“Sent 2 wall lights wrapped in bubblewrap, packed in a box and packed with bubble wrap and packed in a box labelled FRAGILE - result broken when it arrived and told no compensation. What a poor service - wont use again EVER”
“So I have been sending large parcels now for months and had no issues wrapping them in black bags. Well yesterday I took a parcel to the post office for parcel force to collect to be told by the staff they would not accept as it was wrapped in black bags. I explained I have never had an issue. Even looked on parcel forces website and nothing on there stating you can't wrap in black bags. In the end I had to re wrap and ended up being a day late. Not impressed. Won't be using again”
“Ridiculous. They managed to deliver my parcel to my uni hall yesterday but i wasnt in. Made a call to give more specific information for the redelivery but the next day I check my tracker only to see that there’s insufficient information. How insufficient is my information especially if i called last night specifically to ensure this DOESNT HAPPEN”
“An absolutely appalling company to deal with. I will not be using them again.
My parcel was lost in their Milton Keynes depot. The claim process required me to prove they lost the parcel. Despite the tracking stating it did not leave the destination depot.
One and a half months later, I have received my claim. My requests to complain were denied. My requests for further compensation were denied.
I have received zero apology from the company of the loss of the rather valuable items. Ultimately, this has either been damaged or went home with someone.
Totally unprofessional. At least put your hands up if you make a mistake, speak to the customer and compensate them as appropriate.”
“They came to my house and we’re unable to deliver. They company then emailed to state that PF had left the parcel in a post office.
Issue is, they didn’t leave a note to state which post office or contact number. Iwill now spend more time calling parcel force to get the details.
This is a low expectation that they’ve failed to achieve.

“This company is a complete joke and ruined our kids Christmas we had items sent from the US for presents we paid the shipping fees and custom charges which shipping charges were 159 dollars then the custom charges from parcel force of almost 32 pound for us to not receive the items at all even tho we paid before the date we had to before they were getting sent back and they still sent them back to the US so our kids didn't get their Christmas presents causin them distress on Christmas day. Then when trying to deal with it when they could of still kept the parcels in this country they couldn't be bothered and just told us they were sent back when they hadn't been and still haven't been but have now been told they have put them in the container as of yesterday and can't be taken out now but when we phone before the end of new year and just after new year they lied and said they'd already been sent when by rights they could of sorted it and we would of got the pareels. Never ever use this company they are the worst and just rob you for your money till they delude they want to give it back. Will be contacting consumers rights and trading standards reporting their negligence and incompetence the bunch of invalids working there”

“They dropped me a letter to pick up from local post office but after going to post office for several times, just find out there is no delivery. After calling Parcel Force, find out that driver dropped it in post office in west of Oxford but I live in village in north Oxford, about two hours far from me. I have booked me exam on Monday and I don’t know what to do?”
“24 hour service appears to be more of whenever it suits them. After missing the delivery time by 24 hours, there's no sign of when the package will arrive. Surprised that they are still in business. Using them once will make you appreciate the services offered by the likes of FedEx or DPD.”
“Paid for 24hr service but an 'issue' at the sorting hub meant it did not leave there for 12 hours. Stayed home on the due day, to no avail (and no info). Only option was delivery next day (only other choice as a delivery had not been attempted so no card etc). In spite of all efforts missed the next delivery a day late (in spite of all efforts to be in and house only empty for 1/2 hr!). With an attempted delivery choice now widened to paying an extra £12 to have it delivered on the Saturday. Having read other reviews, I think we got off lightly. I will not be using Parcelforce again. Myhermes all is forgiven!!”
“Parcel was marked as despatched on 28th december,by the seller. on Parcelforce 48 service. - not collected by them until 4th. January 2020!- It is now 9th January, and after numerous phone calls, I was told I could collect item from local depot, just 3 miles away.
I gave them my driving licence, and parcel number. The operative came back about 6mins. later, and said "the manager won,t release the parcel to you, because an attempt at delivery has not been made! - on asking when it WILL be delivered, he just shrugged his shoulders, and said "don,t know". - STAY WELL AWAY from these!”
“AVOiD then at all costs . This company should shut down and there is no point frustrating customers . Lucky for me won’t be using them again . HORRIBLE experience, very rude , unprofessional and paid a lot of money for parcel to be delivered only to find out they messed everything up and there is nothing they can do about it . Waste of time and money wish I had read the comments before going ahead . Pathetic”
“Absolute joke of a service, especially when you call to complain and their on hold phone commentary shouts about their speedy delivery! 48 hour delivery has turned into 7 days and still waiting. It will be 9 if they even attempt to deliver on Wednesday! The "if" here is a very big one! Last time the driver didn't even bother to knock on the door (even though we were in) or leave a card and had turned his GPS off so you couldn't track the parcel. On top of that, when you call to complain you get rude operators who even hang up the phone on you! Not to mention the numerous lies they tell saying to you it's, "100% out for delivery, you'll definitely get it today, " when it's clearly not. Theyll tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Avoid at all costs!”
