“This site is a total scam. I booked a 2 night stay at Homewood Suites for 2 beds and all rooms come with a sofa bed for 4 people for $279/night. AFTER I paid the required fees upfront my confirmation said, “Room will be assigned at arrival”. At arrival they gave us a 1 King bed suite, which was $259/night on the website. Spent over an hour on the phone with the CS rep because they said the price can change at any time and it is the hotel’s fault that they only had a lower proce room and they could not refund me the difference in the price. So they basically upcharged me almost $30 plus dollars per night in rates, taxes and fees.”

Sent us to a crack hotel for one then go to check in they had no rooms available then we had to go back to get a cancellation letter and send it in which I did now been fighting with them for a month to get out money back on a reservation hotel that had no rooms
Now they are telling me since they said it was non refundable they don’t want to give our money back when it was their fault
This is not right to do people this way and they just don’t seem to care what they do to people so I will never never never do this again in putting faith in someone company that just doesn’t care what they do to people and plus take their money and DONT CARE!!!!!

“Stay far away! This company has false advertising and uses bait-and-switch tactics. The website offered rooms for $187 and every time I tried to book that room at that rate, I got to the end of the process and a pop-up alert said the room was no longer available. I do this three times all with the same result. I called their 888 number and spoke to Leon Berola and another representative for over an hour. Every time they tried to book me a room at that rate, it showed they were no longer available even though their website said that it was available. So instead of paying about $400 for the weekend, I now have to pay $800. They said that their system wasn't connected to their website. So a multi-million dollar company doesn't have systems that talk to one another?! They also claimed they couldn't override the price. I filed an FTC complaint. This is fraud.”
“Signed up over 9 months ago for competition near hotel. Somehow booked on line with this company even though I thought I was on the Hilton site. Called the Hilton to make sure my reservation was all set and they had NO one with that name or reservation. Called hotel twice a week apart to confirm and nothing noted on the day this company claimed to reserve money and charged credit card. Got a hold of reservation stay help like they sent me form to cancel and no option for above issue so when you pick anything they send you an email your refund is denied. I even added comments to the refund application and still denied. I spoke to a man India and He said we see your reservation here! Well the hotel In wisconsin does not!! How incredibly frustrating. I even paid the extra $20 to ensure I could cancel if need be! This company is a total scam! Do not use! I will only book by calling actual hotel from now on! Anyone on here ever contact consumer reports?

“They gave me permission to cancel my reservations cuz the place we were going to had alot of snow. They said I would get my money back in 3 to 5 days and almost a month later, I still haven't received it. I have called and called them, also have sent emails. Get the same response....credit will be received in 3 to 5 business days. Next step is suing them to get it back. DO NOT USE RESERVATIONSTAYS.COM!!!!!!”
“Be careful when you go online and think you’re dealing directly with a hotel. Reservationstays somehow got me out of Westin on the internet without me being aware and now they said I had to cancel the reservation a week in advance! So, now I’m out close to $300! What a scam! The problem is you don’t know you’ve been switched because there’s nothing on the email confirmation to indicate it wasn’t Westin. They are thieves!”
“Scam..Scam...Scam....sold me room that didn't exist as hotel sold out. Luckily I thought it was strange that they had a room when Expedia did not, but they said of course that hotels divide rooms out to 3rd party sellers, which I know is true,,but I just had a bad feeling so used PayPal! Their customer service is a loop to website from whomever you talk to on the phone,,and the chat is a BOT so no way to reach anyone. I mentioned reporting the site as a scam and was hung up on twice !”
“Will never use again! Thought I was on hotel website and booked wrong dates for room. Was a popup or something on Holiday Inn. Even paid for refund fee. Terms and Conditions said only if dead, Dr. note , etc. would you be able to change or cancel. No customer service. All online. Check before you book. Never even stayed in room and never got any refund. $900 lost.”

This company books through expedia. They charge you and then use their credit card to pay expedia. They are basically the middleman of a middleman. Luckily I checked and my reservation exists. Do not use this website.”
“I booked a hotel reservations through Reservation Stays. When I arrived at the hotel, it was not at there. I person at the address (of a building under construction) said that the hotel closed a while ago. That means that Reservation Stays booked me at a hotel that did not exist. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund and have not been successful. Each time I call I am told of something I have to do and then I am told it is 5 to 7 days for a refund. I would highly recommend no using this booking service.”
“Terrible website to use for booking a hotel. Not sure how my husband ended up there, but they charged 50% taxes and fees above the room price. Then they never sent a receipt or booking confirmation that had the hotel name, date, room price, taxes and fees charged so we could file it with our travel insurance. Repeated calls, emails have gone unanswered. We will have to dispute with our credit card to get the receipt.”

“For starters reservation stays booked me a room at a hotel that did not exist. The hotel is the Crowne plaza located in Bloomington Minnesota. Now they want me to give them proof from the front desk that I actually had a room there, except that the hotel is permanently closed, if you see them come up with a really great price run as fast as you can because their information is not accurate and it appears that they want the charge to go through even though the hotel did not exist and that just goes to show how unethical they are and that they are thieves and they will steal your money. please read the reviews first I did not do that and I wish I had. I would’ve saved myself a lot of heartache. In addition to this good luck waiting in queue. You will wait behind 150 people and if you opt to have them call you back they do not call you back.”
