“Unfortunately I can not give a star so you got one for existing because that's all you do. My friend send it to me (from UK to Poland) parcel with a quite expensive, for me, content. It vanished. It took them two weeks to tell me that it arrived in destination country but it didn't it is 100% with Parcel Force possibly in Coventry depot. It's been 5 weeks now and nothing. My friend opened investigation but that haven't solve anything and parcel is still missing. I lost my faith of receiving it and patience but this is just a beginning. I will keep looking for it until I'll find it and I'll write as many negative review I can possibly do on all the websites I can find for many years to come. Since it seems that item was stolen that's how I'll treat it and write about it.”
“Neil Graham in the Belfast Depot was a star in advising and arranging shipment for a suitcase to Spain. Don't book online as it's a nightmare and doesn't work. I spent numerous hours trying to sort out a booking when no labels were sent, no shipping number etc so couldn't be tracked. Went down into the local depot and Neil had everything sorted in no time. Had to cancel the online order - not easy as they couldn't find the booking number as they hadn't issued one! Note express next day delivery doesn't mean next day, in my case it was the day after - Neil did advise this.”
“After being in constant struggle with your representatives over the past few weeks, I can only say that your service is of low quality and that I will never recommend it to anyone. I sent three bags from london to Stirling on 29/10/2021, of which only two were delivered. The third bag (PBPV6632270001) magically disappeared from your depot. I cannot accept this because the bag has particular print and colour so it cannot be easily lost among 100,000 cardboard boxes. What make matters worse is that your staff is not cooperative and doesn’t provide any updates/information. You don’t care about your customers. I am very disappointed.”

“My mum sent me a package from Australia in time for Christmas. She paid extra for express delivery. It had now been 4 WEEKS! My mum had been tracking it on her side and it was apparently waiting for delivery and had cleared customs. She asks me if I can contact them from my side, so I did. Just to be told that it is now on its way back to Australia because the customs payment wasn’t paid?? I said I was never informed or receive any statement about a payment, and her response was “yeah, sorry”. What an absolute joke.”
“Scam artistes.You pay 30-40 pounds for express delivery but there is no guarantee and you wont get any refund for delayed or suspended services. My parcel took 3 weeks! to arrive so what is the point in using Global Priority service? Just wasted my money.”
“Completely rubbish. Mark the customer as unavailable without reaching out at all. Wasted my all day waiting at home and had to take the parcel to the post office myself later. Also still cannot tracking my parcel after 3 days, hope it is not lost.”

“I sent a Parcel from Turkey on 19th of October, to UK. Paid lot of money and it should be delivered within 7 to 10 days. I sent the parcel by air. On the tracking screen it says the parcel was cleared from custom on 26 October. But since then there was no movement of parcel. Its sitting ducks at international hub. I called HMRC tax revenues to find out what went wrong. They said we cleared your parcel so it should be with parcelforce. And I spoke with Parcelforce 7 times, still they cannot tell me when the parcel will be delivered? WHAT A BLOODY NIGHTMARE. They called the recipient and told him they cannot share any details or whereabouts of the parcel! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY JOKING! THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO RAISE AN INQUIRY FROM THE LOCAL POST OFFICE! I ASKED THEM SPECIFICALLY WAS IT CLEARED FROM CUSTOM? THEY SAID YES. SO WHY YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING IT? THE ANSWER WAS WE DONT KNOW! I ASKED DID YOU LOSE THE PARCEL THEY SAID NO, WE HAVE IT, SO WHY NOT DELIVERY IT. THEY SAID WE DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THAT. SUCH A BLOODY NIGHTMARE. IF YOU KEEP ON DOING THESE KIND OF ACTS YOU WILL LOOSE PEOPLES TRUST.”
“Sent 2 danish tables using parcel force. Both were extremely well packed. Arrived at the customers house and 1 of the tables was broken in 4 places. After paying extra for insurance and photographic evidence of the damage to the table, and having to wait 2 weeks, I was told that my claim had been rejected because damage to furniture is not covered. There is such a long list of items NOT COVERED for damage that I would recommend that any one sending something with parcel force check the list of the items. Absolutely disgusted with the service that they offer. The words pass the buck springs to mind.”

Email on the day of attempted delivery saying it would arrive between 10 and 11am. I was a work. Never left a card.
Next two attempts no time slot so again i was out.
I've now organised for collecting at a post office.
Everyone who needs to send a package with should warned against using them.
If Amazon and Hermes can offer alternatives ('leave with neighbour', 'leave in porch') then why can't this bunch of morons??”
“Parcel force lie again. Not only are they letting down seller but buyer as well.
Checked on tracking at 12.15. It stated delivery was attempted at 11.44am. LIES. Was here all the time, and have cctv to prove it. No attempt was made. They say card left. Another LIE. When will they learn some
customers can prove non delivery?
Customer service said another attempt will be delivered today. Find this hard to believe.
When will sellers learn not to use Parcel Force?

“If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely atrocious. If I knew a company would be delivering via Parcelforce, I wouldn’t order. First time they claimed they couldn’t find my address and I had to find all of this out by locating the tracking number as absolutely no information was received via text email or app, nothing. My house has been here since 1927!
Second time they are now claiming my parcel has been delivered and collected by me and I have received nothing. No card through the door, no parcel. No text message and no information given.. So now I’m going to have to go through the rigmarole again of contacting them and finding out where on earth they have delivered it to etc. The supplier I ordered is no better claiming someone else in my house collected it for me but I live on my own!
Avoid at all costs.”

“This is the worst company ever. They lied about trying to deliver my parcel and I have spent money I don't have trying to contact them to sort this out. They have no customer service to speak of. I doubt very much that I will ever see my parcel and the item certainly wasn't cheap. Please avoid this company at all costs.”

was waiting for a server blade to be delivered, checked tracking which showed the driver was just down the road so was keeping a close eye on the security cam when all of a sudden I get this
"We attempted to deliver your parcel on Friday 29th October 2021 at 9:42 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next"

Update - I have now been told that the delivery driver has made a mistake on the postcode "what a load of BS" and they want to charge me for a Saturday delivery the nerve of them I really hope this review does damage to you PF”
“Attempted delivery 3 times apparently I must be deaf. On the third time left note on front door explaining to leave the f##@ing parcel in an open van on the the drive to be told it's been taken to nearest depot 20 miles away 😡😡 cheers”
