Used this company because I was completely misled by the web site. I live in Duston Northampton and believed that I was contacting a local company "Duston Plumbing and Gas Engineers". The engineer that eventually arrived after 6 hours had in fact travelled from the Derby Nottingham area. I made a big mistake, expensive lesson learned!

The serviceman was on time and helpful. He gave me practical advice and even some extra advice related to reading / locating energy meters that was not specifically part of his job that day.

Although it took two visits to get correct diagnosis we were not charged for the second visit. Rob Rose was polite, friendly and competent. We would use you again, especially as it was a same day emergency service.

After a call at 17-30 on Friday I was given a slot between 10.00 and 14.00 on Sarurday to assemble and install a new cooker.. At 12.30 Satutday to tell me that my appointment was now between 13.30 and 15.30,at 15.00 I rang your company and was told that the engineer was having problems and he would now be with us between 15.00 and 18.00,at 17.30 I rand again and was told that the engineer would not be able to attend and the appointment was rebooked for Monday meaning we had no cooker over the weekend. At 18.10 sat evening the engineer arrived explains that he was passing us on his way home and decided to do the installation. He was very pleasant and soon had the job finiished within the hour and the cooker working.He was polite, good worker and an assett to your company,were very impressed.

Blocked bathroom sink, sorted out very quickly. Took longer than I anticipated to arrive, but I was kept informed. Very pleased with the service, and your representatives, both on the phone and when the plumber arrived. Very tidy worker. I think it's quite expensive, but it's worth it if your issue gets fixed - and mine did. Thank you.

All the work appeared to be to the highest standard and with a thoroughness and attention to producing the best installation. The engineers stayed long after their estimated time to ensure that everything was done properly including dealing with some bodges from previous plumbing work that was not done to Plumbingforce's high standard.

Called at 15:10 to arrange for an emergency plumber as we'd just screwed through a radiator pipe. Was advised that a plumber would be with us before 18:00 and will call half an hour before arriving. Took all my details including debit card number. Waited..and waited... Then receive a call at 17:00 to advise no plumber can attend and they'd reschedule it for 08:00 tomorrow... I need a plumber NOW!! The call out charge of £118.80 has already left my bank... I told them to cancel my call out and I'll find someone else. I have 3 small children and no heating so I need it fixed asap... Was told my call out would be cancelled immediately and the money returned... After 2 hours, my bank informed me that the payment was still pending.. So another irrate call is made to Plumber Force.. The guy I spoke to said my booking hadn't been cancelled and the money hadn't been cancelled... It's now going to take 3 working days for the money to return to my bank account... All this trouble abc no plumber!! DO NOT use this company for any emergency job.. Stay local and find an independent... Bad service... Very bad service

Call Your Bank if Services Were Not Delivered! Was told £120 +parts which Quickly rose to £145 for Central London! The Plumber arrives and wants to order the part and come back another day. Alarm bells ring as costs have now risen to £290 +Parts+VAT. The Plumber now becomes RUDE to my wife when she becomes upset that she just doesn't have the cash to cover the rising costs. (Remember its only a broken button on the toilet flush to replace. Didn't expect more than £200). The Call center transfers my call from pillar to post to attempt to loose me. Then the manager attempts to escalate the conversation deliberately in to aggression to falsely accuse me of swearing at her. So Wrong, My 6 year old son is in the room with me, I Don't Swear. On hearing we cant afford the escalating costs she FAKE turned herself into a victim JUST TO CANCEL THE JOB and STEAL £145. Astonishing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Every single detail is my exact experience and my advice is that it is your consumer rights (as explained by your bank), that you are entitled to a refund, in part or in full. IF services as offered at the start of hiring a company have not been supplied. CALL your BANK to stop money illegally being taken from your account. Don't be a victim. If you call early the chances are that the bank can cancel the transaction and block them from attempting to take any more transactions.

Due to arrive by Friday 1pm, due to "late working on another job" actually arrived 3.15pm. However, engineer redeemed himself by relatively quickly identifying problem with seal in inner flue, which he then fixed. Boiler then working and so far continues to work. Well done Rob.

Gareth arrived within an hour or so of my original 'phone call. He was polite, fast, incredibly hard working and efficient. I had what I thought was an insurmountable problem and he solved it with no fuss or bother. I will unreservedly recommend the company to anyone who needs any work of this kind.
