of business hours when there’s no one there to collect!! Customer service try their best but I’m still waiting.

I wrote a review on trust pilot that parcelforce have now censored from public view claiming the parcel in question has been delivered. NO it has not been delivered you LIEING *******. If you miss your parcel they claim to have taken it to a post office in the middle of nowhere. It was not there. They don't redeliver it. There tracking is incorrect and zero communication from them. SO WHERE IS MY PARCEL PARCELFORCE YOU LIEING THIEVING *******. I will have to complain to the company that are stupid enough to use parcelforce and get them to find where my parcel is.
