Called at 9:10 this morning. Explained was a matter of urgency that someone came out this morning. Time slot was 9am-1pm.. GREAT!!!! Phone call at 12:17 to say sorry madam we cant get anyone out to you in the promised times slot, we can try and get someone to you by 6pm this evening!! So 1-3 hours response time .... not guaranteed!! Satisfaction 100% not guaranteed. They are however very happy to take your card details to reserve and guarantee the booking!!!

Please please ignore the positive reviews on this site they are all lies and probably written by the company to get the rating up. They gave me a slot between 10-2 at 2 they said will not able to attend that slot and to wait until 6. I then got a call at 17.30 and they said no one will be coming until tomorrow I have kids in the property and they really did not care. Every time I asked to speak to a manager they said I am a manager, more lies!!. Please do not trust this company I honestly think they over book as it is a general theme on here.....PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

I told their call center I had no central heating or hot water and have a baby, they gave me a morning appointment, then rescheduled to evening, then cancelled at 5pm. Awful. Called a local guy, but now have to pay night call-out charges. Told him what happened and he guessed that these guys were behind it instantly. Steer clear.

Booked an engineer just after lunch to fix my disabled 86 yr old father in law. Was told they would arrive between 2-6. At 5.40 the cancelled. Was told it was in their terms and could we reschedule after the weekend. Disgraceful

I just paid £99 for a technician to tell me I need a new boiler !! Unable to fit !! Only spent 2 minutes looking at boiler and still had to pay £99 feeling completely ripped off!!! Never recommend don't use it's a con!!!!

Plumber did a perfect job. agreed a price on phone they then charged us over double on the paper work -plumber took over 2 hours to drive and get parts when the part shop was 1 mile away. Plumber force then wanted to charge us for this time even when engineer was not on site. customer service team then tried to take full amount from the card even though there was a dispute-. customer service manager was shouting and screaming down phone as the card declined to get payment. Very rude and vile customer service - company is not on Check a trade! there is a reason why this is! and would advise to use a company that is on check a trade for future needs - disgusting customer service!

The telephone agreement was £99 .00 for fitting a dishwasher not £ 99.00 per hour we wouldn't have agreed £238.00 for fitting in the end your company says one thing on the phone and another in the paper work, Rip of merchant never ring this company they didn't do any work and still went and took £118.80 of my debit card never again. For a call out charge,We refused to sign the paperwork for something they never even fitted. Dont trust Plumbing force.

I was given a time slot between 2pm and 6pm and was called at 4.45pm to tell me that the engineer won't be coming with no explanation or apology. We then rescheduled for the following day for between 9am -12. By 11.30am I hadn't heard anything and was told the engineer is running behind. Got to 1pm and had to cancel the appointments as had a doctors appointment later in the day and there wouldn't be time for the engineer to do the work before it! Do not use this company!!! They have been a complete waste of time for me!

Angry at ourselves for rushing; too keen to get our hob and cooker fitted. Overcharged, left with a gas hob fitted but pipe too big to fit new integrated cooker! Had to send electrician away and told we would have to pay again for pipe altering which I wanted doing at the time so my new cooker slid in (obviously). Next step, trading standings. Be careful if you choose to use this company. Can't even put right their blunders. Told we can get old cooker in fine.

Two no shows, very unconcerned staff at the end of the telephone. No apology, invoice came with someone else's job details on it and the staff member wasn't able to tell me if the job was finished or not! Will NOT use this company again.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I am a landlord with a substantial portfolio and had to use them as my usual gas Safe Engineer was unable to make it. Their Engineer did absolutely nothing. All he did was pointed out a bunch of faults that did not exist then when asked to fix it he said he first has to physically disconnect the gas supply. He waited for a couple of hours to have national grid come in and disconnect it. Charged us for the time and left. Later on the company contacted my tenants directly and said we were intentionally putting in a dangerous situation. This company and its people are the very definition of cowboys. Avoid at all cost.

Worst experience ever! Never even think of calling this company. Just had an engineer at the property for boiler repair. He did not do any repair work but wanted to quote us for a new boiler. The boiler is insured by British Gas, but he still got it disconnected and continued threatening us one way or other. And billed us for 2 hours, doing nothing but waiting for another engineer to come. Disgusting!

Dreadful service. I booked a plumber, and had to take the day off work to wait in for them. I was informed I would receive a call half an hour before they arrived, to let me know roughly when they would be coming. At 5.59pm I was called to say they were not coming. I have now wasted a day of holiday to sit in for no-one...I still have the plumbing issue, and no-one will come evenings or weekends so I would have to take another day of holiday to wait in again (and live with the plumbing problem until next week because the weekend is here). Unfortunately I was told there was no guarantee if I did that, that the plumber would actually come if I re-booked it. This is NOT a good service especially at these prices. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.

A lot of things went wrong. Initial appointment booked for between 3pm to 6pm. Nobody turned up and not even a phone call. Said someone will be there the next day. Engineer turned up the next day. For something that should have taken 15 mins to diagnose took almost 45 mins. Got the feeling that the guy was just wasting time. A part was identified that needed replacing on the hot water cylinder. Discussed with the guy and told him that they should get it ordered. He agreed. The same day I phoned the company and they said I was supposed to order the part, I told them that it would be better they ordered so that we get the right part. They agreed to call the engineer and get the details and will order. After several calls there was still no response and part was not ordered. They never return calls and after 2 days there is still no response. A totally incompetent company that I would not recommend.

Please read the reviews of this company. Called out an engineer to look at my dripping shower and as soon as he looked at it he said this is going to be expensive. I told him I'd already called the manufacturer and told him the price they had quoted, he then said he couldn't beat it. Cost me £118.80 for him to tell me that. Please read the reviews before using this company. Now seeking legal advice.

Engineer serviced the boiler and the radiators and left with everything working. A few days later some of the radiators stopped working but Plumbing Force are saying there will be another charge to send an engineer out as the work is not guaranteed. This response having spent over £1,000 on plumbing work with Plumbing Force over the past 2 months! I will be going to British Gas now who guarantee their work.

I rang them for a heating issue and they said somebody would be with me within 3 hours. They then rang me later to say the engineer couldn't come out that day, and it would be between 9-00 and 13-00 the next day. They then rang me at 9-35 the next day to say they couldn't get anybody to me for at least a few day and that was it, goodbye. They got one star for having the decency to ring and cancel.

Paid double what any other company was quoting - was happy to do this because i thought they would be quick and we are freezing! The engineer came out - read the manual i left out on the boiler for about 15 mins and said they had to order a part....so that was 99+ VAT (Which i could have told them myself from reading the manual this was the issue). 3 days later after waiting and freezing we were assured we would have a morning appointment with an engineer....they called to say they'd late and through the day kept pushing back and back....bear in mind i paid about 250 for a part that cost 60 AND the additional hours labor to fit it UP FRONT (so they have my money already at this point)....they kept telling me for hours i was next on the list that day and then come to end of day to tell me that they arent coming...something is fishy here...! so my kids and i are left to freeze yet another day....now its the next day and one would hope i'd be first on the list having been bumped but that is not the case...still no news and yes they've got my money still! I asked about a refund and there are NO humans or complaints department you can speak to ... HA! you have to send an email and hope they do something (confident they will not....!) this is by far the WORST service i have ever encountered and they are NOT fast so not worth the double price vs. all other vendors doing the same ....STEER CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES AT ALL COST
