If only I knew that Dwell was using Parcelforce for their deliveries I wouldn't have shopped with them! Not only Parcelforce did not deliver the product but they lied that they had and even had "my signature" in their trucking page which I have not made as I wasn't even home on the day when my parcel was NOT delivered!

Parcel Force Provides Absolutely Horrendous Service. I sent a parcel to my mother in the UK from the US using standard USPS mail, it all went well until my parcel got into the hands of this sorry excuse of shipping company. I do not know who was meant to deliver it but that incompetent excuse of a delivery man/woman did not even show up to my mothers house to deliver the package yet still claimed that the parcel was rejected. the most annoying thing about all this was the this sloth of a worker did not bother to leave a pickup slip before dropping the parcel at some random post office he passed by on his way back to the office. The only thing I am grateful for is that the parcel force website left a vague description of the area this "courier" might have dropped my parcel. So now my mother had to roam the area visiting every single post office both commercial and private in order to get the parcel I paid money to have delivered to her house. I can only image what would have happened to my parcel if I had not paid extra for a tracking code. This company is a joke and anyone knowingly hiring these guys services should do so knowing that they most likely will do a halfhearted job.

If I could give no stars I would. After receiving a letter from Parcelforce towards the end of January, I tried to pay the customs charge online. The number issued by Parcelforce was not recognised by their system. I tried to pay by phone, both by the automated service and by speaking to an operator but was unable to, as the number was not recognised. When the operative tried to find my order by post code it crashed the system. They said they would call me back. They did not. I have emailed and called the Parcelforce head office and relevant depot repeatedly since then, sometimes twice a day. Each time I would contact you by email I was referred to the depot. Each time I spoke to the depot the system would crash or the person would "look into it and call me back" which would then fail to happen. The one instance when I did receive a call from someone at Parcelforce, they heard me say hello three times (I could hear them breathing) and then they hung up. I suppose they wanted to leave a voice mail rather than talk to me. At each step I have been polite and tried to offer alternatives to get things moving - could parcelforce open a new tracking record which I would be able to pay on? Not possible. Could I pay the driver in person? Not possible. Today I have tried to arrange visiting the depot (which is a three hour drive away for me) to ensure that someone would be in to meet me, and I have been told the parcel is going to be returned to the US (the origin of the poster). I have bought my concern that the parcel would go back to the US, but was assured that this would not happen, as they were "looking into it". I have been trying to pay you for weeks. They have blocked me from doing so with your own systems at every point. No one at Parcelforce can offer me any solutions.

i was left a card saying company attempted delivery but no one at home and to call to arrange another delivery day. Rang company and arrranged it but next day driver turned up and when I mentioned I didn't expect the parcel today and had arranged it for tomorrow he was so rude in the way he spoke and proceeded to roughly handle the large parcel that he would not listen to me. It's a good job the item was not that fragile as I don't know what the state it would be in. At no point was I rude to him but he came accross as having a bit of an attitude because of the situation. I explained I had called Parcelforce to arrange a day but he would not listen telling me that the call centre had not relayed this message to the drivers and stormed off leaving the large parcel half in and half out of the doorway. This driver has delivered numerous parcels to our address with never a problem and I can only summise that because he had to come back with a large parcel he was not at all happy. This is no excuse for the way he spoke to me and because of his actions I am very reluctant to use this company again nor will I recommend them. The phone calls I made to re arrange this parcel has been a waste of time as I called the company when he left and was told they had no record of me calling although the call handler the day before had confirmed delivery for the day I asked for. Not happy.

We have a contract with Parcelforce for 8 years and we send parcels every day. Services and every year get worse, but this year is just terrible!!! In 4 weeks time 3 smashed parcels and our lost reached 260 pounds. Nobody is intresting in problem solving, customer service is unsupportive, so we have no choice but to look for alternative courier.

