“Appalling customer service and inaccurate product description. I ordered white marble coasters, as per the product description and image. The coasters I received were grey and not white by any standards. When I contacted the seller, I was advised that because they are made from natural stone the colour varies and that if they were unsuitable I would have to cover the postage cost to return them. There was no mention of colour variation in the product description, yet the seller had the nerve to argue that they state that they are made from natural marble which apparently means that that colour can vary!”

“ordered a garden table and chairs, the table arrived cracked, contacted customer services and the issue was resolved quickly, sent out another table for it to be cracked too, rang back again and they sent the table for the THIRD time and it was still broke! Simply not good enough- maybe if they put bubble wrap on the item instead of plastic it may make delivery in one piece! Now have 3 broken tables to dispose of and chairs that aren't much use- still need to get a table. and only got a partial refund as the chairs couldn't be returned as they where no longer in their original packaging! won't be ordering again!”

“I ordered from rinkit recently and had an awful experience. Firstly my tracking number didn't work on the email they sent so was unable to see when my order would arrive. After sending an email to the customer services they said it will be with you in the next few days... this was already day 7 into there 3-5 day delivery guide. So I waited a couple of days... nothing asked again on the customer services they said it's been lost in transit.. why they didn't tell me that to begin with I don't know. They asked me if I would like a refund or a reorder, I requested a reorder and they said they would send me a confirmation email once dispatched and expect to be with me withing 3 days. No such email arrived and no parcel arrived... so had to ask yet again customer services and by this point i was getting frustrated now so asked for a refund at this point. The customer services sent me the tracking number and then the parcel arrived....... in AWFUL condition the bag was half ripped and my items were completely damaged. I have requested a refund for the shocking service but no response yet. Please do not shop here!!”

“I ordered a desk, paid and my order was canceled (№813434). I ordered one more time, and also canceled!! (813510). I wrote to support and they asked THE PURPOSE OF ORDER, what excuse me??? and than said "Shipping address is 166 km from location of IP address" but it wasn't true! I ordered in Liverpool being in Southport, which is no more than 50 km away. and then they blocked me! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!”

“Parcel arrived damaged. Receipt/return receipt torn. Wish to returns items so of which are not as described on website. No return prepaid label. Emailed customer service who phoned to say I could return items at a cost of £5.99 but only if I could print a return label and take the parcel to a Hermes store; nearest one over 10 miles away, park car, carry heavy parcel to store! Or I could arrange for a home collection at a cost of £12.00 but I would have to print out the return label and contact the courier company myself. Ludicrous service to the customer. Dreadful company and will avoid in the future.”

“I have been trying to contact Rinkit for about 9 months now with this email to multiple email address to Rinkit.com which reads: I'm still waiting on my order to arrive and it had been months so far and still nothing no help from anyone no return or no swing set I need to know where my package is thanks. Order ID - 9312 Date Added - 07/11/2021 Model # 44215com Product - Liberty II Wooden Swing Set With zero response, this has to be one of the worst websites to order from when you don't get the product or a refund I highly suggest not shopping here.”

“There are chips, misprint of design on plates canisters lids get stuck . Odd shaped plates , not what it looks like in the pictures , be careful Before you buy I gave mine away i could not use them for guests , just Buy a couple of things before you buy up . Not for me .”

“i ordered a parasol for my garden. when it didnt arrive i enquired. was told it was lost in tranit by the courier. was asked if i wanted another one sent. i said yes, but was then told that they were out of stock. got a full refund. noticed that they were back in stock so re ordered only to be told again that it was lost in transit by the courier. phoned them up. was told i would get a next day delivery. never appeared. emailed them. they gave me a tracking number. tracking number was invalid. no parasol. wont answer the phone to me. constant answering machine. very bad service indeed.”

“Product faulty on arrival. I was invited to propose a partial refund amount or collection of the item. I opted for partial refund and left a review of my poor experience, rinkit contacted me and said disappointed I left a review. Why wouldn’t I? Partial refund doesn’t change the substandard condition of the product supplied.”

“Rinkit also has an Ebay store. I was unaware of the online store but sure am now, especially after being charged five times the amount for an item of which was listed as a set only to arrive as a single item in their Ebay store that is listed for $3.99AU on the Rinkit web page store. How is it legal or allowed that they sell for one amount on their web page and then five times more on Ebay. Have returned item and waiting for a refund on said item. may take a while as they are very slow at responding unless you involve Ebay”

“Set of 6 glasses advertised as 480ml capacity. They only held 450ml.After arguing back and forth over several days, they were never going to admit that the glasses were not 480ml. Had to give up in the end. Not at all impressed!”

“I ordered yellow mugs and was sent mustard mugs a colour i do not like. I contacted ciustomer services who went on to Insult me and did nothiing. They also said they could not meet my whimsical needs. They also bragged I could speak to consumer protection groups all I like. So you have been warned colour is of no importance in your order”

“I made an order on their site about an hour ago but didn't recieve any email confirmation of it, I rang thier number provided on thier website but that keeps on going through to a comportal which says the maibox of the party I'm calling could not be found. I've sent them some emails but have not recieved a reply yet. I'm worried they may be a scam company that is going to nab my £103. Let's see what happens. I'll keep you all updated”

“Not even worth one star. Appalling company. Not only did they send me the wrong colour product, but the product that they sent to me was a broken customer returned item - with the previous customer's return slip included. I asked politely for a refund. They asked for photo's. I sent photo's. They said they didn't receive them. I sent them again. I waited a couple of days. I asked politely for an update. They said "I am sorry but it does not look like you received my last reply, we asked for an image showing the item you have received?" I sent the photo's again. Left it a couple of days - no response. I asked again politely for an update (and sent photo's again) - after another couple of days no response. This company is a great example of a bad company. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company. I eventually got my refund after speaking to a very helpful Amazon operative.”
