Paid £100 to deliver two letters to Hong Kong. Parcelforce decided to deliver neither, one lost in the UK, the other left the UK but never arrived in HK.. Upon investigating the company this seems to be a common practice. If you want your parcel to arrive don't use this company. How are they still allowed to operate?

Where to start? We've had parcels dumped in the street, just outside the gate. We've waited in day after day for deliveries which haven't arrived. We've had notifications that they've tried to deliver when we've been waiting at home for them all day. We've had parcels take over a week to deliver. Writing to them is no good - they reply defensively and unhelpfully. Ringing them ditto - they take the phone number and never call back. I've got to the point of asking online providers whether they use Parcel Farce and if they do, telling them why I won't be ordering from them.

Thought I was sending two letters to Hong Kong. Turns out I spent £100 to send them into the void. Never delivered, completely unbelievable.

Pathetic service . On several occasions have received failed delivery text messages without a failed delivery note at the door , which is of cause when we are at home . Had a similar experience this morning when were expecting the delivery , and again got a failed delivery text message but no failed delivery note as several times before . So rang the local office spoke to customer services said the driver claimed he came to the door but did not get a response which is magical as we were all in, eventually spoke to manager who got the item delivered within 15 minutes. The delivery Driver could not be bothered coming up the drive to deliver the item which weighed probably 2 kg or less . The customer services staff first tried to buck the responsibility when asked for accountability continue to do the same, however the manager was excellent responded immediately delivery was made straight away. Shame on Parcelforce when we pay you your fees that we have to go through this lengthy process to get exactly what you are charging us for in the first place. Eventually that I will delivered claimed that his friend had go to our neighbours door which was a bit of a yarn . Demonstration of their incompetence if a delivery guy can't deliver to an address mentioned on the parcel what more can we say .

We were informed that our claim for compensation had been rejected! This is preposterous! Absolutely neglectful and beyond belief for such a large company as PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE would take such a negative stance. We are artists. Our screen-print the company damaged through it's negligence was adequately packed with 4 layers of double skinned corrugated cardboard, paper and tape. (Contrary to your letter, the print had an internal layer of cardboard packaging). The parcel was clearly marked "FRAGILE". Anyone can clearly see the parcel was well packed but neglectfully carried by your company. It is plain to see our parcel was pierced by a sharp metal object!! We would have needed to use a heavy wooden crate to withstand such force! This was borne out by the recipient's report. The parcel was also insured for £300 against damage as part of the contract we made with the company. We note that the damage and the parcel has not been inspected by any representative from ParcelForce. We have not only lost a very important print from our limited edition of 24 prints and had to replace it with another. Then pay for more shipping and insurance. Waste hours of time communicating with the company through it's extensive and detailed website. Then repeat the same information on paper through the post. Photograph everything for the company's inspection, etc, etc. ParcelForce system of investigating this claim puts all the onus on the customer while the company sits back and casually rips us off completely! Clearly, ParcelForce does not care about it's customers or the safety of the goods carried but clearly do care about the money - well so do we. ParcelForce is negligent and has such a supercilious approach to it's customer relations! We have appealed against the decision and claim the compensation of £300 we insured the item for. Btw. Our gallery confirms the market value of the print is £500.

A car accessory was bought by myself and sent by Parcelforce via signed for delivery. On arrival it was obvious that the parcel had been opened and the contents stolen. I am currently £200 out of pocket due to their bent employees. I have applied for compensation but here we are- two months later. I will never, ever use them again.

I do not recommend to use parcelforce to anybody! I have purchased a pair of trainers from office.co.uk and paid extra money for the next day delivery because I needed them for a specific date (today 15.04.17). Not only the driver did not deliver the parcel, he or she was not familiar with the delivery address which happens to be my boyfriend work place (a London overground station, now you tell me what the driver needed to be familiar with). I called the first time right after seeing that there were "address issues" and the customer service told me that she will contacted the driver to make him or her turn back and deliver the parcel. At this point I was upset but I had a little hope my parcel was going to get delivered in the next few hours. The moment I saw that the parcel was not only delivered but brought back at the local depot I was fuming. I called back the customer service and after a loooooong wait I got to speak with an advisor who apologised saying that the depot was closed now and that I will receive my parcel in 4 DAYS because of the bank holiday. This is the last time I do shopping online, I will never ever again give money to people who are not able to do their job.

I wish I would get the option of rating it 0 or even minus. Worst company ever had to deal with. Arranged and paid to drop a parcel at the post office, went to the post office and they said the barcode is invalid. Contacted the depot 5 times through out the day and nothing was sorted. And when I asked to cancel , they kept giving me numbers to call that aren't even recognised 😡😡

I arranged via the redelivery part of the parcelforce website for free redelivery of my parcel, the date of Saturday 8th April was given as an option for free delivery, I then receive a phone call from an unknown number at 19:30pm on 07/04/17 stating that I would have to pay an extra £12 for the Saturday delivery! The caller (Daniel Jones) stated my parcel would not be released unless I paid! 1. I wouldn't part with money when being asked from an unknown caller / phone number! 2. Your website gave ME the option of FREE Saturday delivery! I find your whole process totally flawed and misleading to customers, total unacceptable business ethics. I have lost all confidence in the parcel force business model and would not use your services again. Tomorrow I will make the journey to your Shrewsbury depot and do the job that your business cannot achieve. Very poor.

Hi, the collection was organised by other company via parcel force. its awful service, you will loose a lot of customers because parcel force driver comes at any time convenient for them, they will leave a card that no one was at home(of course, i am at work). Parcelforce customer service declined to rearrange the collection because they had done 2 attempt-again in the middle of the day, without confirming with me. Very unhappy with the service. Will publish this situation in newspaper.

First there was no dates or time given when the parcel was supposed to be delivered. I rearranged the parcel to be delivered, waited all day for nothing! When rang to know what happened, they told me that my parcel had been sent back to the sender!

Spent £150 for Signed & Recorded Global Priority shipping to Reunion Island. Parcel Force sent it to South Africa instead and it sat in Johannesburg sorting office for a week until we rang up. Parcel Farce didn't know what happened and opened an investigation, cue another week of absolutely nothing. We rang them up again and they told us that they haven't received a response from the South African sorting office, they told us to wait for their call. As expected no response from Parcel Farce for 48 hours, so I rang them up again and they told me I had to wait 48 hours for a response from the sorting office because it's been escalated to a level 2 issue...Great. Had I not asked them about how to get my money back for this inept lack of service, I would have nearly missed the month long window to make a claim despite it clearly being their fault. 150 quid for what? I do not know.

My parcel was delivered but not to my house. It was received by someone else at unknown address who signed it. I've tried to find this address by contact with Parcelforce support but without effect.

At this moment in time I believe my parcel has been delivered on the specified date, however, I have no Idea where it was delivered to, thick driver did not leave a card and for all i know just got some random passerby to sign for it (or himself) as proof of delivery to somewhere in the UK. Called parcel-force who were very helpful in telling me they had no idea where it was either but will contact the driver when he next awakens and the 2no brain cells he supposedly possesses engage, to jog his memory, if he indeed has one. 'Parcel force!, I believe that should read Incompetent force.
