Half an hour wait to answer the phone then didn’t do what we needed them to do and had to ring back, another 30 minute wait for life saving medication. Abysmal we are leaving them and going back to picking up meds at the local pharmacy

My GP surgery's staff wanted me to set up prescriptions electronically and I didn't want to use my local pharmacy, so I found this company, signed up and ordered the prescription on 28th July for 5th August. Have received 2 e-mails (last one on 2 August) informing me that they are still waiting for prescription details from my GP and that they will continue to contact them until they have the information required to progress the order. I'm now ill with antidepressant and antipsychotic withdrawal and have no idea as to how long this order is delayed for.

I had registered but not completely with Pharmacy2U and did this in advance of my GP surgery going digital. I went to GP and ordered repeat prescription expecting it to have gone through to the pharmacy next door as was my arrangement with GP surgery. Pharmacy 2U has overwritten this arrangement and now nearly three weeks later I am without my medication! I have no way of finding an alternative as cannot get any response from Pharmacy2U. Eventually they dispatched part of my order but then waited a further 3 days for delivery. Rest of order has been stuck on dispensing for a week! Not convenient as had to wait in for delivery due to signature required. No way on account to opt out of the service. Will be going back to local pharmacy who text when order ready and always within a couple of days from receipt of prescription. The pharmacist has regular chats about the medication and reminds when a review is due. Worst decision I made going to Pharmacy2U

Have been using them for about a year - initially service was excellent, but in the last 4 months or so it has become abysmal. I currently have one item that has been 'In dispensing' for 14 days without any communication from P2U. When I contacted them to chase it I was told that they were waiting for the item but didnt have a delivery date yet! This seems bizarre for as company of their size - although the item is a Controlled Drug I can get from local pharmacies off the shelf! I feel that they tend to buy in bulk at a cheap price as most items seem to come in plain boxes now. I wouldn't recommend them at all now.

Do not use this service. They do not dispense your medication if they decide you don't need it, without telling you. My GP increased my dosage and issued a prescription accordingly, it was not sent, I was assured on a live chat that it would be sent immediately, it wasn't, instead it was put back on the NHS database and not dispensed, again I was not told this. After a 35 minute wait on the phone I was told I needed a NHS number to take to my local pharmacist !!!!! If there was an option to award it 0 stars I would.

I loved the ability to have my many prescriptions delivered and get reminders on my phone. The company has gone way downhill! The last 4-5 months they have not had some of my medications, but instead of letting me know, they just don't do anything! So I am left waiting, and don't get my medications. When I call, after waiting for at least 45 minutes, they say the same scripted answer. "we are sorry, but we don't have all of your medications, but can issue the ones we do have with your consent". I ask why they did not notify my, and they always say they should have. This happens EVER time, and I get the same story. I ask to speak to manager and they don't let you. They say they will have one call you the next day, but one never does. Its a complete scam now and I do not recommend them anymore. Go to another delivery service, they can only be better than this place.

I have to take medication for life and I am quite busy person , so I wanted to make it easier by delivering medication to my door , but ended up going even more far to get my medication , because my medication ended up in Royal Mail what is more far then GP or pharmacy , unless I am at home 24/7 , I will not be able to get my medication without going to Royal Mail using pharmacy2u . Seeing from my experience , pharmacy2u doesn’t make it easier for a person, it is making it worse!

I have had several bad experiences with this Company when ordering my medication. The communication is poor. I have been on hold for 20 minutes or more when trying to fine out where my items are. A year ago I cancelled due to being messed about but then gave them another chance n only half my medication was listed. Then apparently it’s been delivered but I have never received. I’m now run out of Asthma inhaler and having to get an emergency prescription from doctors. I have cancelled again as can not cope with the uncertainty whether medication will turn up or not.

RUBBISH. So much quicker for me to go to chemist to pick up the medication. Took over 15 mins to get through to someone. Wish I could leave zero stars. Never using again.

