Furthermore, I was relentlessly stalked by a Royal Fail employee who would film me on his phone and loiter outside my house outside working hours.
As an elderly vulnerable woman who is terminally ill, this was utterly terrifying. Made repeated complaints to no avail. Reported him to the police twice to no avail.
Eventually, out of desperation, and fearing for my personal safety, I cast a banishing spell on him and he disappeared within 10 days. Thank you baby Jesus.”

I get that 2 deliveries daily might be gone, but one at 3–4pm with delays is not acceptable. First Class should mean not First Class with that “Sorry something went wrong” apology. What about the people who depend on delivery because of disability! That is why we use First Class.

“Absolutely shocking service all round, phone up and waiting over 40/60 mins to get fobbed off by them, no real complaint procedure so shows they know they're shocking! Better off using another service as customer service non existent, rarely leave a card, have no clue where your parcel is half the time and trying to collect your parcel from the sorting office is ridiculous only open 8-10 and 4-6 mon-fri and 8-12 Saturday.
