Business Services are inpenetrable? Want to order a recorded delivery book or stickers? Simply start multiple e-accounts, jump through multiple hoops on-line. Never actually get anywhere. Be bombarded by semi-gibberish terms. An organisation well and truly up it's own rear end. Not customer orientated at all

Royal Mail do not even deserve one star!! Never answer the phones. On hold for HOURS to be completely cut off. Do not respond to queries raised within the 3-4 working day time frame and never responded to my complaint. Now raised a claim for losses but not feeling hopeful for a response on that either, it's as if nobody works there!! Desperate to resolve the issue as I read they destroy parcels at the National Returns Centre in Belfast within 30 working days. I've currently spent 3 weeks trying to get a response from them so they will probably destroy the parcel before bothering to open any of my case references! NEVER using Royal Mail to send parcels again, worst service I have ever received from any company in my time.

Many times delivery staff have opened birthday cards just to see if cash is inside, been a few occasions where staff have taken the cash out and posted an opened envelope. The UK needs a new/ more reliable post service..... it's about time.

if one's out, Royal Mail never even tries to see if a neighbour is in and certainly never tries to redeliver it (unlike every other carrier). If you do not see a card, there is no way to know they ever tried, and without the card there is no way to chase it. Even if the card is seen, redelivery is always days away and necessitates a full day's leave for the unlimited delivery times Royal Mail offers. Since they deliver mail here daily, it is beyond pathetic that automatic redelivery isn't even attempted with the expectation that the recipient must organise everything including holiday leave. No other service is quite this useless and I will avoid all suppliers who use Royal Mail as their carrier.

My item been robbery and the postman told us I delivered while I told him I have cctv then he told me I gave it to your Nighbour, I won't send anything with this company...

They are ridiculous! Lost my package, sent me a different package (with someone elses name) claiming its my package and has been delivered!!! I wish I didn’t have to use them again! Really really frustrated

Had an accident on the M1 with one of their lorry drivers driving erratically constantly pushing me down the motorway then hits me up the backside so I get out the vehicle to tell him that he has hit me up the backside he sticks his fingers up and drives off refuses to stop leave the scene of an accident then the lovely gentleman decides I never even hit me liar well funny now or Witnesses come forward to say that you was doing the sack Lee the same thing to them I will be reporting you to the police now as I have evidence you fail to stop at the scene of an accident absolutely disgrace Royal Mail disgusting

I never have a problem with Royal Mail. Their Track and Trace Service is excellent. I have a lot of things delivered and I usually get them within two days of dispatch notification. I cannot fault them and don’t understand all the negative reviews

They say that they cannot find my address , but my adress is a public office with more than 200 people in it . How can you miss it ? i contacted the Customer service and got no answer , they have no time to deal with me. Its shame , The worst service ever!!!!!! i hope companies will stop using royal mail.

Had an order despatched by online company 4th march, it's now 14th and still not delivered by Royal Mail! She confirmed it was collected by Royal Mail but do not use trackers. Told to ring company back after 14 days post order date and they can treat as lost! Said Royal Mail service is getting worse and by far the worst courier that I have contact with, the company totally agreed and said it was who their contract was with and the staff have highlighted the problems to the senior staff to no avail and agreed that the customer should be able to chose the delivery provider at the time of ordering. I will now open a dispute with my credit card provider. I won't be using this online company again as the so called delivery service is abysmal!

I have sent a package to UK, which was received since a month in Langley, which is the receiving center of Royal Mail. From there, there is no tracking since a month. First I have tried to follow up through mail. Although the response time is, according to them, max 3 days, I have received a responce after 10 days! The response was...yes your package is received in Langley and it should have been delivered but it is not and we cannot tell you anything more...(What I already know from their tracking page! Have I waited 10 days for someone to read to me their tracking system?!!!) When I call Royal Mail, their response is to try to give me the phone number from Customs for ME to check IF the package is there! I have already lost the value of the item that was in the package...I spend money calling them from abroad...I do not think that it should be the customer that is going after the customs searching for his box. Fix your procedures...worst service ever, at least when it comes to sad flows...

Just got a text saying that they tried to deliver my parcel but didn´t seem to be anyone in. Given that I have been home all day, I wonder if these people know how to use a doorbell!

This is not the first time I have had this problem, after receiving the redelivery card. I went online and filled in the details and was given a new delivery date for two days forward, needless to say it didn't arrive so phoned help line was told it was due today and guess what it didn't arrive today either. What a waste of time. The ladie on the phone had already said she could see a note admitting the failure to delver on the alloted day.

Collection times are an absolute p*ss take! I work 7-5 Monday to Saturday and have no neighbors therefore I literally have no way of getting my items! They refuse to leave it in a safe place!

They are so pedantic, rude and incompetent! I wanted to send a parcel off to someone with a pre-printed postage label off eBay ( I sell on eBay ). And they put my parcel through a plastic thing and looked at me really rudely and said that's not the right size and it has to fit through easily. It fitted through fine and there is nowhere it says you have to make the parcel fit through easily. All they want is EXTRA MONEY when you go up to the next postage boundary! Do not waste your time!

One of the worst companys in the uk, they still think there in the 90's, only open from 7:30 -12 which no good to anyone who works...they are rude, items which fits through the letterbox they will take back to depot etc, just such a useless service, its shame we couldnt choose yodel or someone eles ....hopefully they get bought out or the queen remove the company

Far too many times have I received a failed delivery notification while I've been at home waiting for the delivery. Truly atrocious service, Royal Mail need to get their act together.

Unacceptable it’s not the first time that I receive a red card while I am at home also made an official complaint but for no reason just internally to deal with but unfortunately no results for the customers Royal Mail in old trafford M16 7QA management should be much better unuccepptable for Royal Mail .Postman should know that to be a postman it’s not just a job it’s an important role in modern society it’s hard to be a postman but it’s really nice to feel that you succeeded your goal to deliver to insist to make sure that you deliver
