“4 calendars ordered and paid for using a groupon deal. Only 2 calendars received yet charged postage for 4! Customer service non-existent - no one answers the phone and email replies don’t answer the questions raised. 3 weeks on from reporting my issue and it’s still unresolved despite involving groupon and posting 2 negative reviews on Trustpilot. I will never use this company again and I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere.”
“I ordered a photobook as a 10th anniversary gift for my wife.
I wanted to give it to her on our anniversary so paid £13.78 for quick delivery and rush handling. The site told me it would be delivered 'by 14th November'.
The gift did not arrive until late on 16th November so I was unable to give it to my wife on our anniversary trip, which was very disappointing.
When I complained and asked for a refund on the money I'd paid for the quicker delivery, the customer service team did not respond.
Really poor service. I've paid for a service I didn't receive and would have used another company if they'd been honest about not being able to deliver by the promised date.”
“i ordered on 11/4 for my wedding was told by customer service could have expedited. was told would have 11/6 with expedited fee, 11/6 came was told no such process 5 business days and then expedited shipping well it on 11/25 and do not have my order, they will not let me speak to a true supervisor and refusing a refund. I am so upset with the unprofessionalism that i have been met with. I am so disappointed this was a gift for my new husband and i feel so horribly bad.”

I contacted customer service and they could not change the delivery. Very unprofessional. I had to ask several times for an explanation.”

It’s a shame as the print came out beautiful but I will never use Printerpix because of the incompetence from customer service”
“I ordered two metal prints, hanging kits, and paid extra for photo enhancement. I got two flimsy pieces of metal. The colors looked worse than the original photo, so I’m not sure what “enhancements” could’ve been made. I also did not receive the hanging kits. None of this would have been a big deal to me, though, if it weren’t for their terrible customer service. I contacted them in June 2024 right after my package arrived. Now it is November, and I still never got the hanging kits. All I want is to get what I paid for. I’ve gone back and forth in email with them. Usually they respond two times. First, they tell me to send photos, which I do (even though it is hard to show proof of items I never received!). Then, they say they’re looking into it. Finally, I never hear back or get my items. This has happened four times now over the past six months.
So disappointing.”

“I have ordered 2 photo books, that should arrive on the 6th of November. I have contacted with the customer service and I was told of course standard text "apologise..and so one". I paid for the rush delivery as I needed them for Thursday. My order still haven't arrived, and now I don't need it! Even still I don't know when my parcel will be delivered. I'm very disappointed and never again order from them. Of course I was informed that I can only have a part of refund for a delivery cost! Ridiculous! Now I'm expecting that parcel to put it straight away to bin. Wasted money, time and a lot of stress. I don't recommend it.”
“If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. I received a photo book for my wedding. I included the professional engagement pictures we had done. The preview looked great! However, when the book finally got here, every picture inside the book was blurry. I reached out to their help desk, no response. I tried emailing another address I found on the site, got ghosted. I tried calling their numbers and they are telling me I have to pay to ship it back in order to get a refund or deal with it because the preview was fine. I asked to speak to someone higher up and got hung up on. I have been attempting to get help with this for 5 months now. The worst company I have ever worked with. I hope their products dont ruin anyone else's big moments like they did mine.”

I ORDERED 175 HOLIDAY CARD WHEN PAID FOR, I ONLY RECEIVED A SINGLE HOLIDAY CARD . WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS TOLD THAT IN THE CHECK OUT I NEED TO INDICATE IN THE QUANTITY 175 CARD, EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THAT 175 QUANTITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY A SECOND SHIPPING CHARGE OF ABOUT $35, WHICH I HAD NO CHOICE TO DO.
WHEN THE REMAINING 174 CARDS ARRIVED THEY WERE PRINTED IN THE WRONG ORIENTATION WITH THE PHOTO BARELY VIEWABLE AND HUGE AMOUNT OF WHITE CARD STOCK AROUND THIS SMALL PHOTO.. PRINTERPIX IS A HORRID COMPANY WITH WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS THEY SAID NOTHING COULD BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN AFFORDABLE HOLIDAY CARD IS NOW A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY TO BE THROWN OUT. PRINTERPIX IS NOT A COMPANY TO EVER USE !!”
“I bought 2 vouchers on Groupon for canvas prints. Neither would allow me to use and said that they were invalid. I contacted their customer service dept with NO reply. Both vouchers were unused and NOT expired. I wish I could give a zero star review.”
“Please please please avoid using this company. Really poor standard prints. Zero response to customer emails. Overcharged for products. I did get a refund for the over charge but I had to call a number of times as emails completely ignored. The item I received which was over £80 is of such low quality I am thoroughly embarrassed to give as a gift. It's shocking in this day and age how cowboys like this are allowed to operate basically conning hard working people out of money. They have no care that the product they have sent me is so poor, just sent me my invoice!!
The paper they use to print on is substandard. Please find a more reputation company with actual customer service and don't be robbed like I have been.”

On receipt of the calendar I noticed I had been charged £45 for one calendar!!!
I thought I had bought 2. The quality was poor and certainly didn't warrent £45!
It was a total rip off, particularly for the apparent add ons!

“I ordered a blanket for my grandfather surprise 80th Birthday, and in one of the pictures my niece whole head was missing and in another some of the top of the heads. I emailed many times and they have yet to help me resolve this issue. I will not be ordering from them anymore.”
