“Scheduled delivery today, no update whatsoever in their website so I tried calling the customer support. Waited for 40 minutes to speak to a human just to tell me that the parcel is not arriving today because they do not have a driver. Very unreliable service provider. No updates and no recourse of their shortcomings.”
“Paid for the Parcelforce 48 "express" service on Saturday, it's now Tuesday evening and they have only recently today updated the tracking to say it's on the way to their depot...
Not a good look if you are selling things as it can make you look like a liar. Before this update it just had a message saying the tracking number wasn't found, just as if I had made it up.
It's pretty frustrating that the post office have this as their highest end delivery option and also don't really make it clear they are using a 3rd party(I heard their staff discussing it as the person serving me needed help)
I'd just pay more and use DPD for anything valuable next time.”
“Paid for Global Priority shipping via Parcelmonkey. Contacted parcelforce for help due to no tracking updates for 7 days. Refused to offer and help or support as I purchased via Parcelmonkey, despite the fact that I am both the sender and receiver of the Parcel. Another example of how big companies couldn’t care less about individual customers. We and our poor reviews are worthless to them on an individual basis and not worth the effort of ever properly addressing. Another British company given up on its customers and values”
“Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Paid for 48 hour delivery and 4 days later it turned up. Constantly lied to saying it will be there tomorrow, be there in the morning by 10. If you enjoy being lied to constantly, being messed around for days then this is the company for you !

“My parcel should have been delivered on Monday 10th, were now at Friday 14th and I still dont have it!
On Monday I checked the tracking after waiting all day for my delivery and could see it said the delivery was attempted but failed & also said on they would re-attempt delivery the next day.
On Tuesday nothing happened.
Wednesday I phoned up after nothing coming again, and was told by the lady on the phone I would receive my parcel the next day and was very apologetic and promised I would receive it
On Tuesday I checked the tracking again and seen it was still at the depot so arranged re-delivery for next day using the automated system.
Today I have checked the tracking and still no movement so have phones up again and was told by the man on the phone (Mike I think he was called) he would contact the depot and see what the issue was. I waited a further 20mins then the phone cut off. I was not happy at all by this point.
I phoned back which took another 35mins of waiting then was answered by a horrible abrupt woman who would not give me her name and told theres nothing she or I can do to get the parcel and would not receive it for the foreseeable future & that I could not go to the depot to collect it.
As I am being put in a difficult situation without this delivery I am left with not option but to go to the depot and collect my parcel, if I have to go and find it in the depot my self so be it. I cannot do without this delivery any longer.
If i was made aware the is an issue or the parcel was lost I would have arranged something else by now but I have been lead to believe it will be here the next working day each day.
Absolutely atrocious company to use or deal with & almost 3h of my time lost sat on the phone on hold to then be hung up on with no call back!
I have spoken to two distributors I know well and advised they no longer use ParcelForce going forward which I believe they wont because they also have experience the frustration & will continue to recommend avoiding ParcelForce at all costs to anyone I speak to or deal with.”

The worst courier service I've ever experienced! Every time problem. No parcel delivered, no card, no text, no email- nothing. Moreover - you trying to contact them to customer service number - good luck. Customer service is a fiction. There is no option to speak with a living man. So if your case is beyond the automatic options - no help, no information what to do to get your parcel. My husband had the same situation. Nightmare! We still don't know if we ever get our parcels. The worst is you not always have a choice- you buy something online and after that you find out that delivery is by this horrible company”
“Ordered a wedding gift on 30th June with Parcelforce 48 hour service, yeh right!! The parcel was sat in their hub for days, I contacted them on several occasions never got to speak to a human, was told it was being processed, then on 6 July had an email saying the parcel was out for delivery and I would receive it between 7am to 6pm that day!! nah never arrived, when I checked their website app said it had gone back into their depot??? days later after endless calls and emails, was told there was an issue at their North London depot and that my parcel will arrive once sorted!! almost 2 weeks later no parcel, still saying in depot, on a final call was told yesterday they are now doing a 'SEARCH' for my £125 parcel!!! I will be putting in a claim and will not be using Parcelforce ever, and advice anyone not to either. THIS HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED see other reviews.......”

I have nothing good to say about this company.
The drivers are lazy and, on the occasions they do actually bother to walk down the drive, they don't bother to fill in the cards correctly.
Need something redirecting? Pretty difficult WITHOUT A CODE. You cannot speak to a human at any point either. A quick conversation, probably just a single sentence would clear it all up and save them constantly driving to a home when no-one is going to be in. But no, they'd rather "save money", make you speak to a robot that knows nothing and repeatedly drive to an empty home - Obviously these idiots aren't into helping the environment!”
“This is by far the worse company for service.
It is impossible to get any help or very near impossible to speak to a human. When you do finally talk to someone, they can only read to you what they and you see on the screen. Our local depot "Newport" is a shambles. Take a look at the following NEXT DAY delivery. It’s now the 9th of July, they have even stopped updating the tracking!

They have, as yet, not once attempted a delivery despite claiming it was put on the van. I now have two parcels stuck in the depot. I've instructed all my suppliers to not use this company or I will purchase from other sources.”
“Delivery not attempted and returned to depot. No card left. Driver did not even bother to come to the house. No explanation given for non-delivery. I have security footage as evidence that the driver did not attend. Don’t waste your time with this ridiculous company.”
“The same experience like the others. But just before the third delivery I wrote a big complaint to the main office and filled out a request to leave the package at the post office so that I would have proof of non-delivery if it happened. I must point out that an apology came from the office, saying that they called the depot and asked to instruct the drivers on how to do their job. Thanks of them I have my parcel. I think there is a lot of stealing going on here, given the number of undelivered packages and complaints. Our package for the poste was there, but in an unpacked box. So someone was checking to see if it was worth stealing. After they found out that they had to leave the package at the post office, they didn't take any more risks. My opinion. Where are the others' packages?”
“I saw the red Parcelforce van parked behind my car through my kitchen window so was about to come outside and help them with the delivery (it was on the heavy side) and just then the driver just drove off, and the next minute I get an update ‘delivery attempted’ He didn’t even bother to ring me even though he had my number. Job well done, george.”
