absolutely the worst service there is, i went there talked to 2 people working there about buying 2000$ worth of pavers, they started sending from one person to another, i waited 1 hour without any result and then decided to leave and buy my pavers from another store. its absolutely horrible service.

on May 15/24 I ordered a lawnmower to ship the next day, paid for on Visa. May 30/24 still no product. 15 days, 12 emails, one visit to manager in store in Mississauga. The customer service takes 1.5 hours on hold. When I wanted to cancel my order….they said they couldn’t hear me!!!! The store called head office and got hung up on by customer service line as well. I have now 2 claim numbers, they blame the supplier! The absolute worst on line purchase experience ever….2 weeks and they won’t do anything for me. Never buy from Rona again. Nobody cares at all paid $609.00 ……humiliating!!!

Stockyards location - Bought a washer and dryer set and it said the appliances needed to be unhooked and unstacked before they come. My tenant is not able to do this physically (single female) nor does she have the tools needed. The items are delivered and left in the condo unit. I called Rona multiple times about my problem, spoke to multiple people. At first was told I needed to buy installation service (which was included in my purchase), and in the end spoke to somebody who claimed to be the assistant manager. She gave me different stories of cannot book another time for haul away and installation until I confirm the units are unhooked/unstacked and then said cannot resend the delivery guy because it costs them extra and that all should've been done in the first place. Their delivery guy does not do uninstall which to me is ridiculous - what average person has the tools to unstack a washer/dryer set and if you install, why can't you uninstall? Assistant manager offered no options and said nothing she can do, policy blah blah blah. I have not been this infuriated in a long time over a service I purchased. Basically they did not fulfil their contract by not doing the installation and haul away. Oh and also they screwed up before this by saying there was a glitch in the system and the items couldn't be delivered as originally planned (on Saturday) and had to be delayed by 2 days. I only went with Rona because of the quick delivery date; I should've bought elsewhere.

We ordered a gazebo 5 days ago and still waiting, went to the store two times still waiting. The customer service is the worse you can get. Don't buy anything onl8ne from them.

I went to SHOP at Rona CALEDONIA store. I tried to get up with purchasing a toilet. I also Vita if she could kindly check the price for this item. She said no, you have to go get it and bring it here to her. I have not met anybody as rude as this girl Rona has declined since they took it over from Lowes I am a VIP member for the last 20 years and these service desk staff Really don’t care about your customer service. Honestly, something has to be done about this. I am jumping ship to Home Depot much more friendly staff over there.

I would like to Thank Rona on behalf of my families : D’Angelo & Simonetta We have had the best customer service from Mr.Peter D’urso (employee #2512391) The 1st time Mr.D’urso helped my 90 year old Mother purchase a kitchen stove, he was extra kind and most courteous and very patient. We remembered Peter and came back to purchase a Washer & Dryer!! Again the best most caring Customer Service. The word has spread to our extended big families and they have all started shopping at Rona! We Thank you Rona for having a wonderful exemplary caring employee in your service Mr. Peter D’urso. The rona experience was not my issue. The fact that the used FedEx for their delivery service however is. The package was extremely late and FedEx customer support is extreamy poor. Rona needs to change their delivery service to something more reliable. I will not order online from Rona again!

Shout out to Mike, Store Manager, Winnipeg Central, who spied me in the parking lot trying my best to load 9 bags of cedar mulch and came to my rescue!!! Woot woot thanks again Mike that was a much-needed rescue!!!

Very poor service. Waited almost 20min for associate in windows and door, no body turned up. Now waiting at customer service section and the associate is gone to get someone, my God...what a service.

In late December I purchased a LG gas range from Rona. The stove was not installed until January. I used this stove three time and then my nightmare a began and is continuing to this day. As I turned up the temperature to 350, flames began coming out of the back of the oven and did major damage to a brand new renovation. I went to visit Rona and they simply brushed me off and told me to deal with LG myself. When they finally sent out a technician my troubles greatly increased. The technician made a horrible mistake and turned on the top of the gas range . After a loud explosion my condo filled with black toxic smoke and now I have an extremely sick parrot. She stopped eating and had to be put on oxygen.. Humdreds of dollars later and blackened lungs she is now on three medications twice a day for the rest of her shortened life. Coming into five months later I have had to pay my own bills and still have received no help just empty promises from both Rona and LG Two lessons I have learned I will not purchase an expensive appliance from Rona ever again. Number 2, I will never purchase anything from LG Which according to them stands for life is good . My life has been anything but good since I dealt with both Rona and LG.

Yesterday I went 775 planet road Rona to buy some tiles I never had such experience the sales person is not helpful not even try to help me more than 25 minutes finally I went to costumer service he trying to help the management should do something about some sales person!!

We were happy that Rona came back ,but now too bad asit won't stay long the way they are running it now. We bought a small heater , when we got home and opened it up it was used and broken .The guy pretended to go into the back and look for a heater as the stock had not been put out yet [ baloney]. Anyway ,when he was gone 15 minutes we went looking for the guy and he forgot us . Had no idea what we wanted !!!!!!!!!! Then he finally comes out with this piece of trash and gives it to us. We bought it, drove all the way home to find the thing is broken and used ,drove all the way back and finally got it returned .What kind of place has it turned into ? Shame on the guy that served us and shame on RONA. Needless to say we WILL NOT BE GOING BACK . By the way ,you owe us $30 for the gas spent going back & forth.

This is the first and last time I will ever order from Rona I received an email saying my order would be delivered today and after spending almost 2 hours on the phone I was told it won’t be delivered today. The customer service with Rona is the worst I have ever experienced, and I will not hesitate to let everyone I know know how bad this company is

Rona website says price match...until you get to the counter and cashier says, but Home Depot has to order from same supplier as Rona to get price match( like two companies are going to order from same supplier)! Lol.needless to say I left item at counter!! Rona has no price match policy.!!!

Would not return an item that had a lifetime warranty when the store was Lowe’s. I had the original receipt and went to the store and was told sorry. They still sell the product and had it in stock. Never gave me a number to call. Called Rona customer service and they asked for a copy of the receipt. I sent that in and received an email back saying I had to contact the manufacturer. The product box stated to take back to the original store it was purchased at. Rona customer service is awful.

Very horrible non existent customer service. I phoned to inquiry about an item on the Rona website. The person was unable to help me on the phone and told me to place an order online. So I placed an order for the item online. I went to the store and they couldn't find my online order. They told me to call the online customer service phone number. So I called it while I was at the Rona customer service counter to discover that the call center was closed. I was told by the Rona employee that it was closed because it was the weekend. There were 3 people at customer service with no one else around and then they told me to go look for it myself in the isle. I went to the isle and I couldn't find the item. I went back and asked for help to find the item. Finally 1 of the 3 people followed me and looked around but couldn't find the item on the shelf either. I asked if it was in back stock on the higher shelves so the employee found a ladder and looked but it wasn't there. The employee then said the item was not in stock due a stock error even though they should have had 6 in stock. The employee then said that because it used to be Lowe's that the stock is inaccurate online. The employee also informed me that my online order would be automatically cancelled because this happens all the time. It was a waste of time and this experience was beyond frustrating.

Hi there excellent service at your Brampton North store on Heartlake road. Marlene,Alona and Nathan were Friendly and helpful but 100 stars goes to Tamar in the paint department.She helped me on 2 different visits to your store.Tamar goes out of her way to always help you to find the perfect product for your project.
