Pointless tracking system.
Every other service provider has a tracking system that tracks everything from dispatch to delivery.
What use is a tracking system that tells me its been delivered? I know its been delivered because I have it in my possession.!!!”
“I reckon they are allergic to my doorbell. They never ring the door to check if there’s anyone inside, instead just left a notes and leave. The same happens even when I have clear instructions of the safe place plus give them my password of front door. I wonder how the company is not closed down with the kind of service they provide.”
“My package was not delivered because I was out. They didn't left any card. the item was sent back to National Returns Center instead of the seller. The seller made a claim and they answered after more than 1 month to say that I could get my package back in maximum one month from delivery date. Absurd! Would put 0 stars if possible. Do not use this service!”
“Shambles two parcels sent track48 and track24 ,one over a week seems to be going backwards and forwards between Bristol and Gloucester,the other not moved from Leeds in to days.Both presents to add insult to injury a card sent over a week ago has not turned up either,zero customer service”
“Don't bother to send signed for as waste of money I've sent 2 parcels signed for which constantly say in transit I the so called tracking information 1 month later still in transit I could of walked them there faster .customer service useless 45 min wait to get through to be told what I already know question is who's stolen them !!!

“Since my review a couple of weeks ago about my Grandson's birthday present going missing even though tracked; things went from bad to worse.
My son managed to get through to his local sorting office 2 weeks ago, after holding on for nearly an hour. He explained that the delivery had not arrived and his CCTV proved there was no delivery on the day. He also advised the signature on the tracking information they proovided was not recognised. They advised that they would have a GPS location (satnav) of where it was delivered. They checked while he held on and they advised that it was delivered 1.1 miles way from the correct address and so would speak to the postman to sort this out and report back within 3 days.
Yes, you've guessed it, 2 weeks later and they haven't reported back.
Fortunately 3 days after it was supposed to have been delivered, a very kind lady knocked on my sons door and advised that she had just returned from holiday and found the parcel on her door step.
This incompetent service is not fit for purpose, should be disbanded and handed over to the private sector, where service matters.”
“Rubbish service if it can be called service. Got email saying parcel would be delivered today if out here are options. Chides safe place and date defaults to tomorrow. Get another email sorry parcel couldn’t be delivered to my safe place , choose options. Did that Bute’s sage came up, you already have changed delivery. Come home to card saying item too big for letterbox and an email saying chose delivery option, go to do it, no record of previous choice made, earliest day is Thursday when I’m at work so have now chosen Saturday. And they wonder why they are in financial trouble? Why other forms who actually have viable websites and are customer friendly are beating them into the ground? They have no contact number,only unhelpful “helpful” read yourself to not find the answer questions. Royal Mail is not royal, doesn’t deliver a service and delivers my mail at random times of the day or evening. What a useless “service”.”
“Delivery mans extremely rude, didn’t wanted to deliver item even though i was begging him to bring it up as item was one day late and i was in the middle of an important lecture, i went downstairs to the main entrance he wasn’t there he was sitting in his car across the street i had to wait even further for him to get out find the package come across the steer, took his time even though i was rushing to get back, when i asked him is it because the covid he didn’t came in the building although he didn’t wore any mask either, he said no it’s just too many apartments and he couldn’t be bothered to find the apartment and deliver it properly even though we have elevators also. i had many many experiences with delivery man don’t even ring doorbell just leave the letter in the box stating i wasn’t there when i was. every delivery man i’ve met from royal mail are extremely rude and not helpful at all. disgraceful service, the worst on the field. I get deliveries for work every day from all sorts of companies, every time i see its royal mail i know i will have a hard time actually receiving this.”
“Complete rubbish. Sent a parcel first class, a week later the recipient is still waiting. It seems that even to get a parcel delivered, never mind on time, you have to pay for a special tracking service otherwise they just don't bother”
“My parcel was "lost in transit" even know it didn't leave the royal mail depot second time getting a replacement for the item "lost in transit" was suppose to be delivered surprise suprise it never turned up so stupid!”

“I just do not understand why the post man has to try and deliver next door when both our cars are on the drive, country lockdown and never even attempts to ring the door bell. I am watching the app on the stages of delivery but how do I know that the numpty that is delivering is devoid he does not know a door bell is used to make the occupant aware that someone is out side. Seems other charges are an agenda, but it's so stupid all the tech but the one called ameba hired to deliver”
“Royal Mail are not worth even a start. I have lost hundreds of pounds and a lot of credibility in front of my suppliers because they have repetedly failled to deliver my parcels to my building which is located in central London. All parcels went to a different unknow address. I have raised dozens of requests with them and none was sorted. After 1 year they have not updated the address in their systems. All I can do now is order online only from suppliers that have other delivery methods than Royal Mail. I had to apologise to all my neighbours for knocking at their doors and suppliers for requesting for refunds. Terrible experience. Never trust Royal Mail with delivering important items.”
“Waited for parcel 10 days , checked tracking and it had been delivered and signed for . This was now news to me as I had signed nothing and had no parcel, phoned sender they said check neighbors and around house to see if it was left somewhere. I did this even went to next street incase was put in same number door as mine by mistake no result. I spoke to my regular postman and he took tracking number and said he would check back at Depot he came back with a map showing tracking of parcel to the other side of my estate where it stopped. So I complained to Royal Mail they sent me an email saying basically that they had done all they could and the matter is now closed. So now it is coming up to Christmas and according to RM no parcels need to be signed for because of Covid 19 so this is going to be a free for all to help themselves to our Christmas presents and there's no recourse it's not their fault. So if you want a load of free presents this year they are taking on temp post people for the season fill your boots RM are not bothered. Don't buy anything if they are delivering you won't get it.”
“ordered a package through amazon and was shipped with royal mail. came to deliver the parcel to my house twice but were unable too because it was too large. First time was 7am, no knocking. Second time 6pm, no knocking. Now I cant collect the parcel Monday. Terrible service, how can they mess that up?”

Trying to find a delivery that I expected yesterday 5-11-2020
Still waiting today and honestly dont want to raise a complaint as such but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone, I have been on hold for 38 minutes and gave up.

How many more days do I have to sit in a room watching out the window? It would not be too bad if you hadn't already sent one delivery to the wrong town on Monday! That took me till Wednesday to get, I could have walked to the town in an hour. The automated help (or no help) line couldn't understand what I was saying mixing letters and numbers.
If the deliver arrives today thank you if not any ideas???