My dad has dementia and they accepted his business knowing he had a dementia medication being prescribed. This was done by him due to a flyer coming through the door, and without talking to me or my sister to get advice. His capacity to make that choice was never questioned which is very concerning. Only two deliveries came on time and then because they did not have all the medication, they didn't deliver any of it, this includes 2 diabetic medications. They did not contact me, as the named contact, to let me know. DO NOT SIGN UP. I will also be contacting the ombudsman with my concerns.

All of my orders come through without any problems, although there were some teething troubles in first changing to them. After that was sorted, I haven’t had any issues since. Very well recommended.

Order for meds dispatched but never arrived. I rang them a week later as I had run out. Was told they would dispatch some more, but that was three days ago and they still haven’t been sent. I’ve been over a week without my tablets, and as a diabetic they are really important! My surgery told me that they had issued a prescription and therefore I would have to sort it out with Pharmacy to you. Thanks guys!

Absolutely awful service, as others have said. Delayed process on my meds, no explanation why now i am out of my meds which I need daily ! Its back to the Drs now to get an emergency prescription. Currently waiting in a que to get through to these clowns to cancel my subscription and claim a refund from these incompetent fools. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I have been using them for a few months now. Nearly cancelled account on second order as there was a mistake and I was left with no meds but thought I would give it another go. I had an email today to advise they have received my order. I didnt place an order but a charge of £18 has gone through for random medication that isnt mine! Cancelling now 🙁

Meds are supposed to be delivered today -got a 2pm email to say they are about to dispense them & send by 1st class post! 1st and last time I will be using them. Back to my local chemist for me.

Yet again i am left without medication, 10 days i have been waiting and their excuse which i dont believe is they cannot download my script, this then changed to they downloaded and its stuck in their software, but they seem to have no one in their I.T department to retrieve it, and i am know being told that the software makers need to sort it out, and its only my script that is affected, the most useless pathetic excuse i have ever heard, by a bunch of idiots, monkeys could do a better job than them, I am left with only one choice go back to my doctor, its only a matter of time before someone dies because these morons have with held medication.

Fist time I have used this service, found it very easy and meds arrived on time. Really don’t understand why such poor feedback. Really hope they don’t let me down. I guess only time will tell.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. The organisation claims to be paid less by the NHS, that's great but beware, if the service is as bad as I experienced this week, it will cost a great deal more in terms of admissions or readmissions to hospital. The company received my prescription on the 20th May. The app kept stating that the order was with the pharmacists and was being labelled ready for dispatch. I called on the 24th to find out the normal dispatch time, it's 4 to 5 WORKING days, I could not see this on the web site so I, wrongly, assumed it would be turned around in one day like we see at any other local pharmacy I have ever used. When I called in to check progress, the system demanded to know my account number. This is not shown in the app that I could see. I just kept pressing 1 and the system eventually put me through to Olivia in customer services. My first question to her was, where is the account number in the app? She kindly accessed the app on her own device and agreed that it is not shown. Decidedly unhelpful app. Olivia then looked at my order and saw that one of my tablets was out of stock. I asked why I had received no message to state this, she was apologetic and said "that's our bad". Olivia was very good and put the prescriptions back in to the NHS system and sent me the codes needed to order from my local pharmacy. I collected the entire order today, one day after it being delivered my local, Boots, pharmacy. I asked for my account and personally identifiable details to be removed from the systems in line with the General Data Protection Rules. Olivia was completely unphased by this request which leads me to believe that I am not the first to demand such a thing. I have checked just now and the account still exists. So, my advice to anyone reading this review, so if you care at all about your health and are dependent on the prescribed medication, please please use your local pharmacy and not, absolutely not, Pharmacy2U.

Appalling service. Still waiting 4 weeks later for my 1st prescription! Showing as waiting for despatch for 2 weeks, then received a reminder to order the next month........still haven’t had the 1st one!! Despite emailing, and initially getting a response, they were then ignored. It would have been quicker to drive from Devon and collect from Leeds myself. I will be returning to my original pharmacy
