“What a lovely team of people. They've had ups and downs as any new business does, but give them a break! They were inundated with orders after dragon's den and did their very best to meet the huge demand that was put on to them. Maybe there were hiccups for some customers with regards to late orders etc. But people need to learn to have heart. These wonderful people are doing their best and improving all the time. I support this business and appreciate that they have done so much to try to rectify those early bumps in the road. Unfortunately some people are very unforgiving hence the low ratings on here. Now that the company are finding their feet let's try to move away from those issues in the early days and focus on the here and now! Delicious, healthy chocolate. Friendly, helpful staff. Passion, drive, determination, devotion and love goes into everything that this company does. I'm amazed at the innovative product that they are offering us. I think the selection of flavours are incredible. Some people seem to be expecting this product to taste just like dairy milk or other sugar filled brands. It's not going to! It's healthier, less sweet, less fatty tasting. But to truly appreciate the taste you have to take it for what it is and see that it is better for you and compare it to other low fat, low sugar foods. It's delicious compared to so many low sugar foods! And yes it is delicious as a chocolate bar in its own right but it is not going to taste the same as other chocolate brands. You have to appreciate and understand that to truly appreciate the taste of this product. I've been on a sugar free diet for 2 months and now being able to have these bars as my treat feels amazing! They are so tasty. I hope that better reviews come in soon because this company deserves more credit than they are currently getting. X”

“This rage of chocolate certainly has the right product name. It is truly heavenly. It is free of gluten, palm oil, sugar with a lot less sugar than other chocolate which makes it an environmentally friendly bar of chocolate. I bought some after seeing dragons Den for my husband and he thought it was the best chocolate he had ever tasted. It is truly delicious.”

“I was promised a replacement order weeks and weeks ago as my first delivery tasted awful. This replacement order has never arrived, despite replying to their promotional email they sent me. Really wanted to support this company but it’s turned out to be a disappointing service. (Order 59616)”

“Pure Heavenly chocolate is the best low sugar chocolate I have ever eaten. My favourite so far is the coconut. I say so far because I’ve not tried all the flavours yet. Looking forward to trying the other flavours.”

“I love Heavenly Chocolate for a number of reasons and not all of them are related to the chocolate itself. I follow a keto diet and try to be a thoughtful inhabitant of the planet. This ticks those boxes, low sugar, keto-friendly ingredients, no palm oil and the wrapping is compostable and packaging has been steadily reduced to a really good minimum. The chocolate is delightful and I feel it is on par with the high-end chocolatiers, you know, the ones that make easter bunnies with a bell around the neck. The choice in flavours is really good, going from traditional to modern to cool and funky. I hate bananas I love the funky banana flavour bars. Customer service is brilliant. As a VIP I expect a certain number of bars in my monthly package, this month there was an error and I only received part of the order. I e-mailed and was responded to within 48 hours and I believe I have received the missed selections in the last 48 hours, (been unwell, not had energy to open any of my recent deliveries, thankfully I keep ahead with my subscription so I have a good selection on hand without having to open the new box yet) so I cannot fault the team at all. Lastly, I follow on FB and I love the funny memes and the family vids, such a rarity for a company to have that personal touch now.”

“My order arrived promptly, very well packaged and with good communication from the company. This is my second order and I do think the texture has improved greatly. It's definitely more "melty" in your mouth than previously. I totally understand that this product is still really bring developed and I am prepared to "bear with it" while any improvements are made. To have a product that is so low in sugar and yet so chocolatey is amazing! Especially without the palm oil and all the extra calories! adore the salted caramel. I'm still waiting for the coffee flavour to be in stock though. I hope the flavour is good as other coffee flavoured chocolate in other brands has been disappointing, so I look forward to trying that! If the price was lower, I would give 5 star rating, as that is the only down side of this tasty product. Perhaps the packaging could be changed so that the parcel could be smaller? Post and packing price bumps up the cost too.”

“I've tried all their flavours now and love them all. I do know they've had production problems and my own pre-Christmas order went missing. Once posted, as I'm assured that the order was, its out of their hands. But they have taken full responsibility and replaced the order at their expense. As for poor tasting chocolate, you have to be kidding. If you want to tick all the vegan, low-sugar, gmo free, etc, boxes there really is no alternative. I urge everybody to back this family concern whose motives are to provide 'healthy' chocolate that tastes great. I've already made my January order and as its Valentine's day coming up...”

“I have been vegan for almost 20 years, and this is the very best vegan chocolate I have tried. All good ingredients and a great range of flavours. I will be using Heavenly as my main choccie supplier from now on and I can't wait to see what they develop next... hopefully Easter Eggs and buttons!!”

“Ordered from this cowboy company which took them 2 and a half months to receive my order. They did not take any responsibility, just blamed Royal Mail. Chocolate is DISGUSTING & the salted caramel tasted more like mint!....yes it was contaminated. Since then I have sent 3 emails which have all been ignored. I can't wait for this company to fail and rightfully so!!!!”

“Waited a long time for my order like many other people who saw it on Dragons Den. I bought LOADs of it in all flavors and it all tastes terrible. The dark/plain is just about ‘ok’ to pass as chocolate but the rest is a joke and nothing like a decent chocolate. It’s far from heavenly. I had mint, orange, caramel, silk, fruit and nut and plain. Universally disliked by everyone who has tried it. Whatever Peter Jones has eaten before to think this is amongst the best he’s ever had must have been truly awful. Any chocolate I’ve ever tried before is better tasting. Shame.”

“Chocolate isnt very flavourful. Has a weird grainy texture Tried the Silk,Orange,fruit & nut and hazelnut. Not a great alternative to real chocolate in my opinion. Strange aftertaste also”

“Sadly I have to report that I have the same bad experience of some other recent reviewers. Despite a very, very long wait for my initial order I was delighted when it arrived as it was absolutely delicious - I thought I'd found a new favourite. I liked it so much so that I placed another larger order to give, in part, as Christmas presents. I tried a couple of bars of salted caramel from this second order over a week ago and they were really awful, not at all like the chocolate from my initial order. One bar of salted caramel had a grainy-looking, pale bloom on the back of the bar and was horribly sandy in texture and tasted very salty and really unpleasant...and concerningly made my mouth tingle weirdly. On trying the second bar it looked fine but also tasted horribly salty and unpleasant. Neither bar was anything like thise in my original order and both were inedible. I am quite concerned that the bars I have given as Christmas presents are also not good. Extremely disappointingly I've emailed Heavenly Chocolate twice in the last week about this and sent photos of the "faulty" bars and have had absolutely no response, nothing. Terrible product (now) and terrible customer service...a world away from the Heavenly Chocolate that was so well promoted on Dragons' Den.”

“Totally disgusting and not a substitute! The fruit and nut bar had white powder residue all over it which proves it was not manufactured / stored correctly and another bar had not printed expiry date or batch number. There is NO SATISFACTION whatsoever with these chocolate bars. After buying every flavour and bar in a sale, I’m in deep regret as I do not have a method is reporting my findings with pictures or returning for a full refund! NOT HAPPY!”
