“Company got our address wrong and royal mail sent the perfume back to the company before Christmas, this was confirmed by royal mail yet despite many attempts to get a refund we are still waiting for our money back and being fobbed off. Worst customer service ever”
“Items NEVER arrived! Told on the last day of potential delivery that ‘there were issues’ & that the items would take longer. A month later still no outcome. We ended up phoning, emailing, Twitter & Instagram to finally get some form of communication. We were then given endless ‘reasons’ to why it was delayed. However none of these stories matched. It took us reminding them of consumer rights, trading standards & recording every single attempt at communication to get some final outcome. Avoid at all costs! If I had seen the reviews before ordering I would never have done this. Such a shame. We will be forwarding on the experience to relevant agencies as it seems this is happening to so many.”
“Terrible customer service. I had ordered several products for Christmas presents and one did not arrive. I emailed them promptly with all the information. They didn't respond until 10 days later requesting that I send them a photograph of the actual box the products came in. After 10 days I had of course thrown the box out but I had given all the information as per their terms and agreement. They responded that they would not do anything until I sent them a photograph of the box shipped (ridiculous as they had all the information needed re the order). If they had this on their terms and conditions or if their customer had bothered to respond earlier than 10 days after my email, this may have been possible (although it is an unreasonable request which I have never heard of before from any company and given they had all the order information they needed). As a result, I have now paid them for a product I never received and they will not refund me. I will never ever use Parfum dreams again. Advance warning to all considering using them.”

I ordered a fragrance for my husband's birthday costing over £200. Delivery was due to arrive by the 5th of January. I recieved an email saying it was just dispatched. I rang customer services and an arrogant rude lady replied it won't arrive till next week. She shouted that it was my fault that I did not read the policy. I am absolutely gobsmacked. Its 8th today still no update on delivery. Will be returning the parcel straightway and will request my money back. Avoid at all costs, I don't think this company is legit. Please avoid”

“I ordered a bottle of Lancome Lá Vie Est Belle on 19th December and couldn't be happier with the service, price and my perfume. They communicated with me by email at every step of the process and quickly informed me of potential delays due to covid and the holiday season which is to be expected. I received my perfume this morning 30th December and had notification yesterday of delivery today with a 2 hour time slot. Very happy customer and will order again. The company is based in Germany so it is going to take slightly longer for delivery than it would if it was a UK company but worth it for the fantastic prices. They are allowed to take holidays for Christmas. Of course there will be delays at this time of year.”

Customer service team is useless both on the telephone and via email. Would NEVER EVER order from this company again. Be prepared to be let down if you do! Shame you have to give 1 star as would rate 0 if I could. Shall be requesting a charge back via my bank as they won't provide a refund.”
“Don’t go there. Goods don’t arrive and you are fobbed off with platitudes about refunds which never materialise. They pretend to be a UK company but are based in Germany.
In my case I was delivered an empty box which I was asked to send in photos of, which I did. However after several phone calls the refund I was promised seems strangely elusive.
Most companies would have sent an acknowledgment of the photos and an immediate refund. Not in the case as it has been entirely down to me to do the running to absolutely no avail after a week.
They do not give the impression of being a professional organisation and should be investigated and exposed.
I have not received the refund to which I am legally entitled.”

“I bought two products in Nov. 10. Really only wanted one but bought two to receive free shipping. No where on the page did it said product is not available. I received order confirmation via email. In the fine print at the very bottom of long email i see it says the order will be sent out between Nov. 17-20. On Nov. 22 I called and emailed to ask about my order (line was busy) But they did reply to my email and said one of the products in my order is not available. I have two options: 1: wait for 10-12 days to see if it becomes available, 2: get a refund for that product. So then i wrote back and said okay I’ll wait for that product but what able the other products in my order? So they emailed back and said, “ it’s available” and of course i was a bit frustrated by now…. What does it mean “it’s available” is it on its way? Going to be shipped out? So i called the number this time and they picked up. A very nice girl, by the way, and I gave her my details. She started giving me the same exact info as the emails i received and i had to stop her from continuing to ask her…but what about my second product in that order? And she answered, “it’s available” and a frustrated me asked, “well when will you send it” then she said they won’t send it until the first unavailable product becomes available. So i asked what I’d in 10 days the other product isn’t available again? Will we be in the same situation? So she says it’s their company policy that they don’t do partial shipping since my complete order (57€) qualified for free shipping and the partial order doesn’t.
So after almost 2 weeks of ordering and waiting i was so frustrated that i cancelled the order. I am definitively not waiting 2 more weeks for the possibility of them telling me ( probably i have to contact them first to find out) that the product is not available.
So please be aware of the company’s policies. It seems when you order the product you order is not guaranteed available. Also i was not informed of the unavailable product. I had to call and email them to find out the status. Also If you order multiple products in an order that qualified for free shipping ( min. 50€) but your partial products doesn’t qualify for free shipping they won’t ship it out alone.
So that was my super frustrating experience!”
