“If only i could rate 0, horrible! Payed for next day delivery and they never turned up so was sent back to depot to redeliver the next day, came to next day and was not delivered once again!!! Stayed in 2 full days for nothing!!! Hopefully will deliver the 3rd day waiting in! Next day deliver i payed for not for 3 days later, well thats if it comes! Thats my sister birthday present a day late!”

the first time bad experience: I was at home and nobody ring the bell and then i find a message that my parcel has been deliver somewhere at a off licence. so need to collect by myself.
the second one this week, after a delivery attempt they told me that my stuff will be available for collection at XXX post office, went there and nothing, I called them and i ve been told the parcel was too big to be let there... so now i need to go to the SE depot.
You guys need to sort out yourself and deliver a better service... NO DELIVERY ON SATURDAY? are you kidding me? please”
“Parcel force banged on my door 0655 and 6sec later on my neighbours door. They sent me a txt @ 0645 adviseing me that they where attempting delivery same day between 0710 and 0810 then sent me a txt @0815 that my parcel would be delivered today??????
What a load of incompetence,the items i ordered from SELLFREDGES where out of date food, so i sent them back ,the same complete idiot came to collect the out of date food parcel,he did not seem to know what he was doing and had to phone his office for instruction.
Rubbish service PARCEL FORCE INCOMPETENT.”

“I am disabled person.parcel force banged on my door 0650 in morning 4 sec later banged on neighbours door.
Parcel force sent me a txt adviseing of delivery AFTER 2300 AT NIGHT to expect delivery .as other people i dont leave my phone on all night.
0830 THEY SEND TXT YOUR PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY .

“I ordered something from China, all went fine until it reached the UK.
My parcel was held with Parcel Force, until I paid them an extra £41 for custom charges. I paid the charges on the same day that I received a letter from them ( they had the parcel for a few days before I received this letter.)
I made the payment on a Friday and I was told that I would receive my parcel on the next working day, Monday. ( Saturday would of cost a further £12!)
So Monday came, I waited in all day and no parcel.
Tuesday, still no parcel. I sent Parcel Force an email, along with a message on social media, and I was told that someone would call me back to explain why I had not received my parcel yet.
A couple of hours later, I still had no phone call, so I got fed up of waiting, and called Parcel Force myself.
I was then told "oh someone must have forgotten to put your parcel in for delivery, I will organize for it to be delivered tomorrow".
So here we are THREE working days later, I am having to sit in all day yet again for the third day ( Parcel Force don't really care if you have a full time job or not!).
I have no idea what time the parcel will turn up as Parcel Force don't like to make it easier for you and give you a rough time guide of delivery.
So here's hoping it will actually show up today! I won't hold my breath!
You'd think as they have messed up my delivery, they would kindly have it delivered to me early morning, but no! its almost mid day now!.
If I do get it today, I expect it will be 6pm tonight.
I will be checking every purchase i make in the future, as I won't be using Parcel Force ever again!”

“Spoke to Sharon at Welwyn in regards to my parcel as conflicting information online. She dealt with it efficiently and Chris from the depot rang me back to apologise for the inconvenience caused. He offered me an AM service free of charge which is a really nice gesture :-). Still waiting but the tracking points have been updated so I'm very thankful. Don't listen to the negative feedback from people. I really recommend parcel force they have been great. Yes people make mistakes but parcel force have definetly redeemed themselves! Thank you

“same happened to me rejected a claim for damaged item then tried to say id not packed it correctly been sending parcels for 20 years rang judge rinders office use another carrier or you will get your item damaged with no chance of compensation be warned”
“They rejected a claim on the insurance unlawfully committing theft and fraud at the same time. I suggest anyone who sees a single parcel force package anywhere on anyones doorstep takes it and destroys it as this is an illegal company committing fraud under the noses of the British public.”
“Driver tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't find my house, which is easily accessible and visible from quite a distance. Did not bother to contact me to ask for instructions, so took the parcel back to the depot. The following day they did not attempt to deliver. I was then promised that the parcel would be delivered on the Saturday free of charge!. I stayed in all day, no news from Parcel Force. This is not the first time the fail to deliver a parcel, I wonder why companies still use them.”
“I ordered an item from a company in France who were obviously ignorant of the reviews. It has been taken to a "local" post office which is actually out of my way despite technically being the closest so I cannot pick this up to the weekend. I attempted to have the parcel rerouted to a work's address but as the courier had not completed the card fully the, surprisingly helpful, customer service team could not do this. They were also unable to find the parcel on the system as the courier had put the wrong (I suspect non existent) address on the system. I am going to attempt to collect the parcel from the "local" post office at the weekend and hopefully they will find it.”

“I was waiting for a parcel from Ebay. I was informed by the seller that I had signed for it as Mrs X on 27.10.2016 at 8.52 am, when I was not even at home. My husband was at home and he certainly did not sign for it!! Parcelforce have either delivered it to the wrong address or kept it, but refuse to accept their mistake.”
“Ordered an item from Japan which took less than a week to arrive at Coventry's Parcelforce depot. From then on it all went south. It took longer to arrive at my local branch than it did to fly in from the other side of the world and when it finally artived, the tracker showed there were outstanding customs charges. It then took over a week for the customs fee to arrive by post, which I promptly paid (including Parcelforce's admin fee). 2 days later and no movement. Their official twitter account was about as much use as their delivery service. After saying "we'll sort this for you" they simply directed me to phone my local branch, where the parcel has now bern sitting for two weeks. The surliest man in the world picked up the phone after 10 minutes of hold music, before telling me my parcel was cleared for delivery and he didn't know why it hadn't left the depot. He then put me on hold (no hold music this time, just silence) for another 10 minutes before telling me exactly the same thing again but with even less enthusiasm. Oh, he did ask if I'd like my parcel delivered tomorrow. Believe it when I see it!”
“My item was due to arrive this morning before 1000. As it didn't, I called to find out what had happened. I was told my item was mis-sorted to the wrong dept and the item would not arrive tomorrow. I advised that this was unacceptable and I had ordered specifically for today as I needed it today and they would just have to find a way to get it to me today, I was told this couldn't happen, I asked then to escalate the issue, I was told this couldn't happen, I told then to speak to their manager, and the lady on the phone was shouting that the item could not be delivered today. I advised i would not be home to receive the item tomorrow but they would only next attempt delivery then. This was at 0930. If a company finds they they have failed to honour their commitments, on a service that has been paid for, they should be doing everything possible to try to meet it or to come close to meeting it, they have the entire working day today to get the item to me, but instead they choose to deliver it at THEIR convenience the next day. This is entirely unacceptable.
