“Do not use this company!!!!! They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!! I purchased a photo canvas from them. When I received it, it looked like the picture was zoomed in as the head of one of the people in the photo was nearly touching the top of the canvas. This company has an alleged free returns or exchange policy on their website so I reached out to them. I sent them pictures of my canvas versus why I had ordered showing the difference. By their own admission, they had to zoom the picture to make the canvas. I told them I was not satisfied with the picture and asked them to please exchange it for another canvas with the correct layout even if modifications were needed to make it work. After giving me the runaround for days, they told me that they would not be exchanging my canvas. The language on their website states to contact them if you’re not 100% happy with your product and they’ll make it right. What a joke!!! This is how they scam people into purchasing from them. They will leave you hanging if there is a problem. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card. Buyer beware!!!!”

“I have placed orders from there numerous times. The 3 times I did, they were great. However, on the 4th time, with all the upgrades I.e thicker lustre paper, HD quality etc the album was a disaster for the total price I paid. The same upgrades were used on the 3 previous albums.
The 4th album received was flimsy. The paper was so thin it could tear and leave bend marks on turning the page. When you did turn the page, other pages would stick to it so you may be missing pages. The quality of the paper was not sharp for HD and the paper was not thick as the other albums previously ordered. The images on the album were blurry.
It is only upon raising a complaint via email about this, that I am told, they have a new production company and the quality is now standard as such for all albums. I asked to have this rectified and the quality of the paper reprinted on to hard paper as surely a printing company can accommodate these changes.
Printerpix advised they could not issue the cha he and to return the printed album for a refund. I made this album as a Father's day gift and to return a gift and to leave the recipient with nothing is out of question. I wad so upset and stressed about this.
Printerpix advised that the new standard quality is a such. When I raised that I paid for the upgrades on the quality, therefore the quality should be different and reflect what I paid for, they said this would be the same quality and the standard quality. So my question is, why should I even had paid for the upgrades in the first place if I wanted plain and ordinary paper? Moreover, why would you leave those upgrade options available on the website to pay and charge customers. Printerpix are charging you for a poor quality album and have not even mentioned their production company has changed anywhere whereby quality has changed significantly in the last few months
I was not even offered a refund for the upgrade charges I paid for nor to have this rectified to the quality they used to provide a few months ago. This is a bad company and they are misrepresenting their previous standard quality to you as their current quality on top of additional charges.
Printerpix did not even offer to rectify this and offer to reprint the album with the thicker pages and HD quality images despite sending them the photos of previous albums made from them with the same upgrades added on to the order this time.
I would never ever order from there again. Please don't as they are scammers and you will not get value for money for what you wish to pay for.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. I did a large order of prints for mother's day, father's day, and a birthday. I paid extra for the add ons of HD print and logo removal and when I received the order the pictures were incredibly grainy. I have reached out to customer service several times about getting a reprint and even reuploading the photos if needed and each time I have sent them an email I get one response and then they never respond to my follow up. I'm not kidding every single time. At this point I don't even want a reprint I just want a refund but again they don't reply to my follow ups. Very disappoiunted will not be using them again and I DO NOT recommend.”

I've been going back and forth with their email support for over two months to correct my order. When I finally gave up and asked for a refund I stopped being contacted back.
I've tried calling and their phones say they are open 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, EST.
I'm in EST, it's 8:39 and they are saying their offices are closed. Their "24/7" help desk is non existent and requesting a call back? That's not real either.
I'm so sick of this company. I will not let this go. This place is a scam. Do NOT spend your money here.

I ordered a NINETY POUND blanket which was sold as 'high quality printing'. What I received was a joke. Photos covered in white marks, and the border varied from 1cm to 2 INCHES. It was wonky, horrific quality and an embarrassment.
I contacted customer services SEVENTEEN times and nobody bothered to respond. I raised a case with Paypal and they ridiculously favoured Printerpix because it wasn't 'faulty'.
An absolute JOKE. DO NOT order off these people.”

