I have purchased a soft toy more than 2 weeks ago. So far no toy, no phone call, no email. Tried to call and waited on the line for more that 1 hour - no one bothered. As I have paid trough paypal I have approached them via paypal's website and few days ago and still nothing. Absolutely appalling service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Delivery within 3 days they said. 10 days went by and not any comms from them. Emailed 3 times no response. Got an email sayign they would look into it. Called twice. 20mins on the phone. Another email. Posted on their Facebook page. Messaged them on facebook. Nothing.... Then a message saying there was an "issue" and it was being delivered on a Wednesday. I suspect this was answered as I had publicly posted on their facebook page. No delivery info in the private facebook message. Asked could they send me delivery info as I needed to have someone there to accept. They said they would send it the next day. Of course they didnt. Luckily some one was there. Will never order from this place again. Even when I go the travel system I was dreading opening it thinking something would be missing and would have to deal with these people again. Its not worth the stress. From looking at their facebook page there are HUNDREDs of people in the same boat.

I ordered from you due to your 3 day delivery. Tried to call you on the 4th day but unable to get through. An advisor rang me back on the 6th day & left a message to tell me the colour I had ordered had sold out. Tried to ring back again but unable to get through. I sent an email but no reply. On the 7th day I received another phone call, chose a different colour & received it on day 10.

I placed an order for 2 items. 10 minutes later I called as I needed to replace one of the item which I ordered by mistake. after waiting 30 minutes on the line I gave up and emailed them. Tried again next day with no success. Received an email that the item that I wanted is out of stock. sent 4 more emails asking to cancel everything and receive refund (they obviously charged for all instantly) 2 weeks later, no refund, no items and no luck in talking or receiving any response

I'm still waiting on a hood replacement which was broken when arrived , I'm being dealt with emails but that's not letting use the pushchair ?? ,I'm now so fed up & dissapionted that if I don't have it this week I will require you to come & collect it & refund me , I also had to purchase a different footmuff as you no longer sell the footmuff but I'm also still waiting on that too , the service is appalling & I won't use you again as you have totally spoiled the time I should have been taking my Grandson out for strolls before the bad weather came in but it's just a joke now .

I ordered a car seat on the 13th of October I was then told it was out of stock and would be with me the following week then I didn't hear anything until I had to contact you on the 11th after several phone calls and emails sent to you I was then told it would be with me in the week of the 7 th of November still did not receive it thats when I did a live chat on the 11th of November and was told it would be here on the 14th of November and it still is not here I am not happy at all extremely angry I paid for goods I have not received and I'm trying to call but always on hold if I'm not gonna get my goods I want a refund now!!!

Despite being asked for feedback I still haven't received the product that was very expensive and ordered over 2 weeks ago. Pramcentre do not answer their phones resulting in huge bills trying to chase product. They were very fast to take my money in the first place! I wonder whether I will ever receive my product.very disappoint & have a very cold baby as a result.

No communication about delivery times I bought a product online you were unable to supply (product hadnt launched!!!!!) How did this happen, why did you accept payment, and how did it take over 5 weeks for you to realise this? (Clair de lune half pod Stars and Stripes Moses basket). This is simply not acceptable. At 34 weeks pregnant I have more important issues to deal with, please be more mindful of your customer base. Delivery was on hold to wait for all products to be available, I was not made aware of this, even after chasing for delivery dates. So I had to wait over 5 weeks for delivery of products that were just sat in your warehouse. Continuously being told I would be updated, but never was! Trying to contact you on phone was difficult, I once hung up after waiting for an answer after 45 minutes. Please feel free to contact me for further poor feedback!

Appalling service and item has still not been delivered. I ordered an ergo sling 2 weeks ago. I received an email 9 days ago saying that it had been despatched. However, it did not arrive. I called your office and was informed that it had actually not been despatched. I was then promised that it would arrive the next day. But the following day I received a message to say that the sling was now out of stock and not available to be sent for another 2 weeks. No one answered my call about this and no refund has been offered. Appalling service.

I ordered mid October. Chased a couple of weeks later and got a response to say the item was out of stock. I then replied to say that I'd like to cancel my order as needed the item urgently and received a response to state that my order will Be processed for a refund. On the 10th, I received a shipping notification and recovered the following day. Still no refund and item no longer needed. Emailed on the 10th, still no response.

Very disappointed. Ordered and money taken, delivery expected within 3 days and on the 4th i was contacted to say that the item is actually out of stock! I now have to wait a further 7-10 days. I would have ordered elsewhere if I had known. The item I ordered was for a holiday which I now have to take a pram to causing me a significant inconvenience

Absolutely appalling customer service. The money was taken from my account immediately for the item I ordered and I received an email to say that payment had been received and they would contact me when it was ready for dispatch. 8 days later I still had not been contacted so I phoned the shop. I sat on hold for 40 minutes. When I finally got through to someone she said I needed to speak to internet services and put me back on hold for a further 15 minutes. The same lady picked up again to tell me that no one was available to take my call and they would call me back, so took my number. 2 days later, still no phone call. So I emailed, thinking that perhaps they respond more quickly to this. 2 days later they replied saying they would look into the issue for me. Still nothing a further 5 days later, so I phoned again and sat on hold for 50 minutes this time, at 9 in the morning, thinking that surely they can't be too busy at that time. At what point do you put the phone down and think they are just not answering???!!! Anyway, I did not get through to speak to anyone. So I emailed again. a day and a half later they emailed back and offered a refund. Over 2 weeks I have waited for this product and Pramcentre could not deliver. Extremely poor service and customer service. Certainly do not buy from here if you are desperate for a product or would actually like to be informed about the product you have paid for!!! Let's see if they actually deliver with the promise of a refund.

Appalling service. I will not be using Pramcenter again. Paid for delivery charges, for a mamas and papas snug and activity tray. Online it states the product will be delivered in 7 working days. I called and spoke to some thought the customer service line after 10 working days as I had received nothing. I was told the product would be dispatched straight away. 2 days later I received the snug but NO activity tray. Tired to call customer service, no answer after 55minuets. I received no online communication. I requested refund of delivery charges which they agreed to but I am yet to receive. Really disappointed, I havnt experienced anything like this with any product I have ordered online before. That fact they these products are for baby's and children's makes it very frustrating and inconveiniant.

Very poor communication!!! Received a confirmation email to say my payment had been received which also stated to allow up to 10 days for delivery. I then rang up on the 11th day to which I was on hold for over 30minutes to try and find out where my parcel was for them to say it had only just been delivered to them. I would of gone somewhere else if I knew how slow and how bad there communication on delivery would of been.

Not impressed on this occasion, firstly I receive an email about an delivery address that is nothing to do with me and then recurve the wrong colour of the item I ordered

Waited for more than 3 weeks for delivery of items that are supposed to be in stock. No response to calling despite being on hold for 25 minutes at a time. When I e mailed I had to wait days for a reply that basically asked if I had resolved the issue by phone. No reply to my immediate e mail response back. Today after over half an hour on hold I've been told the items ordered are not in stock (still shows they are in stock on website) and so I've cancelled the order. Now waiting to see how long it takes them to refund my payment.
