Phone in itself ok however the camera lens has been damaged and stuck on and unusable. Will return it

I bought an iPhone 6, 16GB, Good Condition. When I got it it immediately started glitching sometimes it just types random letters by itself and sometimes it just becomes unresponsive but to fix that I just lock it and unlock it 3-4 times. It gets frustrating after awhile put I just put up with it!

I purchased a phone and when it came I was very pleased with how it look but unfortunately the mic wasn’t working properly. I then found it impossible to call customer service as nobody answers the phone. I had to communicate via email which takes time when you want your problems solved ASAP. Also I was disappointed with the replies on email, they were very generic so therefore not answering my questions adequately. I am still waiting for the repaired phone so hopefully my views will improve. Thanks

Hi The phone is in good condition but the battery life is not good. It barely lasts a day with average use. I have used quickmobile fix in the past when I purchased an Iphone 5 and I never had this problem. I am also not even at 50% of storage capacity so this is concerning as it increases.

Product arrived late and is not even satisfactory the battery life is awful the home button only works when it wants to. In short I may be getting my money back on this purchase.

I asked to get my order delivered to a different address and you agreed,, but you still sent order to my home, as I was away the order was left with a neighbour who also went away on holiday.

Received the wrong item in the mail. So delayed in receiving the item I actually ordered and customer service would respond without knowing the issue and wrote responses as if I had sent a phone in for repair. I still don't know when my actual item will be shipped.

Sent my phone back at the end of August it’s now getting to the end of September and I have still not received my payment. I understand from speaking to an adviser a few weeks back there were delays and she advised I should have had payment by the second week of September. Since then I have sent a couple of emails all of which bounce back and I can not get through on the phone, I also asked someone else to try getting through for me and they had the same issue. My order status on line has been showing payment processed for quite a while and yet no funds have reached my account. Very disappointing as my partner had previously sent phones back and never experienced any issues like this.

It’s a real shame as I’ve used you guys before and had a great experience. I ordered a phone 3 week’s ago for my daughter’s birthday and it was delayed because of availability. When it came available the courier used didn’t bother to leave a card, I was out at work when they attempted to deliver, I contacted them to explain I’d missed them and they’d already returned the phone to sender, no phone call, no card, no help at all. I contacted you with details of where to deliver if I missed it again and the person who replied said they couldn’t do it, I have no idea if it’s been resent, no communication, and I really don’t think it’s acceptable. I’m not going to have the phone in time for my daughter’s birthday now and sh will be really dissapoonted.

I haven’t received my phone yet and ordered 6 days ago but that is not my point. I have been trying to contact quick mobile fix to see when my phone and accessory’s will be delivered as I am moving house on Saturday. Why have a phone number, email, Facebook page, twitter etc.. if you can’t reapond to your customers. I have read many bad reviews about your company and I am only asking that you respond to my question of when will my phone be delivered?! My order number is ID193139

Having just placed my iPhone order I noticed a much better priced bundle advertised. I asked for a straight exchange as the items were the same price. I was then asked for a further £41. I asked why there was an additional cost and was told the web page had expired and the bundle offer was no longer available, although I could still view the advert using the correct http website address on an iPad and an iPhone. I asked to speak to the manager but the customer support agent repeatedly refused saying he would not be referring such an enquiry to the manager. Neither would he give me the manager’s name. After pushing to speak to the manager, which I felt was my right as a customer with an unresolved issue, the agent still would not escalate but instead stated he was going to cancel my order. I had not asked for my order to be cancelled. I was forced to send a complaint email to actually get to speak to the manager, who was helpful, acknowledged the IT problem, and removed the advert from the website. He also gave me a small discount on my original order because he could not sell me the bundle at the advertised price. It took several days to resolve this issue and I was pleased when my order finally arrived. However, it was not what I ordered, I had been sent a locked phone which I could not use. It was returned and I was finally sent an unlocked phone but not my original colour choice. It took a protracted time, hassle and stress dealing with this order but when I finally received it I was pleased with the condition of the product. This was the first time I have used Quick Mobile Fix but I would not recommend them based on my unacceptable experience with the customer service agent and then being sent the wrong item. Furthermore, the courier service just popped both orders through my letterbox without obtaining a signature.

The phone purchased was described as Pristine condition and a full a grade kit. It was supplied with a chip out of the casing and had no adapter for the headphones. The biggest problem being the fact that the charger supplied only works when plugged in a certain way and when trying other Iphone chargers the same problem occurs which shows the fault is with the Phone, As we were desparate for a phone I cannot take the risk of sending it back as the comments online show that the response time of this company is not great and a phone that is working is better than none at all. All be it the phone is nowhere near the quality it is advertised as. Douglas Croft.

Purchases a refurbished I phone 6 took several days to arrive when arrived there was a fault had send it back for repair No contact from them to confirm they had received my phone for repair Had to contact them they have had the phone 4 days Just had a reply will 5 to 7 days depending on parts
