“Very speedy call out, very friendly, honest and knowledgable engineer who was comfortable offering all the possible options and cost implications and was even willing to return on Saturday to finish the job with parts that were unavailable on the day.”

“The engineer that came out was faultless. He was early, polite, cheerful & knowledgeable. A credit to the company he works for. Plumbingforce as a company is not so great. My appt was initially booked for Saturday 8am-12pm. When no one arrived at 12pm, I called the agency who said the engineer was delayed & will arrive 1pm - 4pm. When no one arrived at 3pm, I called for an update only to be told that I will not get an engineer that day & that I would have to wait until Monday to get my shower fixed. Plumbingforce charge extortionate prices because they can. People need their showers & most will pay to get the problem resolved. As mentioned, the engineer that eventually arrived was great (Daniel). He was extremely helpful & efficient & definitely knew his trade. However, I should have received a refund or at the very least, a discount for being inconvenienced. I could have arranged for another company to do the job during the time I waited (& probably for less money). Plumbingforce did not even offer a sincere apology.”

“MY CALL WAS ANSWERED STRAIGHT AWAY AND REQUESTED INFORMATION GIVEN BY VERY FRIENDLY OPERATER. MITCH INSTALLED SHOWER HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY CAME BOTH TIMES AT THE AGREED TIME.FITTED SHOWER TESTED AND GAVE US CONCISE INSTRUCTIONS. VERY TIDY WORKMANSHIP. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.”

“Came quickly and when they said they would. Sorted the problem quickly and thoroughly. Showed me how and why it had occurred and advised how to avoid a repeat. Left the job clean and tidy.”

“We were given constant updates of when the plumber would be arriving so no time was wasted waiting around. He was polite, helpful and very professional. Based on this experience we would definitely use this service again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Quick response, he had all the parts. I think the difference was that he took the time to explain things to us - I don't know much about boilers. He could've left me in the dark knowing that if it broke he'd be called out again but actually helped me learn to maintain the system myself.”

“I have 2 rented properties which needed the annual Gas Safety Certificates, and one needed a minor repair to a leak. The work was done, and a few weeks later I noticed payment had been taken from my account the day this was done. I had heard nothing, so I telephoned and asked for the Certificates, and the invoices for my accounts. I was advised they would be emailed, or sent. One month later, I still had heard nothing, so I rang again. I was advised this would be looked into, and they would be sent. I went on holiday, but when I returned, 8 days later, I still had heard nothing. The situation is critical as one tenant is leaving, and I need the Gas Safety Certificate to rent it out again, as well as for legal reasons.”

“hi I had Martin based in Grantham today. if all of them are like him this is the place to call. He was a total professional and most important to me you could see he takes pride in his work and Makes you feel at easy. I take it the company thinks very highly of him like I do thank you Martin and if I need you guys again I will be asking for Martin ????????????”

“I was promised a visit in 2 - 4 hours. Within that time frame I was contacted to say that nobody would be able to attend at all today. To make matters worse they had already partially put through a payment request for the minimum charge of £94 which results in those funds being ring fenced for their use. This may or may not turn into an authorised payment which I would hen have to pursue through the banks dispute department. This is not in my mind a way to do business.”

“I had no problems with their service. In fact they were great! Customer rep was quick to respond to call and the plumber they sent to fix the leaks was on time and efficient with work. I highly recommend this company.”

“Received phone call from the company yesterday saying the engineer would be late as he's held up on another job, came yesterday afternoon, very nice polite man, took a little look at it, got a new shower ordered for today, agreed to come this morning to fit shower, apologised for being slightly late which was not an issue as I'm off work all day, ripped out and replaced shower within 45 minutes, would definately recommend this company to anybody else”