I hadn’t heard anything after paying for express printing and next day deliver after 5 days, I called to ask why it hadn’t been shipped yet and I was spoken over and shouted at by two different employees. I asked to be refunded before it was send in which they told me it was non refundable and upon receiving the package I was very unhappy with the quality. It was cheap material and bad quality photo print. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. “I had thought at first that they were a decent company. My first book arrived and was of OK quality. However, my recent experience with them is by far the worst I've ever had with any shop. My book arrived and when I opened it the first half of the book were of someone else's photos, one of which was a baby scan photo, which had the customers full name and date of birth, which means they breached the data protection act. I informed them of this and they didn't seem overly bothered, and told me to destroy the book, when in fact it is their responsibility to do so not mine. They told me they would send me a replacement book and would refund me. The replacement book arrived, and it was of poor quality, pictures were blurred, there were pages that had a white line down the centre, they clearly don't clean their printer nozzles. They said the refund would take 15 working days, today is day 15 and still no refund has been given. I'm doubting I will ever receive my refund. Trying to contact them is near impossible too, you'll be waiting on the phone for hours listening to awful music. Avoid this company at all costs, I ended up going to bonusprint and the book they gave me was superb. No doubt I'll receive the same generic response under this review like others have. I've worked in online retail for 10 years and have been shopping online for over 20 years and this is by far the worst example of a business that I have ever dealt with.

“First, the order arrived on time and in good shape, and I am extremely pleased with it.
My problem is with the customer service, which is practically nonexistent!
When I had finished around 15 hours of making my photobook, I went to place my order. On the basket page it said 'Today Only,' in red letters,'Order an extra copy for £1'. I had been debating whether to get an extra copy so I excitedly added a copy. However it simply doubled the price. I thought it must take it off at checkout, so proceeded. It didn't. And as it was a Sunday at about 9pm I couldn't ring anyone to sort it out. But I thought if I don't place the order today I won't get the deal. So I paid the full amount and immediately sent an email explaining the situation, stupidly thinking that such a big company would happily sort out what was obviously a problem on their end. I was very wrong!!!
I got a response to my email that didn't at all address the issue. I replied, just to be ignored. I sent another email 2 days later asking why I had not had a response. I got an email from the original operative telling me to go and place another order to get today's offer! I replied, just to be ignored again.
Then I tried calling. A man told me he would have to look into it and would ring me back, he didn't. I called again and there was no record to show that I had even called the first time! I spoke to a lady who kept telling me that there was nothing they could do. I explained that if they didn't honour the offer then it was a con. She promised me that a manager would ring me back that day. Apparently there was no manager on the floor, and there is no complaints department. I asked for the contact details of the GM, or CEO, as it's a 'family firm' according to the website, but she wasn't allowed to give me that!
Anyway, we are now at gone 3pm the next day and guess what? I haven't had a call.
I'm seriously considering emailing Trading Standards. How can they have offers on their website, then don't honour them when their computer messes up? It's not on.

“I ordered a canvas print with the pictures all collated in the shape of a love heart. When the canvas arrived the heart no way near filed the canvas and in the bottom corner is has a random print saying Morgans 2017! This has no relevance to me whatsoever! I spoke with someone at Printerpix and they advised me that they could/would not do anything as it is what I had selected when building the print up. I genuinely thought it was a template/example but I did pay extra for any Printerpix logos to be removed anyway! I ordered this for a gift and it is now useless and I cannot get an exchange or refund. They advertise 100% Money-Back Guarantee but because it’s personalised (which everything is on their website) they will not help!! Very disappointing experience and would not recommend!”
“I ordered a metal print on 1/7/2024. I finally received it on 1/28/2024. It was defective with 2 dents in it and I didn't receive the wall mounting kit that I paid extra for. I would have been embarrassed to give it as an engagement gift, as that was the reason I ordered it. I sent an email with pictures of the damaged print on the day I received it. The next day after not getting a response, I called and spoke with Kevin. We agreed on my getting a refund and he said he would submit it for processing. That was on Jan 29th. Yesterday, Feb 8th, I sent Kevin an email because I hadn't received my refund. It had been 10 days! He said it was in the process of obtaining approval from the finance dept. Seriously, it's been 10 days and it's still in processing for approval? I get sent a damaged/defective product and it's taking weeks to get my refund. Guess they like using peoples money. Never Again, and I Do Not recommend Printerpix to anyone for anything. If something is wrong with your finished product, good luck with receiving your refund. They process it from a different century, if at all! I give it 0 stars, not even 1.”

A couple weeks following that review my photobook arrived. I have received nothing by overwhelming positive responses on how beautiful the book is and the quality of the pages.