I've been forced to use this terrible company on a couple of occasions and found them to be a nightmare to deal with. Pricing seemed arbitrary. Communication was dire. They made the whole process intolerable from start to finish. Never again!

Still waiting. Their website tracking that they send you by email is meaningless. Stated parcel was still at depot and not in transit when they tried to deliver first time. I therefore assumed I could go out as package wasn't in transit. Got back hoema fter 30mins. They had miraculalously travelled 50miles from Gatwick to Eastbourne and missed me. No attempt to give to neighbour. I phone them and they try to contact driver but say they cant but tell me parcel will be after 1pm next day. I leave work early next day to get home at 12.50pm. Low and behold they been at 12.10 and again no attempt to leave with my neighbour. I am waiting in until 6 now as they say driver will come back. I am not holding up hope. They also wont drop an 8kg parcel; at the post office. I thought they were part of the post office.! Any way my summary of them is the worst inflexible poorest service I have ever encountered and I will be leaving another review when they dont come back later and I have never left a bad review for a courier before. The poor mans service at Hermes are 20 times better. Never had a problem with them and they always leave at a neighbour rather than travelling an extra 200miles pointlessly ferrying my parcel around.

On the 30/09/2016 I have sent a Parcel with a 19th centurian vintage cast iron Singer sewing machine inside it; to my parents in Hungary using Parcelforce's Globalpriority service. I have insured the parcel for a 100 Pounds. It arrived to their address on the morning of 11/10/2016 (almost 12 days later.) The parcel itself had a gaping hole on it; and the sewing machine (that was made out of thick cast iron) was shattered into several small pieces.(Some of the pieces were actually missing.) So I have phoned their customer services; and I was told to register my claim online, because that is only way how I can register my claim. So I have registered my claim online on the 20/10/2016. Soon after my parents recieved a letter with a 4 or 5 page questionaire to be filled out, and sent back to them in 30 days. They had to upload pics showing the condition of the parcel and the shattered machine. A few days after they did all that; I recieved this: The claim has been rejected as the item is an antique over 100 years old. This cannot be claimed with us and you can view this on our exclusion list here and a link. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. So they destroyed completely, a nice old Scottish made Singer worth a 150-200 Pounds. They also destroyed my present to my parents. Before I sent the machine I did inform the Post Office staff member what exactly the content of parcel was. They let me insure an item that was an "antique over 100 years old". Parcelforce also charged me for the delivery and the insurance a total of 78 Pounds. End of Story. Ever since I have only used UPS. They are faster, cheaper, and they are totally reliable.

Everything, from lying (i have CCTV evidence to prove the driver did not drop the parcel at my property TWICE) to being rude; by the end of it i had to take time out of my work to go and collect it. There are so many great companies please stop supporting Parcel Force, they deserve to go bankrupt and be bought out by a competent competitor.

On 14 Dec my parent posted a box full of Christmas gifts to us in the UK. It has never arrived. After phoning around I was informed that the parcel was destroyed by Parcelforce. No reason, no phone call to even let us know its been destroyed.. No one came in contact with us to let us know this is the case. How can you just destroy people's parcels without contacting them?? This was Christmas Gifts and we never received it. That ruined Christmas for us all. I wanted to escalate this matter and asked to speak to someone in a managers role. No one ever contacted me back or even said sorry. This is a horrible company.

Waited all morning for my parcel then got a text saying failed delivery attempt. I was home! No one rang doorbell or left a card. After speaking to ParcelFARCE on the phone I got another text with a delivery window for the afternoon. Waited in all afternoon and - you guessed it! - no delivery. Still trying to sort this out. Will never shop with a retailer who delivers via ParcelFARCE again.

Bunch of thieves never to send a parcel or even a letter through them; Their insurance policy and their terms and conditions has been settled just to rip off people. I have sent an item worth £400 using their services and I insured the item through them. The item has been lost and their insurance didn't pay. I do not recommend them to anybody. Bunch of thieves and I can describe their services as sucks.
